I was optimistic about the speedy response until the person on the phone quoted me a price. It was much, much higher than I'd ever paid for a simple repair. But, my auto knowledge is limited. I assumed the parts needed must've been expensive. I agreed, and after several days (apparently they were having trouble getting a part) my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I looked through the receipt before paying to find that the bulk of the cost was actually labor. The labor cost was nearly 3x the cost of the parts needed. On top of that the final cost was nearly $150 more than what I was quoted over the phone! I will say that the issue with my vehicle was fixed. So, apparently they do competent work. That's the only reason I didn't give a lower rating. However, I won't be going back. This interaction did teach me a lesson, though. In future I will ask about labor costs upfront as I'm sure I could've gotten this repair done for a much more reasonable price at a shop that charges much more reasonable rates for labor. I would advise anyone thinking of getting auto repair work done at this place to be wary and prepared for the cost.

Already running late, it took another hour and a half just to get a tow truck out to put air in my spare. By the time I called Wear Master, I was frantic. They listened to my situation, told me to come in, and true to their word -- even with a shop full of cars -- they stopped what they were doing and immediately took care of me. They put a temporary tire on my unrepairable flat and had me back on the road as fast as humanly possible. If it weren't for them, I would have 100% missed my flight to Mexico. My rental car and hotel were both prepaid, so I would have been out a significant amount of money. Thankfully my flight was delayed by two hours, and I barely made it -- but I would NOT have made it at all without Wear Master going above and beyond for me. He said he could take a look at it in about five minutes. I appreciated this because time is money when I'm driving for Uber. Kirk solved the problem by getting some zip ties and securing the loose metal that was hanging from the bottom of my car. This took him about five minutes to complete, and he didn't even charge me.
