tldr; Stay far far away from the service department and I urge you to stay away from BMW. Their cars will leak fluids constantly, and they will easily cost double with all the maintenance repairs needed. I've been going here for over 15 years and the Service department has really changed. Service at the dealership is always more expensive, but it was a better experience. Not any longer. Over the years, they have gotten rid of topping off fluids for free. They only cover a Lyft one way. They now charge a 3% credit card fee. They have tried to scam me twice on so called "service promotions". They NEVER apologize when it's clear they were in the wrong. They are constantly wasting my valuable time when I take my car in. This isn't a luxury experience any more. It's nickel and dime-ing and blatant efforts to scam the customer in desperate attempts at a money grab. I was in the market for a new car....I briefly considered another BMW, but so glad I passed on BMW and Weatherford. I sincerely urge others to stay away.

Weatherford BMW of Berkeley is the worst dealership in the Bay Area. I went in for a simple oil change and they suggested me with a $335 "engine diagnosis" because my check engine light was on. Two days later, they quoted me $1,600 to fix a sensor. I passed because it is too expensive. Two days later, after filling my gas tank, the light magically turned off. Just a loose gas cap. They charged me $335 for absolutely nothing. Total scam. Stay far away.

If you're in the Market for a new/used Mini Cooper, check out the dealership and ask for Shuan Avant. Made the buying experience very easy and relaxed. From test drive, to financing to driving off a dream car (used!) for my daughter the same day. The car was in immaculate and in excellent condition.

I just bought my third BMW, actually, this one for my amazing daughter for her high school graduation present. During the test drive, the salesperson explained why one should buy a pre owned car from a reputable dealer such as Weatherford. His words were that every pre owned vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection prior to being presented for sale. The dealership wants to take no chances on its reputation being tarnished by selling a car with potential problems. Well, the very next day, my daughter uses the passenger side window and when trying to roll it up, the mechanism fails. She has to use her hands on the window to close the window. My wife contacted the dealership and explained the problem, reminding them that the car came with a 30 day warranty. They invited her right down. Upon arrival, they inspected the window and sent her away explaining that it was not their problem and that we would have to pay for the window mechanism. My wife tried several days to get a manager to respond, getting no more than a run-around. Management refused, (through the salesperson,) to repair the window. They are citing the fine print on the warranty and jabbering with double-talk about how we bought the car at far too low of price to have any authentic certification. I called the manager myself and basically said that this car was represented as an inspected car and the window problem should have been found and fixed prior to being sold as suggested by the sales person. The manager refused to make it right and spoke to me with suede shoe euphemisms such as "we actually discounted the car to sweeten the pie" ??? I felt like I was talking to Tony Soprano. My previous two BMW purchases have been very pleasant but through Concord BMW. If you are going to buy a BMW, (they are awesome automobiles,) DO NOT BUY IT FROM WEATHERFORD. The experience will leave you feeling like you have been shaken down by a Wise Guy and God help you if you ever need service. It is like being back at the negotiating table with the nephew of the Godfather. You will never feel like you received a true and authentic value with this type of buying experience. Don't take any chances, stay far away from this dead-end dealership. read more

Bought a CPO '14 BMW i3 here at Weatherford. For the most part, our experience was very positive. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson, Kevin, who was helpful, not pushy, and entirely willing to help us as we needed (not as *he* needed) and followed through even post sale. The purchase process itself was pretty typical (multiple rounds of vetting the offer with the manager -- the usual game) and ultimately we felt like we paid a fair price for a good vehicle. Where we felt like Weatherford really surpassed other dealerships in the area was in the condition of their CPO vehicles, which were tightly detailed, and in the full range of programs and services offered (some, for example, don't offer an ICE program). read more

My car is out of warranty, but I wanted to add a Sirius satellite and my car is supposedly pre-wired for it, so it should be a plug and play installation. Only problem is I had to go to a dealer to enter the codes for my car. So I went to Weatherford. They had trouble getting reception and determined my shark fin antenna needed to be replaced. They said that was the $500 option, but that there was a $50 option that would work just as well (further to my previous review, turns out the $50 part is in fact a $15 dollar retail price part, so I again had the great pleasure of paying them over 3x the actual price of a part). They would use the smaller antenna they use for convertibles and it would work just as well. In fact, they added, they could put it in the rear panel by the satellite unit and I wouldn't even see it. We did that. They claimed there was a ton of work they had to do to figure this all out and ultimately they billed me $1,100 for the ~$400 or $500 unit and the $15 option I elected. Must be the new math. But buyer beware: they told me the extra charge was for all of their technician's time to basically figure out what the hell he was doing. They said it worked great. I asked if they tested it to be sure it actually did work the same as the shark fin. They assured me they did. Worked great. I drove one block away and reception was horrible. They said bring it back. Installation dude then attaches it to my roof with a magnet and a hella ghetto looking wire rigged around my insulation from the inside and sticking out the rear door and onto the roof. Really?! He didn't seem to understand why I didn't think that looked wickedly cool. I was later told by them what an "ingenious" solution they came up with by using the Sirius-provided antenna! [Spoiler alert: I ultimately took my car to Sound Innovations in Union City who diagnosed what to do in, literally, less than 3 mins, and did the whole install in less than an hour for a total cost of about $60!!!] They then said I needed to buy a new shark fin antenna (the $500+ option). Knowing how they charge way more for even BMW OEM parts (they'll admit this when pressed), I ordered the antenna from Getbmwparts online (another BMW dealer). It had to be custom painted for my car by BMW and I had to wait 4-6 weeks. Brought the car back to Weatherford, brand new antenna in hand. They called me later to say it wasn't the antenna (what?!?!). It actually was a cable. It was back-ordered, but should arrive in a couple weeks. I contacted the other BMW dealership and they said they had no idea what Weathorford was saying b/c BMW doesn't even make that cable any more! Having the patience of Job, I somehow still wasn't upset. I figured they had to troubleshoot and this was part of the process. That's when I discovered they actually gouged my roof when they removed my antenna to test it. And now, finally, I was pissed. They agreed to send my car into their body shop to repaint the roof they damaged and that they would speak with BMW about how to remedy the problem. My car would be ready in a week. They did give me a loaner during the time. Well, TWO weeks went by and, finally, I was able to get my car back. They have a new service manager, Rich Deeds, who seems to be a stand up guy. He is who agreed to repaint the roof at their cost, acknowledged all the problems, and agreed to give me back all the money I spent on this ordeal (including the antenna I bought), and let me keep the Sirius unit. I really appreciated Rich and his honesty. Refreshing for Weatherford. Left there feeling ok, just frustrated for all the run around and all my lost time. Got back to work, exited my car, and immediately realized that, during the 2 weeks they had the car in their sole custody, it got a pretty good door ding, right on the ridge line. Come on, man! This BMW Dealership damaged my car TWICE?!? I paid to have a mobile door dent guy come out and fix the dent. As noted above, I also took my car to Sound Innovations. Told 'em my shark fin didn't work. Ernie walked to my car, said, no problem we have a ton of these little Sirius antennas that work great, they just need a line of sight and can't go through metal, but they go through plastic fine. He pointed out that the rear spoiler of my car is actually plastic (helloooo ingenious BMW technicians?). He said it's easy to open, showed me how they'd run the wires professionally through conduits intended for that (not around the insulation Weatherford BMW idiots!). Yeah, did it, and expertly, in less than an hour. This is a long ass review, but I wanted to be factual and fair to all involved. read more

I stopped in just to see the dealership and get a feel for BMW. I was greeted by Joe Combs who was very friendly and willing to show me around and answer my questions. The facility is immaculate! The cleanliness and organization I saw was so inviting, and made me feel very comfortable. As I start my process of looking for a new car, I will definitely be going back to Weatherford BMW!! read more

I dont normally write reviews but I literally just wanted to help anyone before they ever decide to come to this AWFUL place. First of all I needed a car ASAP and liked the one i saw here. Even though the sales guy was such a tool it was late and I decided to go through him.. Dont ever use him his name is Andrew (Andy) Lukaszewski. Anyway 6 months later I realize that I never asked if they had a valet key for me since I didnt get one at time of purchase. I call in and he was the absolute RUDEST person I have ever talked to in my life. When I asked to talk to a manager he told me he was the highest manager I could talk to.. I call back 2 minutes later and ask for the supervisors name and his wasnt on there.. I talked to the supervisor and he said he would "call me back" We will see but honestly if I can stop one person from going to this awful place this review will be well worth it. read more

This review is for the Weatherford BMW Service Department. Biggest RIP OFF EVER! They could not figure out what the issue was and still charged me. I recently bought a used 2007 BMW 335i from a private seller. About 1 week of driving the car, the aftermarket muffler started to make a loud helicopter like noise during idle. I took it to the service department, told them that my aftermarket muffler just started making this noise and they said that it will cost $180 to check it out and if they can fix it for that amount they will, if the cost is higher they would call me for authorization. I trusted that they would be able to get to the bottom of this and signed the estimate. 7 hours later they said my car was ready for pick up. I arrived and my "service adviser" Juan said that they found the problem but could not fix it because they don't deal with after market mufflers even though they sell the exact muffler on the official BMW website. He said that the muffler is making contact with the car and that's where the noise is coming from. I attempted to argue with him that this could not be the reason since the noise just started happening and the muffler has been on there for a long time. He advised me to take it to a muffler shop to have them heat and bend the muffler. You would think that they would have told me that for $180 they would only be able to look at the car but not actually fix it because it was an "aftermarket" part. No such luck. They took my money for no reason. I ended up taking my car to real professionals at Sonic Motor Sport and after looking at it for 5 minutes, they told me that a bolt was missing which was the cause for the vibration and the noise. 15 minutes later, they replaced the screw and my car was back to normal. read more

