    This was my first experience with We Wash and I wish there were places like this in Grand Rapids! You get what you pay for - they work fast and are detailed. I think for $16, you get a hand wash, dry and even wipe your interior. We were probably there for about 15 minutes and they do ask you to get out of the car, but not bad. There's a small area to sit and buy snacks if needed. The only reason for 4 stars is that they messed with the radio settings while they're cleaning and it was a little annoying to try and fix. There were also some fibers still left on the dashboard and doors, but all in all, still a good experience.

    0 Stars . The manager told me don't walk around and look for dirt and don't expect a perfect wash for $18 after I showed him my car was still dirty. Rude and laughed about it. Then he open my car door and signaled me to get in. If you are not paying for an upgrade, they will make sure to do a rush half job. A basic wash should still mean clean. I shouldn't have to pay extra just to get a clean vehicle.

    0 stars: They broke my gas tank cap and claimed it was an accident, and I received no compensation. To any customers considering getting their car washed at this shop, I strongly advise you to leave immediately. It seems accidents are bound to happen, and you'll be the one paying hundreds of dollars for it. It all started when I asked one crew member to vacuum the dust and leaves around the gas door. Unfortunately, another crew member, without noticing that the gas cap was open, forcefully snapped it off. They didn't inform me about the incident; instead, I discovered it myself after they had finished washing my car. Filled with anger, I immediately returned to ask what had happened. The manager admitted that their crew had broken it, and the entire incident was even recorded on CCTV. To my surprise, the manager then accused me of asking them to clean the gas tank cap, suggesting that the accident wouldn't have occurred if I hadn't requested it in the first place. Ridiculous! Did I ask them to break it? The manager gave me a multitude of excuses, mentioning that they have numerous staff members and only one of them was informed about the opened fuel tank cap, crews didn't understand English and so on. In conclusion, my experience with this car wash shop has been nothing short of infuriating. More than $500 cost of repairing my gas tank cap is a reminder of this disappointing experience. I hope sharing my story helps others avoid similar troubles and find reliable car wash shop for their car care needs.

    I've been a faithful customer year round with my household of vehicles, The last 2 times I've had my daily drivers washed they didn't even use the mit on my chrome wheels and when I mentioned it the manager said what you expect me to do, I responded and said get a better staff because the facility is great but service is a F-, Will go to different car wash in areas may pay 4-5bucks more but it will be right,. The manager said what u want me to do is wash it over again for free Won't bring anymore of my vehicles here again Next ....

    A picture is worth a thousand words! $18.00 and they did not even bother to vacuum the back and the entire interior was done poorly. No manager on quality control they have lost my business

    Dirtier dash than when I brought the car in.

    Have these guys another chance and it will be the last time I step foot in here. The broke my license plate off my car and refused to fix it. I also found a broken off piece of plastic inside my car I'm not sure what it's from at this point. They handed my my plate and said "it's not our fault". Whose fault is it? One of the guys grabbed a screw driver to try to fix it and the guy from behind the counter told him NOT to. This place is so w reckless and lazy. Do NOT give them your money and if you do end up here - thoroughly check your car following the wash. I saw the woman in front of me complaining they scratched her hood. I'd literally rather go through a gas station drive through at this point.

    Dirty car after "car wash"

    I am never satisfied with their work but my go to car wash was closed and in a rush before my next rental, i returned here. There are 5 people who are not detailed enough to pay attention to big areas on the car. The previous renter left the car dirty and this car wash did minimum to clean it, the owner rather argued with me than took the time to listen and correct the work. Would not recommend. At all.

    I've given this place multiple chances because it's conveniently located and, judging by the…read moreconstant line of cars, clearly popular. But at this point, I can't justify going back. The core issue isn't just that there's always a line--it's that the line is chaos. There's no clear system, no active management, and no sense that anyone is responsible for keeping things orderly. Cars cut in front of each other, people inch forward aggressively to claim space, and what should be a straightforward wait turns into a stressful, almost competitive experience. I've seen more than a few tense exchanges between customers, and it completely undermines what should be a routine errand. To be fair, the staff seem young and well-intentioned. They're not disengaged or rude. But they also don't appear trained or empowered to manage the flow of traffic or address the disorder. When things back up--which is often--there's no visible effort to step in and create structure. It feels like everyone is just reacting rather than running an actual system. And then there's the wash itself, which is... fine. Not terrible, but certainly not worth the time, frustration, and unpredictability of the experience leading up to it. For a place that clearly has high demand, you'd expect a more polished operation and a better end result. What's most frustrating is that this feels fixable. A clearly defined queue, active line management, and some basic customer flow discipline would go a long way. Instead, it's left to chance--and the result is a place that feels stressful and, frankly, unpleasant to visit. There are too many other options out there to justify dealing with this level of disorganization.
