Recently started coming to this groomer with my pup. The last couple of places weren't as great as we had hoped. I've been here 4 times now and each time, I had a good experience. There are only a couple of people working there but they are all super nice. I'm sad to say, I don't have a dog these days but my mother-in-law passed away a year ago and my wife and I work to much to offer a home to her dog (plus he's a biter so he kinda scares me)... so instead we cover many of the finances (vet services, grooming, et cetera) to have another family take care of this little devil. Not too long ago, we brought Nicky to We Woof for a haircut and grooming. The place is cute and the girl behind the counter was quite nice. My wife describe what was desired and we left for lunch while he got groomed... Later that day, we returned to find Nicky looking.... Oh My Gosh... that is NOT what we wanted. It was supposed to be a light cutting; keeping his fur ball look going but evening him out BUT instead we got a very short haired dog. After a few minutes of us being shocked by his new cut, we started to realize how good he looked. It wasn't what we wanted but in hindsight it was pretty good; it's been the standard cut for him ever since this first oops. read more

Do not take your dog to this place I took my dog this Thursday and I don't know what they did to my dog that when he got home he didn't want to eat or walk every time he tries to walk he start complaining because it hurts... we took him to the hospital and they said that he was super stressed and that your guys mistreated him. They take such great care of my Wheaten Terrier here! They don't use crates so the dogs are free to either roam the shop or there is individual fenced in areas for dogs who prefer to be on their own. My pup always looks great after a few hours here :) read more

Please do not bring your animals here. They cut my poor baby so short they burned his skin. It is so badly infected he's on antibiotics and has to wear a cone. The staff is super nice and you can tell that they truly love animals. They always give my dog a nice wash and I've brought in my other dog for cuts in the past and she always left with a nice shape and cute bows. I would suggest this place especially if you're looking for a unique cut. The only thing that I don't love so that they keep the dog together in the back and my dog gets uncomfortable with other dogs, however she has behaved. They prices are fair and they do not require paperwork to take you in. read more

I read good reviews.. but unfortunately, i will never bring any animal back here. Let me preface this by saying i brought my long haired dachshund in the month of June. She never had any skin issues or rashes on her chest/stomach area. When i picked her up 3 hours after the original completion, she was a little scared, as most dogs are when they go in. Note, i tipped very well also. She looked fine and didn't notice anything wrong. When i got home, after cuddling w her, i noticed her chest/stomach had some abrasions. I thought maybe it was just a short cut and it would heal, so i didn't call back to complain, as the rest of the cut was nice. A week goes by, still there. A month goes by, still there and no hair is growing back. At this point i knew something was done incorrectly and i will never go back, and decided not to even bother calling back, as it would do nothing. I was also dealing w a new house, a newborn baby and work, so not really worth the effort to get nothing fixed. Fast forward, I get my dog groomed elsewhere, and make note about her under carriage. The groomer immediately says this is from cutting to close into the skin from the prior groomer, but they won't even touch that area anymore, as its too raw and bare. They went on to say why and how to avoid this, which seemed pretty simple. I called back We Woof to let them know they did this, and whether they require clients to sign a waiver, as they can get in trouble in the future if this happens to someone else. The employee says let me get the owner, of which she misspoke on what i said, and told her i was going to sue. This owner, looks up my dogs information and immediately starts a very defensive, yelling tantrum about I'm coming to her now with this and she never does that to dogs, etc. goes on and on about how she and her company are flawless. Then proceeds to keep yelling, not letting me speak and then hang up. I call back to have a rational conversation, and the yelling continues and then she threatens to call the police. First off, nobody likes being told they did something wrong, but own it. Second, calling the police on a patron who is asking questions isn't something they would follow up on. I will never be back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They take in way to many dogs, under deliver on timing, and only God and the owner knows what kind of damage is done to the animals. read more

Worst experience at a groomers I have ever had! Strangers that I trusted my pup with intoxicated him and ended up in the animal hospital all night! I called multiple times, kept saying everything was fine until I picked him up and they said he was vomiting. Picked him up very weak, lethargic, eyes closed, falling over. As soon as we got home my pup threw up white pills. Stayed the night in the animal hospital. When confronted they had absolutely nothing to say not even an apology. They don't care about dogs if you love your pup please don't take them here, this place deserves to be out of business. I have 2 husky's and I've taken them to get groomed multiple times before at other places and never gotten them back so sick before! read more

The best groomer EVER! I don't think I met someone that loves animals as much as Eliane (the owner) does... I've known her for over 7 years... seriously she will take care of your pet in all ways possible, maybe even better than you! lol She bathe and groomed both my Shih Tzu puppies for over 5 years and she would always look out for them... she would even go above and beyond and check them like a vet would, check their paws, nails skin, ears and anal glands (which nobody does and if they do they'll charge you a lot extra for it). She would keep me posted of anything that was happening to the pups. Eliane is an amazing professional and also an amazing human. She will be there to make sure all her clients get VIP treatment. I have been bringing my maltipo, Chico, to We Woof since December 2017. I want everyone to know how great this place is. My dog always seemed upset going to the groomers before. Other places put the dogs in cages and it really stresses some of them out, and We Woof lets them run freely in little fenced areas indoors where they can look out the window. At previous groomers, my dog was always acting weird when I dropped him off & when I picked him up he couldn't wait to leave. The first time I stepped into We Woof, I knew this place was different. My dog was happy to be there, and I had no problem leaving him there. They wrap the dogs in a towel on their lap to comfort them while trimming their nails! Chico has always had issues with other groomers and this is the only place I have felt completely comfortable bringing him and he is totally happy going there. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the people at We Woof for treating my Chico with such great care! read more