Too bad zero stars is not an option since that is exactly what my experience here deserves. A very rude salesman showed me a couple of cars. He barely was interested in answering any of my questions as he stood 10 feet away from the car while reading his Blackberry. I had to repeatedly call out to him to get his attention. He didn't have answers to basic questions about the car. He actually even talked down about BMWs! What a salesman! Then he finishes off the meeting by saying he's in a rush and has a more important customer to get to. Unbelievably rude. If you want to be disrespected, this is the place for you. read more

I bought a Pre-Owned here recently. Have to say that I liked Stan and Jon, and both are really nice guys, but their customer service skills (and those of the dealer) fall well short of the "raving to your friends" is says on the website. In summary, it took FIVE full hours to buy a vehicle. They were understaffed on a day they should have been overstaffed (Pres Day weekend). There really is no excuse for this process taking this long, other than both of them had their attention diverted by other customers. I should have received a $500 discount just for the cost of my time! In the five hours, my wife and I were not offered a cup of water, or a beverage of any kind actually. Not a huge deal, but again, if you are looking for "rave", this is a simple thing. They did not give much on the price, so don't expect a lot of wiggle room. I thought maybe since it took so long, that a set of floor mats or some other type option might be thrown in. Not only was I wrong, but when I asked afterwards for any special pricing on mats, they offered me the "employee price" of $128, which is $5 MORE than their online price. Hmm. When you pay over $30k for a car, is tossing in something that probably has a cost of about $50 that difficult? Seems like it would be a good move to make in the future. They also aren't great at follow-up. I count three times when one of them said they would get back to me on email, and didn't (still haven't). This one is pretty important to me. And while I appreciated the "how is the car?" emails a week and two afterwards, they lost a bit of their luster when some of the fill-in-the-blanks were not filled in. I know it's a form letter and on auto-send, but c'mon...pay attention. Finally, and Weatherford, you really should pay attention to this one: The young man who was assigned to show me how all the buttons worked, radio, etc, was literally interrupting himself to answer multiple texts!! I am not kidding. After almost 5 hours, it was clear that we were keeping HIM from some other more important event. Not to be too harsh, but this should be a fire-able offense. It didn't just happen once, it was not an emergency (we know since he eventually told us after the 3rd text), and then, he could not even finish since we were whisked away to the finance manager because she had to leave soon. Wow. I may be more critical since I am in the customer service business. If they really are striving for "raving" or a "10", I am hoping that this feedback will be taken as constructive and helpful. They are not going the extra mile. Not even close. I intend to use their Service department since it is convenient, and I can only hope that they are achieving a different standard. read more

I purchased my car from this dealership about 3 months ago. About a month ago I drove my car over railroad tracks and soon after began hearing a whining noise whenever I turned my steering wheel. 26 days ago when I first dropped off my vehicle to the dealership I specifically requested confirmation on whether or not parts and repairs would be covered under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty after inspection. When my Service Adviser John Lung called me he never informed me that parts and repairs would be covered under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. Instead, he simply stated the total costs and suggested that I file a insurance claim. On Friday, (15th of May) I went to the dealership to understand why I was not able to pick up my vehicle. That is when John Lung was supposedly on the phone with the my insurance company regarding payment of the insurance claim. According to Mr. Lung, we were told that the insurance claim was under review and based on the pictures taken by the Claims Adjuster it did not appear that the railroad tracks were responsible for the damage. Mr. Lung went on to say that if the claim was denied not to worry because the vehicle was covered under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. I immediately questioned why I was not told that repairs were covered under the warranty from the beginning? He then said the reason was because I had told him that I had driven over railroad tracks therefore I caused the damage. I then questioned, if I caused the damage, how can you after the fact state that if the insurance claim is denied that the vehicle is covered? Mr. Lung then told me not to tell anyone and that he was helping me out. I feel that I was misinformed, lied to and taken advantage of by John Lung. I feel that by knowing he could have repaired the vehicle by using the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty, he decided to begin repairs prematurely knowing that if the insurance claim was not approved he had the CPO warranty to fall back on. I am concerned that his objective was only to maximize his monthly gross billings and he could not do this if the vehicle repairs are covered by the CPO Warranty. The repair of the steering wheel bracket falls within the coverage guidelines of "steering" as stated in the CPO Warranty. I could not find a clause in my CPO Warranty paperwork that states that the CPO cannot be used if the malfunction occurs based upon alleged driver error. Furthermore, the damage to the vehicle should be determined by BMW Certified mechanics, not insurance claims adjusters. Again, when Mr Lung stated that he could use the CPO Warranty as a secondary option if the insurance claim was denied, this means that the CPO Warranty could have been used as a primary option. After numerous emails to practically every manager at the dealership and a call to BMW North America who in turn contacted their Service Manager Jiar Martinez, they decided to use the CPO Warranty and return my vehicle to me 25 days later. Funny thing is that I was in the car business for 11 years from 1996 to 2007. I never saw this coming. Caution: if you are bringing your BMW in for service and they ask what happened, do not volunteer any information that can be identified as the driver's fault. Just let them know the car is not running correctly and you have no idea why and that you have not done anything out of the ordinary. This way you can save time and frustration. read more

Warning: do not buy a BMW or the "Excess Wear & Tear Protection" from this dealership. I recently returned my lease and was treated terribly by the staff here, my biggest fear. Now, I am jumping through TONS of hoops, unreturned calls and red tape to engage the insurance company that Weatherford told me would make my lease return my easier and less costly. Since I didn't buy a new BMW, they have stuck me with a bill that is close to $5000 that I was supposed to have insurance for. They are not helping me at all. They are honestly some of the rudest people I have every dealt with. If you want to buy a BMW, go elsewhere for sure!!! I can't wait to go viral with my terrible experience, everyone should know and beware! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!! read more

I only give this one star because there's no way to give zero. My review addresses the unscrupulous practices of their repair center. I won't get into my experience from several years back when they actually "misplaced" my car for several days -- that is not a misprint -- but will stick to specifics of my recent experience of bringing in my 2003 325i for recall service on the passenger-side airbag. OK, here's where a star is merited: intake people are nice. And I'm sure the airbag fix was done correctly (well, I sure hope so). However, as part of that service, they performed (without my OK'ing it) a "complimentary multi-point inspection.," Why would I even mention it was without my OK? No damage done, right? Not for me, because I'm well aware of their practices -- but for someone who isn't, I just hope they're not taken in. I've had my car serviced at a wonderful place in north Berkeley ever since the five-year warranty ran out about six or seven years ago. They do a great job -- at 180K miles, my car runs like a top, virtually as it was when I drove it off the lot. That's with regular routine service -- oil changes every 5K miles, etc. -- and the usual stuff you'd expect to run down after that many miles. I'm very proactive, dealing with stuff before it becomes problematic. 2003 was a great year for the 325i in terms of reliability, from all I've heard from several sources, so it hasn't been ridiculously expensive to keep it in that condition... ...though I can only imagine what it would have cost had I stuck with Weatherford. Here are the items Weatherford identified with my car in its inspection -- complimentary, until you actually do the service with them -- compared to what my trusted repair shop found when I took my car in for a subsequent oil service. Interpret as you would. *Wford = FAIL: Replace valve cover gasket (cost: $635) -My place: indeed, there had been a slight leak identified at my last oil change 5K miles ago, and by this time it had expanded to where it threatened the oxygen sensor (which, if damaged, would have cost $300+ to replace), so they agreed and recommended the gasket be replaced. They did so -- for $360, not $635. During the repair, they discovered that the gasket cover was warped, and I had them replace that for another $280 (I trust them when they say things like that need to be done, because they never tell me something's needed that I didn't see developing as a problem over time and/or couldn't imagine was probably so). Grand total, then, for the gasket AND cover: $640, same as Wford would have done for the gasket alone (and guessing that the two together would have ended up at well over $1K). *Wford = FAIL: found shock(s)/strut(s) leaking, need to replace both shock absorbers ($1,048) -My place: very slight dampness at shocks, same as at last full check-up 10K miles ago, damping by shocks is fine, no need to replace at this time (and if they did need to be replaced, cost would be $600 for updated BMW shocks) *Wford = CAUTION: found sign of coolant seepage at t-stat, will need to be replaced ($743) -My place: t-stat was replaced two years ago, they generally last about five years. Indication marks of slight OLD seepage, likely from prior tstat, but definitely nothing active. Would cost $460. *Wford = CAUTION: found vanos hose seping, will need to replace ($362) -My place: was done two years ago, no leaking, would cost $200 to replace *Wford = CAUTION: steering component(s) worn, will need to replace left inner tie-rod end AND perform four-wheel alignment ($444 + $235 = $679 total) -My place: replacement was done two years ago; very small movement found, imperceptible to driver (I agree, steering is still quite fine) -- would cost $320 plus $175 for alignment = $495 total *Wford = CAUTION: belt(s) glazed, will need to be replaced ($380) -My place: indeed, belts needed replacement, done (both) for $185 IN SUM: Weatherford said there was $1673 of work that absolutely had to be done (to replace valve cover gasket and shocks). The gasket and NEW valve cover cost me $640 (Weatherford's estimate did not include the cover); shock replacement would have been another $600 if needed, but it wasn't needed. Weatherford also said another $2164 worth of work was at "cautionary" stage. (I didn't include their recommendation of wipers, which would have cost $74!!) All of that work would cost $1340 at my place -- more than 1/3 less -- with a quality of work to which I can attest, and which has kept my car in tip-top condition at 180K miles. Want your work done at Weatherford? Up to you. I wouldn't suggest it -- and I just spent a good half-hour writing this up to make that suggestion tangible. (If you were to see the crummy job they did painting my hood when it was dented early on, you'd question the quality of the work, too... but that's another story...) read more

