They were very clear in what the issues were, communication, and pricing. They also stayed an hour and half late in order to finish the car so we could get on the road. As I looked further I found that three of the four caps were scratched. There is a tool for removing these center caps and person doing the work must not have known this. I got in touch with Scott at Quicklane and he told me to bring the car back. I did this and he took pictures of the marred caps and said that he would be in touch. About a week later I was informed that three new caps were delivered to QL and to stop by. I did and Scott removed the damaged caps and installed the new ones. What I'm saying here is that things happen, and that the resolve of this problem was handled as good as could be. I've been coming here for years, and will be coming back.
