He said he could take a look at it in about five minutes. I appreciated this because time is money when I'm driving for Uber. Kirk solved the problem by getting some zip ties and securing the loose metal that was hanging from the bottom of my car. This took him about five minutes to complete, and he didn't even charge me. And I can honestly say there is nothing I don't like about them in My few experiences with them, so far. They are: 1) Welcoming and friendly, RESPECTFUL (incl. never once being patronizing or condescending with Me) - easy to converse with; patient with questions, gives direct and clear answers. Very family-like. Love it. 2) Accessible and reliable. I never have to chase them down to get ahold of them. And they are on top of their communications. 3) HONEST & FAIR. Upfront and thorough. Honors their quotes. Stands behind their work. Readily owns mistakes (I know this, because once when I called about an issue - it was their idea to rule out some fault perhaps on their end...though that wasn't the case). Very transparent.