Thi si the WORST customer service experience that I have ever had. I brought my car in to be serviced and one of the staff accidently smashed my bumper... no big deal. My service tech lied about the amount of damage to my vehicle by indicating that it was just a small scratch. In fact, the whole bumper was smashed. The service department never apologized and then got angry when I decided to have the damage repaired elsewhere. It is unfortunate because some of the service staff are friendly, but the bad apples are too many and management has lost control of the business. read more

I am a fairly new customer and have brought my car in three-four times for service so far; I am disappointed by the treatment I have had by the staff. Most staff at this location are pleasant over the phone but when I come in they are always the opposite. They lack interpersonal skills and are cold, rude, if you aren't their direct customer they don't have anything to say and will walk by and ignore that you exist. The entire staff here needs customer service training and to improve their inter-team communication. Chris Lara particularly deserves an F as a service rep. He never is in the know with what services need to be performed and will argue with you about what he "sees" or doesn't see when you explain the issue. He seems to be unfamiliar with common terms for the parts of the car as well. He also is passive aggressive and unprofessional when he is found to be "wrong" or gets frustrated, he starts to type extremely hard and loud and makes inappropriate facial expressions. I have now had three negative experiences with him alone which sparked me to finally write a review. read more

As a parent with a toddler, a decision was made to drive a reliable car with reliable support service - not the run-of-the-mill dealer that takes your money, flashes smiles and wants nothing to do with you after you drive off their lot - but trustworthy, know-you-will-be-helped by honest people and will-be-there type of service. We found Jenn Bishop and Kevin Thomas at Weatherford BMW. Their dedication to help us, a young family starting out, along with the support of the technicians and reps in service and parts, have met and exceeded our expectation of customer service and opened the doors to the reliability of BMW for us. It's a great feeling to trust a team for years past and years to come. Ask for Kevin Thomas, you will find out that along with Jenn and the rest of the team, that it is the right decision in finding the best vehicle for you and your family:) read more

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. If there is no other BMW dealership in your vicinity and you don't like to drive further, don't buy a BMW. Or, at least buy it and service it somewhere else. I for one have been so turned off buy my experiences there that I have sworn off BMW as a manufacturer because at the end of the day, they are still supporting this dealership from the factory. Read the other reviews, there is a common theme, WEATHERFORD BMW SUCKS! Worst service I have ever received from a luxury car dealership, actually, worst service I have ever received from any business. They act as if they could care less to have your business and are downright rude and insulting. I have experienced this treatment in all of their departments, leading me to believe that it is a problem from the top down in this company. There service department refuses to take a look at problems on vehicles under warranty without you having them authorize a charge first. I was told by their jerk of an Assistant Service Manager, Richard Angelis, that if they couldn't verify my complaint, they would charge me for the inspection! Basically, if the car didn't act up as I specifically described while they had it in their shop, they wouldn't cover the inspection under warranty, even though the car is still covered by BMW's Factory Warranty. So not only do you keep the existing problem that they couldn't duplicate while they had it, but you get to pay for them to not find the problem. Like the other reviewers, I wish I could give one star. Hopefully, by writing this review, I can save one lucky person from ever stepping foot in that place, much less supporting their abhorrent business practices. read more

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. This is the worst BMW dealership that we have ever experienced. We have owned or leased at least 5 other BMWs in the past 10 years and have never had such a bad experience. The short recommendation is to avoid their SALES AND SERVICE departments. Here's the background if you want to read the reason. We purchased a pre-owned certified X5 in July 2010. Within the first six months it had over 6 pages worth of issues that needed servicing. One of the biggest issue was that the engine would surge suddenly. As you can imagine, this was a big concern to me as it is unsafe to drive our kids in a car that surges suddenly. So I called the Sales Manager and asked him if there was any options with this car as they had just sold it to me 3 months before. He told me that he didn't have time to listen to this concern if they were already fixing it. He literally said that he did care if I had a safety concern!! He was SO RUDE that I never called back to discuss our options with him even after the issue was NOT fixed. In the meantime, I did bring the car into the service department where they found 6+ pages worth of problems, including the car surging problem. They said it was fixed when I picked it up. However, as I discovered a few months later, it was NOT fixed. It was still surging randomly. Long story short, I now bring my X5 to another BMW servicing center. And I filed a formal complaint with BMW of North America. I would encourage everyone who receives poor service and / or sales from Weatherford to file a formal complaint with BMW. They should not be allowed to represent the BMW name and brand since they do NOT deliver on the brand promise at all. read more
If I could give zero stars I would! Keep in mind this review is really for the service department. My boyfriend has been a customer of this dealership for the past two years. Two years ago he bought a new Z4. Two months ago he bought the new X3 with MSports package. The sales rep did a fine job. It is with the service department that he has had horrible customer service. Two years ago, my boyfriend bought a brand new Z4. Within days the check engine light came on. He drove it right back to the dealership where he learned a few days later that the battery in the Z4 was defective. The service department told him that the issue had to be brought to corporate and that they will need to keep his brand new vehicle for 3 weeks while they determine the best way to approach the repair. Imagine buying a brand new roadster and not being able to drive it for 3 months! It was pure torture for him. Three weeks later his car was ready to come home. He went to pick up his car from the dealership only to find the interior of his trunk all scuffed up. Do understand that my boyfriend is passionate about cars, especially the ones he owns. He brought the issue to the service rep and his response was "it's just a trunk." Boy was he angry! He threw a fit and the service manager had it cleaned up ASAP. Late December of 2011, my boyfriend bought the 2012 X3. Within days, we saw the familiar "check engine" light go off again. Just our luck, right? He made an appointment to get it checked out. They gave him a rental and called him within days to tell him the problem was fixed. They explain the alert was a simple malfunction. A week later, the warning light goes off again. Once more he gives them another chance to remedy the problem. "Is it a lemon?," I ask. At this point he's just angry and is losing patience. The car is returned to my boyfriend within days. Once again they assure him the issue was fixed. Two weeks later, as you've probably already predicted, the light goes off again. At this point, my boyfriend has already contacted his lawyer to begin paperwork. For the third time, he takes his brand new car back to BMW to be serviced. This time they tell him there is a defect in his vehicle, which could be fixed. They hold his vehicle for another week. We are not happy. To make matters worse, someone from the dealership stole his iPhone during the third service! My boyfriend uses his old iphones as iPods for his cars. He purposely left his iPhone in the car plugged into the iPhone cradle so he can "locate" his car while it's in service (yeah, he's THAT anal about his cars). When he went to pick up the X3, the first thing he did was to make sure that his iPhone was still in the cradle. It was missing. He asked for his iPhone and the service rep denied anyone took it. My boyfriend was pretty pissed off at this point. After speaking with the manager, the dealership agreed to replace his missing iPhone. This place is ridiculous. We have yet to find out if there will be more issues with the new X3. We will never buy from this place again. Next time, I'm bringing him to the dealership in my part of town, BMW of San Francisco. read more

We love our BMWi3 and we really like John McGuinness our sales rep who is excellent. One amazing service is the Mobility plan so we get a free loaner car when going on longer trips. But what I find utterly baffling for such a high-end car company is the inefficiency of this dealership. There are 10 people sitting or standing around in the sales and service department doing literally nothing. We were here to drop off our i3 for the loaner and to leave our i3 for a service. We had to wait nearly an hour to have someone check what was the exact upcoming service (BMW's have expensive parts so we just wanted to be assured). John got us the Service manager to expedite our quick question but this took a lot of assertiveness and patience on our part. The service manager was very helpful. It seems like the service reps are too siloed and not trained in explaining to customers what the wait time is. It should not take an hour to check-in for a service or ask a service question when there are 5 or 6 people sitting there doing paperwork or on the phone. Again, we love the Mobility program but someone needs to hire an organizational management consultant and then we'll give you 5 stars. read more

Brought in a buyer of my car to ask some questions about issues with CPO. Rude customer service. Needed an issue fixed and you give me runarounds about how your service department didn't touch anything. Wanted to buy an M3 from them, client advisor didn't give a f*ck if I was interested or not. Would not let me test drive a used M3 and that I needed to talk numbers before I can even take it out. 2 months forward, I bought an M3 from somewhere else. Great going guys. Way to judge a kid in his 20's. read more

