I love Starbucks. I can't live without it! When I heard Findlay opened one in Kroger, I had to try it out. When I got to the store today, the line was pretty long. I thought about ordering on the app but I don't that feature is enabled yet at this store. I waited about 30 minutes. This was due to only two employees working: one taking orders and one making drinks. I'm assuming the baristas were fairly new as they were slow and didn't know how to make my favorite Red Velvet Cake Cremé Frappuccino! However the baristas were nice and friendly. After getting my drink, it didn't taste as expected. It tasted like a Double Chocolatey Chip Frappucino. I believe they charged me extra for it too since it was a custom order. Since this place is fairly new I'd give it one more try because Starbucks is love. Starbucks is life. read more

I'll give this store some love. I have been in Findlay for two days for work and noticed that the closest Starbucks was about 15 minutes from my hotel and located in a Kroger. No sweat, it's a small city and they're not everywhere. There have been two employees each time I stop in around 8:15AM, only a couple people in line, and both times I stopped by my drink was made quickly and my food was done in a flash. They were friendly and efficient, and I did not experience the issues other seem to have had. Now while they were out of breakfast sandwiches this morning, it happens, and it did not ruin my day; there are plenty of other options around that I could pick something up. This is literally the worst Starbucks on the planet. I don't care that it's inside a Kroger, get better. The main problem is that there is rarely more than one worker and the line is almost always super long. Drinks, therefore, are hastily made and hardly ever correct. Fortunately, living in Findlay effectively killed my Starbucks habit because of this awful place. I've saved a lot of money going to Dunkin' instead. read more

I would give this Starbucks zero stars if I could. It is literally the slowest Starbucks in existence. There is never more than 2 non professional baristas working, if your lucky a lot of times only one.They are usually more interested in screwing around than making your drink. I love Starbucks but skip this branch. read more

Can I do 0 stars? Worst service at a Starbucks I have ever had. 1 worker messed around with dishes while another customer and I waited. They then made the next 3 peoples orders behind us. Emily (dark hair) (different Emily than one year ago) seemed more interested in socializing with the other employees rather than in the customer. I was greeted while she was very loudly socializing about hair length. When she realized I was standing at the counter she said "..go ahead". Almost annoyed with the fact she had to wait on someone. While other employees worked, she leaned on the counter very loudly talking. Not impressed. Usually the employees at this location are a bit more friendly. The gentleman behind me did not have the extra shot of espresso he ordered in his drink even though I heard him order it. read more

This Starbucks really isn't up to par. There is one young woman who works there who CONSTANTLY makes the drink I order wrong. The drink I order is always a cold brew with salted cream foam, which is pretty simple to make. This woman will literally argue with me about how it's made, and unless the other 4-5 Starbucks I've ordered this drink from are wrong (which is impossible), she simply doesn't know how to do her job. I don't mind waiting in line for my drink...in my experience Starbucks typically has a line, so that's fine...but consistently making a simple drink incorrectly is inexcusable. This Starbucks just decides to close whenever they want! I drive from Tiffin to Findlay to get Starbucks because they are the closest Starbucks to me and 2/3 times I've went there and I've gotten nothing. I went there once and they decided to close at 6 instead of 8, and the most recent time I've been there they closed at 1 instead of 8! How can you just decide to close 7 hours earlier than you are supposed to. It's an inconvenience to the customers that want coffee. read more

Decided to give this place another shot when I was back in Findlay since the first time I went they had just opened and figured maybe they worked out the kinks. You still can't order on the app. Wasn't a big deal this time since the line wasn't bad at all and I was in the mood for a drink that is on the secret menu that you can't order on the app anyway. I ordered the Cookie Monster's Dream Frap. off the secret menu and had the print out of the recipe which I always carry the print out of any secret menu recipe to make the barista's job easier. The barista had never heard of the Starbucks Secret menu and said that wasn't a drink they carry. Maybe it's because I go to full service Starbucks normally and this is a kiosk, but I've never had an issue with any other Starbucks in this country making this drink for me, I just show them the recipe and they ring it up as a vanilla bean charging for the extra ingredients and told the barista that's all she had to do and she insisted I couldn't order the drink. I ordered a youthberry tea latte and no Youthberry tea at this store. This is a Teavanna (owned by Starbucks) standard blend that every Starbucks has. I ended up getting a vanilla bean which was fine (pretty basic drink that is hard to screw up). Someone sent me a private message to try Georges coffee shop after seeing my first review and I did and it's one of the best coffee houses I have been to so I guess some good came out of going here. I found out about an amazing coffee house I wouldn't have otherwise. Either they don't have free wifi at this store (maybe stores inside grocery stores aren't required to have them) or it wasn't working again. read more

I've worked for a Starbucks for almost three years, but I'm from Findlay so when I heard there was a Starbucks I got excited. Almost every morning I go in before work with plenty of time to be able to get my drink and be to work on time or so I thought. This past week I was late twice for work, so Friday I came in extra early, almost a full 30 minutes instead of the normal 20. There were only three people in front of me, and I was still almost late to work. It should not take almost 20 to 30 minutes to make ten drinks between the customers in front of me along with myself. Then today, I ordered my drink again waited at least 15 minutes. There again was only two people up front when they were busy, and then the older lady that works there came up, she was more worried about putting stock away rather than helping the two poor girls who were slammed and by themselves. Then, I noticed that the matcha for my green tea latte was in the cup and I ended up saying something because it was made wrong and I paid $4 for my drink. When I said something I got attitude back from the older lady and the younger girl seemed dumbfounded. The younger girl explained her mistake and I apologized for being "rude". The thing that got me angry enough to finally write a review though is the fact that the older lady then made a comment about me under her breath to the younger girl while I was standing right there. I love Starbucks and the company clearly, since I worked there for three years, but if this Starbucks wants to keep loyal customers they need to be more friendly with their regulars, and new customers. Talking about a customer even after they leave is unacceptable in my opinion. read more
