I figured I'd have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. While he was very nice, friendly, and professional, the quality of the work just didn't match. It looked like the towel used on the inside of my windshield was dirty, which left it looking worse instead of clean. I've also tried going to other locations--Birmingham and Royal Oak--but both are consistently backed up, making it inconvenient no matter where I go. At this point, I'm starting to look into competitors because the service just hasn't been consistent or up to par, especially for a monthly plan. I really hope improvements are made soon.

They delivered flawless work - exceptional wax job, every door frame and crevice meticulously cleaned, and the interior looks amazing.