My sales experience was a good one, but the service experience has been the complete opposite. Brought car in for recall and when I got there they nicely advised me that they would also do routine maintenance work. Seemed good at time. I was told that there was a possibility I might have to leave car overnight, but not offered a loaner--- told I should have scheduled one, bit how could I have known they would keep car overnight for a recall. After first day, no call to update me on status. Second day, no call. I call in afternoon and am told car not done. I call service advisor twice; no answer so I leave messages and tell him I have appointments next day and need car. NO call backs. I call again and after dealing with horrible phone system get a live person who tells me he will have service manager call me. Surprise, surprise--NO call back. Still no car--3 days for a simple recall and routine maintenance and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD ALWAYS HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT WEATHERFORD SERVICE--apparently all true. I will travel far to find better service. read more

I tried to purchase a car from them they had listed. Im in LA so pretty far, I made an offer and said if you give me the car for this price, i'll take it. Of course sales person eager to take my information, I gave him my information over the phone but asked him to send me the price he agreed to via email and a application so I can sign it and proceed with the purchase. He didn't email me the price confirmation, ran my credit without my permission ( I didn't sign a credit app ) and then calls me to tell me I wasn't approved. I told him I will bring my own financing and that I need a letter with the price of the car, we agreed on $2000 off the asking price but when I tried to buy it with my own financing he only discounted the car $500. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, BMW corporate and now writing this report, the sales practice of this dealer is shady as shady gets. DO NOT BUY from this place. Period. I bought a car from a different dealer, no BS, No hassle and good price. read more

Someone else that reviewed this dealership said they would give it zero stars if that was a yelp option. I am in complete agreement--one star is compulsive generosity this second rate establishment does not deserve. I made the mistake of providing my email information to them, and since the I was bombarded by emails from their Internet Sales Manager Chris Phan. I don't know what was the most obnoxious: (1) That after pressing for a sale he cheesily signed off as my "Friendly Neighborhood salesman; (2) His emails asked me what he could do to sell me a car "that weekend"; (3) or that he ignored my requests to be left alone as well as the times I just ignored him (this whole thing went over a month. I finally just emailed him back and told him to "F*#K off". I normally am not so crass, but it was the only thing I had not tried to just get him to leave me alone. Instead of apologizing for the harassment, he told me to "F%$K off too"--which I might of invited, but if you hassle a customer so much and ignore their requests to be left alone, eventually they will be rude enough to get the point across. I guess I expected more from someone labeling themselves a "friendly neighborhood salesman" Consequently, not only will I not buy a car from Weatherford, but I will NOT purchase a BMW for my next car, because I will not reward a large company with my five figure business if it cannot control the employees (or contractors) that operate under its brand; the ultimate driving experience does not make up for the worst customer service experience. read more

Weatherford BMW operates with the lowest level of integrity of any business I've ever worked with. After buying a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 BWM from Weatherford, I started having issues within the first couple months of ownership. I've been in and out of the shop multiple times, the services is horrible, they charge you for everything, and they sell you faulty cars. They also overcharge! They wanted me to pay $800+ for a battery replacement. The first shop I called in San Francisco offered to do the EXACT same procedure with the EXACT same battery for $350. The management at Weatherford is incompetent. If you call or email with concerns, they will not respond. They will give you attitude if you express a complaint. They are everything that's bad about car dealerships. AVOID weatherford at all costs. Seriously. Save yourself a lot of headache and completely avoid weatherford. This place sucks. read more

They were very nice at first, but changed their attitude after a few minutes of looking at cars. They claimed their "special" deal prices are the best around so they're non-negotiable. I guess they forgot the "deal" in dealership. Seems like their solely looking for the easy sale and become disinterested if it's taking too long. They have a lot of cars to look at. Perhaps if they worked with their customers, they wouldn't have so many. read more

This review is specific to the service department. We had an appointment to have our vehicle detailed and arrived at the appointed time. Someone came to check us in right away, but that was the last "good" service we got. About five minutes after we checked in, a different person came over to tell us that they were having trouble reaching the detailing department and that we might have to leave our car overnight. To have it detailed! When we said that wasn't what we were expecting, she said she would check into it and walked away. We never saw her again. We gave her about 20 minutes and then finally just left. It's not like it was so busy that she had a lot of other people to deal with. In fact, there was one other person waiting for help with service. We won't be going back there, until it's time to buy or lease a new BMW. The sales side is great. Too bad their service side can't even come close. read more

Not that it's necessary, but I feel better adding another one star review. They are just awful. Avoid at all costs. Here is the content of the email I sent them to make someone aware of the terrible sales tack. Not surprisingly I received no reply. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at Weatherford BMW this afternoon. I came to your dealership after seeing the 2004 M3 convertible on your website. I left work early in anticipation of viewing and test driving the car. While your demeanor was almost pleasant, I find the policy of initiating paperwork prior to driving a car unusual, to say the least. I honestly felt that I was being profiled by the fact that I was dressed casually and arrived in my old Landcruiser. The M3 is still on my list of candidates for my next car, along with the 911 carrera and SL55 that 2 other reputable dealerships were happy to have me test drive. I should note that the MSRP of the SL was originally $155k, and I was allowed a test drive - in the rain! I intend to pay cash for my new car, but I won't be spending any of it at your business. I can't magine how you sell cars by telling people that "we don't just go out on drives for fun" I intend to share my experience with Yelp, Berkeley Parents Network, and anywhere else that might convince people to cross the bridge to purchase their next BMW. read more

Went there with the idea of buying two cars, one for wife's birthday present and another to replace aging Prius ('05) and LandRover ('02) for myself. Had a nice chat with the CPO mgr and went outside to look at the new models. Was reading a info tag on a car and I hear "can I help you" from behind me. I am leaned over, shading my eyes to see more clearly and decide to finish reading before rising. "Can I help you?" this guy barks a few seconds later, loudly now. I take a few moments more to finish, stand up straight and turn to see who's making the noise and find a middle-aged asian fellow with a seriously "put out" expression on this twisted up face. "Just reading the tag" I say. "I was talking to you" he says with a parenthetical "and I expected an answer". I think, "he has to be kidding" but he's not. And he's angry apparently because I did not immediately jump up from my impertinent reading posture and offer him my undivided attention. Long story short, he continues with this arrogant, holier-than-thou schtick until I say that I'd like to talk to your manager. He shoots back, "I am the manager". This guy was pushy, rude and perhaps not just a little self-absorbed. I never did get one iota of useful info from the little shit. I went immediately to the MBenz store in Walnut Creek and bought a nice sedan from a young guy who could not have been more professional. I don't know what they are on at this store, but they should cut it out immediately. STAY AWAY! read more

I purchased my Certified PreOwned BMW approximately 1 year ago from Weatherford BMW. Mustafa Khweled greeted my mother and I immediately upon arrival. He made my mom and I feel welcomed, even offering us waters and snacks. I test drove a few different vehicles that first day. After taking a few hours test driving the various models, I ended up not buying. Mustafa did not pressure me, and a few days later I called him back to negotiate a price within my budget. He worked to get me the best possible deal for the vehicle I fell in love with. He treated my mom and I with superior professionalism, so much so that my mom came back a couple months later and also purchased a BMW from Mustafa. Unfortunately, my vehicle had a few hiccups within the past year. BUT Mustafa made my life hassle free in these stressful moments, answering my calls, providing me with the ultimate customer service, and going above and beyond the necessary call of duty. I am beyond grateful for the service Mustafa has provided. His patient, cool demeanor makes going to the dealership a pleasure because I know I will be treated with respect, and helped in a timely manner. I've never had to wait; Mustafa makes sure everything is taken care of before I arrive. His customer service is unbeatable. I highly recommend purchasing from Mustafa Khweled. Thank you Mustafa! read more

Service department review. This is hands down the worst BMW dealer we've ever been to (we've tried 5 different dealers in 4 years while moving for my job). Online appointment was lost, a $500 deposit tied up funds on my debit card for the loaner car (no other dealer has ever done that), paid $250 to detail the car and all we got was an average inside/outside cleaning with lots of smudges on the windows from using dirty rags with wax on them, and our warranty / extended service plan paid for a new radiator but for some crazy reason they made us pay for the hose that goes with the radiator. I'll never go back. Avoid at all costs. read more

History
Established in 1980.
At the foundation of Weatherford BMW is a desire to bring drivers in the greater Berkeley area an assortment of new and used cars capable of transforming everyday commutes into something a little more extraordinary. This is why we sell only new BMW models such as the X1, X2, X3, X5, 330, 430, 530, 530e, i3, 850, 750 and the all new X7 and mint-condition used cars. But, that simply wasn't enough. So, in addition to our new and used car inventories renowned across Oakland, San Leandro and Richmond, CA, we decided to add a BMW service center commanded by a team of experts hand-picked for their knowledge, passion and promise to treat every car as if it was their own... We also know there are still people set on doing it themselves: we added a genuine BMW parts shop. The logic? We want to make your life easier - put everything under one roof. We also want to help ensure that the extraordinary experience of owning a new BMW stands the test of time.

I honestly hate writing such a poor review after having what was initially a good experience here. Joe Combs was really good at communicating with me via email prior to coming into the dealership to look at the car I wanted to lease and for the cost. However, when I did finally come in, the car I was going to lease was no longer available (of course) and the other car options I had were to cost a little more in my monthly payments (naturally). After test driving the car, Joe worked with his financial department to put together numbers. They initially offered to buy out my current lease (from another manufacturer) and take it off of my hands, two months early to my lease ending. I was ecstatic about this! Joe came back with the numbers that were just slightly higher than I wanted (for money down). I told him I was still happy with moving forward and glad they were able to get close to what I initially wanted to pay. Joe then had me contact my current lease to find out the payout information on my car, so they could write them a check and take the car off of my hands. I gladly gave this information to Joe and his team. After this information was handled by their team, Joe came back with needing another $500 to put down - otherwise my payments would be much higher than I wanted. Though I was not happy about this news, I obliged because at the end of the day, they were still taking the old lease off of my hands and I was walking away with a new car. Getting into the financial paperwork is when the big sticker shock hit me. The finance guy recommended I pay the almost $2K package for protection on my lease, because my car has a 'lot of fiberglass parts that are prone to damage and BMW doesn't care if you lease another car from them - they will make you pay for the damages.' So I reluctantly obliged and shelled out another lump sum of money... The finance guy moved swiftly thru all of the paperwork, I paid my down payment & for the lease protection and drove off in my new car. Everything was golden for about a month - until my prior leasing agent contacted me with an outstanding balance & an attempt to collect a debt! I was in pure shock of receiving this information as I always had a good standing with my leasing agent. It turns out, BWM cut a check that was too short to my previous leasing agent to purchase the car and that they were refusing to pay or even call back my previous leasing agent. I had to find this news out myself. After much discussing with my previous leasing agent, they informed me that even if BMW refused to pay the outstanding balance due, it was my responsibility. What a joke! I contacted Joe & his manager, James - and I had to constantly reach out to both to get any sort of response back. I finally got Joe on the phone last week to tell me that 'they are working on it' and that he'd get back to me. A day later I called him and he said he would discuss it with his manager yet again (continued to be brushed aside). Finally his manager called and left me a voicemail, with utter lies that BMW contact MY leasing agent to find out the payout amount - and the wrong amount was given to them. That was a total lie - I was requested by BMW to contact my leasing agent to find out the payout amount. BMW instructed me on what to do and so I followed their steps and later slapped with an outstanding bill. I have since tried contacting both Joe & his sales manager via email and phone and no one has had the courtesy to call me back. This is just once again a reminder that car salespeople are some of the most bait & switch salespeople on the planet and continue to make the car industry one of which I hate shopping for. I will never purchase or lease another vehicle from this location again. Buyers beware!! read more

I have been a customer of Weatherford BMW since 2010. I have bought 3 BMWs and have traded in 3 cars to Weatherford BMW. I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER OF WEATHERFORD BMW OR ANY OF ITS OTHER SISTER COMPANIES, SONEN BMW AND CONCORD BMW. After traveling the USA and getting to visit other BMW dealerships I realized that WEATHERFORD BMW is the worse example of what BMW North America wants. Then seeing how most comments on here YELP aren't in favor of WEATHERFORD BMW I find that my experiences aren't off point. It's not normal for sales people and managers to talk down to fellow workmates. This is how WEATHERFORD BMW runs things. I'm all about being proud where I shop. If its from eggs to buying a car, it matters to me where I buy it. Just hearing all the bickering at this dealership and how they talk to their employees just grossed me out. I didn't realize people get talked like this in the work place. Its especially bad when the general public hears it. I heard the manager Greg La Something threaten an employee with his job if something didn't get taken care of before lunch. Who threatens people like that? I was shocked to hear it and I said something under my breath and a salesman heard me and he said thats pretty normal around here with most the management. This whole experience made me examine WEATHERFORD BMW even more so. NOW REMEMBER, I am a happy customer with my cars. I am NOT unhappy with BMW. I am just in disgust with WEATHERFORD BMW. The management there seems to walk around there like they are untouchable. As if they are doctors and they cured cancer. Remember, you are just sales people. I was able to get some more information from employees of WEATHERFORD BMW. One tech told me that this past Christmas Bonus was cut from their budget because they were acquiring SONEN BMW. When you want families to come and buy from you that really leaves a bad taste in their mouths. You can't even take care of your own families but the managers can roll around in high budget demo cars. WHICH brings me to another point. One New York BMW dealership doesn't even give managers demo BMW cars. This is so the dealer can put more back into the dealership for their customers. Like as we all know WEATHERFORD BMW coffee stand is a joke. ALL the other BMW dealerships I went to had Starbuck's machines or coffee stands with real good pastries. I was told by several store managers that this is due to not having expensive demo BMW's for personal vehicles. WHICH at WEATHERFORD BMW, ALL managers have very nice demo BMW's. I even had other BMW store managers and service managers sit me down to hear how things are ran at WEATHERFORD BMW. They explained everything they could to me on how things should be ran. They were very shocked to hear and were very apologetic. I was also told that the way WEATHERFORD BMW conducts their CSI scores is improper. There should never be bribing to a customer for a high score. At WEATHERFORD BMW they are aren't afraid to bribe a high score from you. At one point WEATHERFORD BMW was giving cash spiffs to their sales people for good YELP reviews. Its amazing what you find out from employees. They were very embarrassed to hear my own personal experiences with my loaner car when I was in for service. I understand we are in Berkeley but does it mean that the car should smell like marijuana? I even got into a used car on WEATHERFORD's lot to find it smell like marijuana. This is a BMW dealership? THIS IS ONE DEALERSHIP THAT NEEDS MANAGEMENT HELP ASAP! BMW NORTH AMERICA STEP IN BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! read more

Level-set: Most of us dislike the car-buying process intensely, not necessarily just because of the transaction size and the associated heartburn (though that doesn't help), but because of the ridiculous spectacle that often showcases the most negative aspects of raw, pure capitalism. As a capitalist myself, it's not that I don't understand that all businesses need to earn a profit, I just dislike the unbridled dishonesty and bad behavior that typically accompanies the transaction. Most auto dealers (new or used) have very high turnover, and not only does this lead to a lack of continuity, but also makes it difficult for dealers to establish a consistent "culture." This certainly does not help the optics for the car buyer. Over years of car-buying, I have arrived at a personal policy - never go to the same dealer twice because the previous experience has always left a bad taste in my mouth. Until Weatherford BMW. I was led there in 2019 because I met one of the sales managers at a local BMW club driving event, and she was very smart, professional, and, well, not "salesy." Just good. When it was time to get a new car, she assigned me to a sales associate (Bobby, who was outstanding and also not "salesy") and I found myself a new car. I bought my first vehicle (2020 G20 M340i) there in 2019, and the sales process was painless. Everybody on the team (and at Weatherford, it's a team effort, from the sales associate to the guy prepping the car for delivery) is well trained, well-mannered (not syrupy, just polite) and interested in YOUR buying/genius/delivery/service experience. They listened to my needs, did not try to "steer" me away from my preference, and sold me an excellent car at an excellent price. Other than the mandatory set of inquiries about extended warranties and such, I was allowed (nay, welcomed) to buy the car I wanted - the way I wanted. Ok, so the car was great (it was a pandemic car, so it didn't see a ton of miles), and my service experience there was excellent and painless, but years later, it was time for me to address my lease (I ended up buying it out) and also prepare to eventually order another car. I was filled with dread, as I was sure everybody I had dealt with had left and I would be left to contend with a bunch of new folks I didn't know. Not so - most of the team remained (my original sales associate had been promoted), and more importantly, the culture was the exact same - all about maximizing customer experience but also working out a good deal/outcome for the customer, which is all most of us want. This time I was assigned to Kevin, who represents the Weatherford brand identity masterfully - responsive, informed, polite, communicative when needed, but never trying to "hurry the deal." I put a deposit on the car in late 2021, and as the car market started to shift dramatically toward the seller, they assured me that, during a period where I was ordering a new EV and every dealer was trying to mark these up by 10-15%, my original agreed-upon price would be honored. This stretched the bounds of my belief system, and yet when the car finally arrived in late-ish 2022, they honored EVERY commitment and made the buying process so pleasant and easy that I now prefer buying a car to going to the dentist. I purchased the car, and thus far their follow-up has been stellar. Bottom line, I didn't like car buying and I didn't like/trust car DEALERS, and Weatherford has changed me on both fronts. Highly recommend them. read more

UPDATE: It's so funny to see that someone posted 5 star review on James Whittenburg immediately after my bad review on him on 12/1/2015. Important thing note here is that this person have not had any positive reviews after Jan 2013 (when he seemed to be working in Finance dept. and not in Sales). My advice is next time if someone writes a bad review on you atleast wait for few days to before getting a positive review written :-) I didn't want to malign anyone's image with my review but just share my experience. If you had taken responsibility for your behavior then there was a possibility that I would have deleted my review on yelp but instead it seems you've chosen to cover it up by getting, if I may say, a fake review written. Original Review posted on 12/1//2015: I recently have had a really bad (very unprofessional) experience working with this dealership. I was looking for a certified X5 and they happened to have one that I liked. But since they were asking for too much money (in my opinion), l didn't want to buy that. But the sales guy (let's leave his name out as I don't think he was at fault) kept following up with me. Then finally we agreed on a price. It was Saturday and we finalized things at @ 2:20pm on the phone. So I arranged for a cab to get there as I live near San Jose and told the sales guy that I'd be at the dealership by 5pm. On my way, I even asked him to send me the VIN # of the vehicle since I wanted to buy an insurance. So he did. When I reached the dealership around 5pm, I texted him to let him know that I was there. He said he would be there in few mins as he was with another customer. He came back at around 5:20pm and then went inside the dealership. Few minutes later he came back with his sales manager, James Whittenburg. The sales manager says to me "sorry but we sold that vehicle". So I said "what do you mean?". He said "we sold it an hour ago". Then I said "why didn't you call me? I was coming here to buy that vehicle which your sales guy & I agreed on 2 hours ago." Then the sales manager said "We just sold it 5 mins ago. Another sales guy shook hands with a customer". I said "I've been at the dealership for about 25 mins, why didn't you let me know? And how can you sell it to someone else when you committed that vehicle to me?". Then he said "oh, I have 25 sales people". Now that is not my problem that you can't even keep track of who is selling what. I said I paid $200 for a cab just to get here and your sales guy made a commitment to me. Then the sales manager arrogantly says "it's not his problem that I took a cab to get there". The sales manager James was very arrogant in his behavior. Even though he said he's sorry few times but it was so clear from his face that he didn't mean any of that. Now that "sorry" really doesn't count, does it? You want to buy a vehicle (especially used one) from a dealership you can trust. And when someone at the dealer can't even keep their word what's the guarantee that they will honor any of the commitments they made to you while selling the vehicle. If you absolutely must go to this dealership, I'd say stay away from dealing with James Whittenburg. read more

Please be careful they have very deceptive sales practices here. Not more then 5 minutes after posting this, Weatherford BMW has taken down the add from Autotrader.com !!!!!!! That only took 4 days, I wonder how many people went there wanting to buy that car? I found a car on autotrader.com that Weatherford BMW was advertising last week April 26, 2010. After talking it over with my husband we decided to send an email to the Internet Sales MGR Roberto Roy 510-761-6075 on Friday May 30, 2010 at 11:48am. Stating we did not want to waste his time or ours and made an offer on the vehicle. At 3:27pm Friday Mr. Roy emailed us back and said he would take the offer. I called and left a message for Mr. Roy that we would be in Saturday to check the car and complete the agreement. We did not get a call back that night. Saturday morning my husband called Mr. Roy at 11:30am and asked if the car was still available. Mr. Roy put him on hold for a few minutes and then told us the car was there. We told Mr. Roy that we would drive 90 minutes to see him and would arrive at 1:30pm Mr. Roy said he would be there. When we arrived Mr. Roy said the car was not available and it was sold last night. What? He then proceeded to tell me that he tried to email me and let me know but for some reason did not have our phone number. I asked Mr. Roy " Why did you tell me you had the car when I called you at 11:30am this morning" he replied in front of my wife and 2 other sales people " I always tell people we have the car" He then started to offer me other vehicles to look at. Mr. Roy did send an email to advise that the car was not available, but we had already left. Mr. Roy said he did not have a phone number to call us. Another lie, as the email we sent him to inquire about the car, and the next email we sent him to make an offer had our Cell phone number in the email. Mr. Roy felt as though it was not his fault we drove all the way to his dealership as he tried to contact us with an email and we should have email linked with our cell phone. As if it was our fault he did not tell us the truth the first time we called. And , why did he not bother to call us the night before knowing we had emailed an offer if the vehicle was being sold that night. My husband's response to that was" Don't deceive people into thinking you have a car, let them drive 3 hours, waste gas and toll and their time because you want to get them on the lot to sell a different car! Do you really think we want to buy a car from Weatherford BMW now that you lied to us! As of today Weatherford BMW has taken the car (a 2004 BMW M3 Convertible, Silver with vin ending in PK07092) off their website, 5 minutes after posting this review Weatherford BMW has taken down the add from Autotrader.com that only took them 4 days! Don't know about you, but I would never buy a car from this dealership or Mr. Roberto Roy. If anyone wants a copy of the emails that we sent and the email Mr. Roy sent, just ask we are happy to share the information to protect you from deceptive selling practices. read more

While we don't comment online very often, our great experience at Weatherford BMW compelled us to write this review. We came here to purchase a CPO BMW without expecting much and it turned out to be a pleasant and exciting experience. At every step of the way, we were treated with respect and patience. Every concern of ours was addressed and every question answered. We are especially grateful to Mostafa and Erin in the Sales Department who relentlessly worked with us through multiple hours of selections and deliberations. Erin patiently navigated us through six full test drives as we were considering various engines and packages. She readily explained car features and subtle differences between trims. She was able to spontaneously modify the driving test route so that we could test certain features of the car - from highway acceleration to handling tight corners. Definitely ask Erin if you have any questions about a new or CPO BMW. After spending a few hours test-driving with Erin, Mostafa took us under his wing to assist us with the decision-making. We had multiple concerns and inquiries based on our prior research and experience with BMW's. Mostafa was fluent with every aspect of our questioning from mechanical parameters, to manufacturer's service bulletins, to the subtle aspects of warranty agreements. A real professional, Mostafa didn't show any sign of impatience and was able to quickly pull up supporting documents and references. Of course, negotiating the deal is a very individual experience. In our case, working with Mostafa turned out to be a positive and productive process. At every step, we were treated with dignity and respect. There was never any pressure or games. The whole process was very amicable ending in full satisfaction - no buyer's remorse. Once we reached an agreement, the rest of the affair was streamlined and easy. What really impressed us is the standard of care that Mostafa exhibited at the tail end of the purchase. After the deal had already been negotiated, Mostafa examined faint imperfections in the vehicle paint and insisted that the affected area get refinished by the Service Department at no additional cost to us. Honestly, the car had very few miles on it and we were ready to drive it away as is. Mostafa firmly stood behind the BMW name and expressed that they do care about the quality of the vehicles that leave Weatherford BMW's lot. We will be coming back to have the paint corrections completed in the next few days at no cost. We are very pleased with the car that we purchased and the overall experience. We were able to test every model in which we were interested and had every resource at our disposal to make an educated decision. The staff made the overall process enjoyable and effective. We anticipate a long-term relationship with Weatherford BMW. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to start here and make sure to speak with Mostafa and Erin. read more

The thought of buying a new vehicle can be stressful and overwhelming. From deciding on the model, going through the features, and then comparing prices can be very daunting to say the least. Last week I had made the decision to purchase a pre-certified BMW. Rather than spend aimless hours going from dealer to dealer, I decided that I would narrow my search online, perusing dealer websites looking at available inventory. Living in the Bay area, I combed thru several of the main dealerships, but it became apparent really quickly that Weatherford in Berkeley had what I found to be the best and most comprehensive selection of pre-owned BMW certified cars. I easily found the model and color I was seeking, and Weatherford had done a great job in highlighting the vehicles attributes, everything from feature set, VIN to pricing all at my fingertips. Further, I really liked that I was able to see a selection of 40+ pictures on the specific vehicle I was interested in purchasing, not to mention even a video of the car; truly a class act all the way. I called Weatherford at 9AM and was delighted to be connected to a salesperson immediately; I began working with Renold. Renold let me know that the vehicle I was interested in was available, and that he could work around my schedule for me to come into take a look and to test-drive the car. I had let him know that should we come to terms on a deal that day, that I already had my financing in order. He mentioned that he could most likely beat the rate my bank had quoted me, and after submitting the easiest loan form imaginable, he told me know that I would qualify for BMW financing, saving me roughly 3 points on the APR. So already feeling really great about this dealership and my salesperson, Renold - great inventory, pricing, and really helpful folks who I felt weren't trying to strong-arm me into a purchase. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it even surpassed my expectations - car simply looked, drove and even smelled brand new! We quickly came to terms on an agreeable price and I've got to say that working with Renold was a breeze and a real pleasure, bypassing the typical adversarial back and forth that usually encompasses this type of transaction. I would be amiss if I didn't also point out the finance Manager, James, was also really great to work with - he had the patience to answer all of my questions, and to show me all the various options available to save money by pre-paying for extended maintenance plans etc. Let's face it; it's great to have peace of mind knowing that you are covered for the unexpected. This was truly one of those great purchasing moments when everything aligned and in such a timely manner; from my initial call in the morning to when I was driving off the lot took no longer than just a few short hours. Couldn't be happier with Weatherford and Renold, not to mention the GREAT BMW I just purchased! read more

Weatherford BMW provided an extremely professional and courteous experience in both their service and sales departments. Service: In April 2012, I had a breakdown driving back from Napa, CA and had to have my 00 323ci (E46) towed to Weatherford BMW. It was after normal business hours for the sale department, so I parked the vehicle and placed my information, description of the incidents, and vehicle key in their overnight service drop box. Weatherford BMW's Service Advisor, Mr. Richard Angelis, contacted me on Monday and provided an overall assessment of the vehicle and recommended service. Having recently moved to the area, there was no local service history at Weatherford BMW, however, Mr. Angelis reached out to my most recent BMW service sites on the East Coast for historical information in order to provide a detailed course of action/options for maintenance. Within 1.5 days, Weatherford BMW was able to order, deliver, and replace the drive shaft assembly at an extremely reasonable price with a complimentary wash and detailing upon completion. Mr. Angelis was customer service oriented and made to time to greet me and explain the scope and nature of the maintenance. Sales: In May 2012, I decided to trade-in my aforementioned vehicle for a pre-owned 09 M3 (E92) and had the great pleasure to work with Mr. Boris Star as my Sales Manager and Mr. James Whittenburg as my Finance Manager. Having made my decision towards a pre-owned vehicle for purchase, Mr. Star, was extremely knowledgeable in providing all financial options available for consideration, to include the differences amongst the model lines from the standard 3-Series to inbound new M5. Mr. Star listened to my interests and preferences and tailored the purchase experience to suit my needs, specifically on what vehicle best matched my financial situation, lifestyle, driving habits, and future plans. Having narrowed to purchase of a pre-owned M3, Mr. Star, offered a test-drive to include full-explanations of all standard features and options on the vehicle, a walk-thru of the service history, and existing maintenance/warranty plans associated with the vehicle. When we finalized the trade-in and credit history, Mr. Whittenburg, was able to offer an even better local finance option, specific to Weatherford BMW, which my current lender, USAA, could not match. In fact, the difference in savings allowed for me to extend the maintenance/warranty plan on the vehicle. Both Mr. Star and Mr. Whittenburg were extremely professional, yet personable and could not have found a better experience. In addition, following purchase, Weatherford BMW, has contacted me for any follow-up issues/questions on the M3 and overall just to ensure that their service was consistent with what is expected out of BMW. Thanks and hopefully this was helpful in providing some baseline information on Weatherford BMW for your consideration. read more

This review is for Roberto Roy and Boris Star!! I have leased 3 BMW machines from Weatherford BMW all from my Client Advisor ROBERTO ROY over the last 12 years. A few months ago before my lease was about to end Roberto contacted me regarding my lease-end options and I took his advice to place an order for a new X5. About 6 weeks after placing my order I received a telephone call from Roberto informing me that he was no longer employed at Weatherford BMW. I asked him would that change the "deal" that he and I had agreed on regarding the return of my lease and the lease quote on the new X5 and he assured me that it would not. I asked him could he have the dealership place in writing the agreement that he had promised me and he told me that he could not but to please trust him like the other 3 lease transactions that we conducted. At that point I did not have a good feeling because although I trust Roberto I have had no dealings with any other Weatherford employees in the Sales Department except for Roberto; he always took care of me even made my service appointments for me. I must have called Roberto about 5 or 6 times asking him to assure me that he had made the necessary arrangements for a smooth delivery and in all of our conversations he would just tell me "trust me, everything will be fine". Roberto told me that he would select a Client Advisor from the Sales Department to deliver my X5 to me when it arrived. 2 weeks later I received a call from Boris Star informing me that my X5 was 1 week from arriving at the dealership and that he would take care of my delivery I asked him did Roberto discuss our agreement and he told me yes and that nothing would change from Roberto's lease quote on the X5. 5 days later Boris called me and we set an appointment to return my current lease and take delivery of my new X5. The day before I was to meet Boris at the dealership I called Roberto and told him that I was concerned regarding taking delivery of the X5 being that I had nothing in writing and that I was afraid that they would "bait and switch" me in regards to price once I arrived for my appointment. Roberto asked me what time was my appointment at Weatherford and he told me that he would meet me at the dealership. The next day when I arrived at Weatherford Roberto was waiting for me on the showroom floor and he introduced me to Client Advisor Boris Star, Sales Manager Rafael Macia, and Finance Manager David Manalo. They took my lease-return with no charges for the return and had all the lease paperwork ready for me on the new X5 and all the numbers were just like Roberto had promised. THANK YOU Roberto, Thank you Boris, Thank you Rafael, Thank you David and Thank you Weatherford BMW! read more

Just leased a new X6. I had been working with Chris Phan via email so he knew what I was looking for. When I arrived Chris was busy working with another customer. He immediately came over with another gentleman named Jon Heppler. I hate being handed over but I hate waiting around more so it made sense for Chris to make sure I was getting help. Jon took us to the used lot first and allowed us to test drive an X5 and said we could anything wanted afterwards. I wanted to compare to an X6 so we drove one of those as well. We finally sat down and ran some numbers on various X6 combinations and found one that worked. I think he was ready to close but I told him that I do not make snap decisions and wanted to think about it but would decide over the next week. He was fine with that and offers to send other X6 options he had from Concord and Marin BMW as they own those dealerships as well. I left the dealership pretty much sold on the X6 but want to test drive an Audi SQ5. We drove over to Audi and asked for the manager. I had been in contact with her online and stated that I would be coming in. My wife and waited around for 30 minutes until a salesman finally came out to help us. He was new so I'll give him a small break but we waiting another 15 minutes for them to bring out the only SQ5 they have in stock. That being said the SQ5 is beautiful and fast. I was close to changing my mind. When we finally sat down and ran numbers the payments came in much higher on a vehicle with less features. We asked him to print them up for us. He left and returned and gave us the rookie version of the hard sell. "How can I get you out of hear with a car today?" There was the turn off sales pitch. I said I wasn't going to make a snap decision and he then added "I've been here a month and haven't sold a car yet". I felt sorry for SOB but that wasn't going to make me buy a car. Like Jon from BMW he said he'd be in contact with me during the following week. I never heard from this guy again. Meanwhile Jon stayed in contact and check out a number of cars for me. I find the X6 I wanted at Eastbay BMW. Jon was able to execute a trade to get the car to Weatherford. I went to the dealer yesterday and picked it up. They were busy and had just implement at new CRM system so the process took longer than I would have liked but fortunately there was a Giant's game to watch in the meantime. Took my new X6 home last night. Got an email today thanking me for may business and making sure I was happy with everything. Needless to say Jon at Weatherford BMW kept me in a bimmer when I might have read more

I am writing this review in regards to the service performed and received to my boyfriend's car in mid January. This place is really good except for a few bad apples but every company has them even mine so I cant dock to many stars from this review. Richard my service adviser was extremely helpful, he listened to all of my concerns about my vehicle (peeling interior trim, tire light, and the replacement of an exhaust tip plus standard service) and got it all done in one day, very impressive especially when I had seen how many cars were in the driveway(a lot). There shuttle service was really convenient and the kid who picked me up was very polite and quite knowledgeable, I was truly impressed he didn't look any older then 17 and he was able to tell me everything that was done to my car. When I got there it was still busy, but Richard quickly and in an easy to understand way explained everything that was done to my boyfriend's car( this made it really easy to explain to my boyfriend. Richard got my car washed and brought up and sent me over to the cashier. This is where my experience at Weatherford went down hill, the overweight b*tch cashier greeted me with a sigh and a frown. Hello lady we are in a lousy economy BE HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE A JOB! I had to pay a hefty bill to replace the tires. Giving my money to someone who looks and acts like they are completely unsatisfied with their job not to mention very rude doesn't make it any easier for me. She handed me the keys and that was it, I didn't even get a customary non meaningful "have a nice evening" from her. If it wasn't for the cashier's inability to provide a pleasant "end" to my service I would have given Weatherford 5 stars. Long story short avoid the cashiers at this place, they will ruin it all. To be honest it seems like even there coworkers are fed up with they rudeness and antics as well. Hopefully the managers can rectify the problem, I believe my boyfriend's car is due for an oil change in July. I am going to ask him if I can take the car in instead of him to see if I get the same customer service from that cashier that i did in January. I know some people just have those bad days but come on you really ruined my experience that day, quit your job if it gets under your skin that bad. You are doing nothing but harm to your self and the company you work for. read more

Disappointing Service Experience I've been a loyal BMW owner for years, but my experience with BMW Weatherford in Berkeley has been deeply frustrating. Over the course of four years, I repeatedly asked them to address a fuel tank pressure sensor issue in my that should have been covered under my extended warranty. They kept insisting there was no issue with the sensor, yet continued to perform unnecessary and unrelated services instead. Even after I provided documentation from another BMW service center confirming the issue, they still denied the repair and told me to return again for yet another paid check-up. At one point, I was told the engine light would just keep coming on, and that I should simply stop by occasionally so they could clear the codes... As the second owner, I requested access to the vehicle's full service history, especially since the car had always been serviced at Weatherford. That's when I discovered the previous owner had experienced the exact same issue. Weatherford had performed repairs totaling more than half the car's value, replacing nearly every part mentioned in related BMW forum threads, yet the fuel sensor was mentioned in the papers but had never been addressed. The previous owner even provided me with a second-opinion report confirming the sensor was covered under warranty. All this was completely ignored. Again, I was asked to pay more for another check-in. I also requested the service records copies and, unsurprisingly, was denied access. Over the years, I've been dismissed, brushed off, and never treated with fairness, kindness, or professionalism. I couldn't help but wonder: Is this just about making money, or is it how they treat someone with an accent like mine? Like the previous owner, I spent thousands of dollars (and as a schoolteacher, these expenses were a heavy burden), trying to fix problems that never actually existed. Thankfully, I eventually brought my car to BMW Fairfield, where they diagnosed and replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor under warranty in just three days. Their service was professional, respectful, and efficient, a complete contrast to my experience at Weatherford. My engine light has never come on since. This is my third BMW, and until now, I've never had an experience that made me question the brand. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did. read more

This is a rating on BUYING a car. I will write a review for service later when I experience that part. First off buying a car is usually a pain in the ass. I'm a middle aged guy and have bought a few cars in my time and I rarely look forward to the experience. Information is key as well as patience. It's a delicate balance on being respectful to the people that are selling cars and you that is buying one. They are people too and they have lives, wives and families to feed as well. I started off at Weatherford because it's the closest to me and is where my father bought my mother her BMW when I was in high school. This is my first purchase of a car in this class. When I got there I was greeted by Andy. He wasn't pushy. Cool kid and was patient while me and my brother looked around. Then we left after swapping some info. A couple days later I went back and started to work some numbers with Jun on an 09 3 series. My deal was more complicated than most as it included an Audi lease trade in. It was looking good for awhile but the numbers just didn't quite work for me so I moved on and shopped around. A few days passed and I got a call from Andy and Jun. I was pretty firm in what I was willing to pay and they understood that. It's not really a game this back and forth, it's just business. Yeah it sucks but they are trying to make money and we are trying to save money so it's a natural part of buying a car. If they ask you to come in at this stage do it. Yes it's sales 101 tactics to get the customer in the showroom but it is also the best opportunity to work a deal as you are physically there. It also shows you are serious and willing to buy. In the end we compromised more in my favor and I was happy with the deal. Jun and Andy were great to deal with and the closer guy and the manager treated me well also. I can't recall their names. Overall the experience consumed about 7 hours of my time. I got a follow up call today from Jun. He was checking in to see if I was happy. Yes Jun, I am. So far my opinion of Weatherford is higher than most here. Maybe they're trying to change their ways. I don't know but my experience so far is a positive one. If you deal with Weatherford I would deal with Andy and Jun and no one else. Be patient. Know the facts of the market and the car you want and you should have a similar experience. read more

I had a fantastic experience buying a new BMW at Weatherford. I let them know that I wasn't in a rush and I wanted to wait for the 'right' deal. My salesperson Darek H. listened carefully to my needs and offered to keep me up to date on cars that matched what I was looking for. For more than five months, Darek stayed in contact with me (at my request) and provided me with occasional updates as cars came in to his fleet. At least two other BMW dealers I spoke to seemed more interested in making an immediate sale than making the customer happy. Eventually, one of the cars Darek recommended was exactly what I was looking for at a price that was within the budget I had specified. He didn't try to sell me more car than I needed. This was exactly the kind of car buying experience that I was looking for: low pressure, interactive and simple. What was most important to me about my experience with Darek was that he was honest. He explained exactly which elements of the process may cost me more money and where I might be able to save money. He has an incredible knowledge of BMWs which was useful as I was looking across multiple years and models. He answered all of my questions--many were through email which was very convenient for me. I felt like he treated me like family and took a genuine interest in making sure I was satisfied with my car purchase. I didn't have to play any negotiating 'games' as I had with other car purchases. Darek's (and Weatherford's) transparency throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I wasn't getting screwed over. Towards the end of the car buying process I told them that I needed the car shipped to Texas. Not only did Darek arrange for quick (covered) transport of the car to Austin, but the Weatherford back office did all the necessary paperwork to register the car for me in Texas. I got my license plates and window stickers mailed to me by the Texas DMV--all of which was arranged by Weatherford. During the time the car was being shipped from the lot, Darek kept me informed of its whereabouts so I knew when to expect delivery. Having been through high pressure car buying situations before, working with Darek and Weatherford was a welcome change of pace. I highly recommend going to see them if you are looking for an honest, friendly car buying experience. read more

Ok, let me start by saying that I'm self employed and pride myself on providing my clients with stellar customer service, so it's rare that I'm satisfied with the level of service that most companies provide to me, many of which couldn't even spell customer service! This was certainly not the case when I met Maurice and team at Weatherford's remote body repair shop in Oakland, here's why... I bought my BMW from Weatherford a few years back and they're the one's that I bring it to for maintenance and service appointments. When I got into of a fender bender on the freeway a few months ago, Weatherford was naturally my top choice for repairs. I won't mention any names, but let's just say my insurance company got a "triple F" in service, most of which was due to one asshole adjuster. His very first call to me started with him telling me that he got to an argument with my repairmen and he was just going to send me a check for what HE thought the repairs were worth and I'd have to cover the difference between that and what my shop was estimating repairs to me... "Ummm, come again?" Long story short, this guy was a total nightmare to even have a phone convo with and Maurice pretty much confirmed that when I called him a few minutes later. I actually felt bad that he even had to talk with this guy. Without getting into the dirty little details, I knew that if this adjuster was giving me, the consumer, such a hard time then I'm sure Maurice and team were likely catching of the insurance-hell from this bitter little man. Not only did Maurice stay professional and not complain about this guy, he made it seem like it wasn't something that I should be bothered with and reassured me that he would handle this. Additionally he helped get my loaner car setup, transfer my belongings to it, and all while maintaining a smile and a friendly demeanor. In what was originally lining up to be quite the nightmare to go through, Maurice and the fellas at West Grand Ave handled with tact and professionalism. They managed to take some of the stress off my plate and it reminded me that the actual car is only part of what you sign up for when buying a Weatherford BMW, and why my next one will be purchased from them as well. Hat's off to you gentlemen, keep up the good work! read more

Buying a car is stressful by nature. Anytime you are spending thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars you are going to have concerns and be worried that your money is being well spent. I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of meeting Boris Star who made both me and my father feel like we were old friends, and made the car buying experience as pleasurable as it can be. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I went in to Weatherford BMW, and Boris was simply awesome about making sure I knew everything possible to make the most informed choice. Before I get into the details of my purchase experience, I should first note that Boris is a Russian gentleman who immediately struck it off with me and my Dad. By the time we left (in an awesome CPO 2010 X5), it felt like we were all old friends. Boris even assured me that he would answer his phone 24-7, and I believe him. He seems like that kind of a guy. I was concerned that when we got to the dealer they might try and upsell us to a new car or a car more expensive than I could afford, but Boris didn't. He listened to what I had to say, then presented me with everything he had that met my criteria. I already knew the basics about the different packages and options available, but Boris's expertise really showed when it came down to the intricacies and nuances of each specific model. He was able not just to explain the different options to me, but the differences in model years as well. This is especially important if you are buying a CPO. For example, the 2009 and 2010 technology packages are different. Boris can tell you what the differences are. All in all, I highly recommend Weatherford BMW's sales department. Everyone else I worked with at Weatherford (the trade-in manager, the finance manager, and Boris) were pleasant and made the whole process as easy and pleasant as possible. Boris made us feel like we could depend on him going forward. I hope I won't have to buy another car for a few more years, but provided the service department provides good service over the next few years, then I will definitely return to Weatherford for my next car purchase. read more

Fantastic! That is my description of the experience I had at Weatherford BMW of Berkeley. On three separate occasions I visited Weatherford in pursuit of buying a car. Five years ago I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter. I stopped in unannounced and received a grand tour of the available cars in my budget range. No pressure and no hassles. Although I didn't make a purchase, I always kept the pleasant experience in mind. More recently, I was in the car market again. I took my time selecting a car, comparing different makes and models. I was looking for a versatile vehicle that had style, performance and some utility characteristics. I wasn't sure I would find it but I gave it a go. I viewed and test drove several car models at dealerships from San Jose to Sacramento during a span of 3 months. I actually walked out of two dealerships because of poor service. I was left waiting at the front counter for 25 minutes at one location. I decided to head back to Weatherford to look at a couple of BMWs (X5 and X6). Again unannounced, I browsed around a few of the cars and a service person told me he would have a sales person to meet me. Once again I was given a tour of the available cars and was allowed to go through the cars to satisfy my questions. I liked both the X5 and X6 with the edge going to the sportier and smaller X6 with a hatchback feature. I decided to think over my options before making my final choice. On my way out, I looked closer at the 550i GT. This car had it all, style, performance versatility. A great feature that appealed to me was the dual trunk hatchback. Lastly, it didn't look like a SUV. I made the third and last visit to Weaterford, I test drove the GT and X6. I decided to purchase the GT. Thanks to "Mr. easy going" John Meier. He was patient and cordial. He should be your next contact to buy a BMW. After doing the paperwork on the purchase, we found out (computer records) he was also the person assisting me when looking to buy a car for my daughter. That first contact certainly set the tone for a purchase some five years later. A bit lengthy here, but go see John! read more

I was a little overly upset coming home on a hot day and not picking up my car as I left it as I had planned and having to call other dealerships to double check if what was said to me was standard policy at other dealerships as well ( I was unable to verify that it was standard practice (one dealership said it was not)(to take the car out on a longish ride after an oil replacement)), but I do not think the service manager was trying to lie to me here.) In the end the service people and service manager were very professional did everything he could do, I am not exactly sure how everything works but had I known I would have asked that they allow me to drive the car home for 5 miles until any "pinging" stops etc....The serice people are nice enough and aim to please, I can't in good heart slam anyone here over this 'small' issue, don't get me wrong it had me pissed and was a bad experience, but they did offer allot to try to make things right and make me happy so Im going to bump it up to a 4 I guess? I thought I had it at one lol initially either way live and let live I suppose things kinda worked out, we don't have enough good days on this earth to spend even one afternoon being out of sorts over small things...I have to always remeber/ remind myself to enjoy life and not hand onto anger/ negativity if overall everything is fine, was a little upset at the time and needed to vent and came out over the top a bit, still take it for what it is I personally don't trust people touching my car unless I meet them first and have good experiences/ know that they give a darn and are super careful with my car(s) i.e. Paint chip knick that I did not put into the cart was not there but was there after I took back the car, even pointed it out. Lucky it was in the bottom corner of the door and was easy to use touch up paint in such an area and did so. They ordered me some OEM touch up paint. Thats the full story I hope my Karma is restored, even if I had a good gripe... read more

Exemplary Service and Unmatched Attention to Detail by Kevin Thomas My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 X7 from Weatherford, and our experience was truly exceptional, all thanks to our outstanding salesman Kevin Thomas. From the moment we started the custom ordering process back in April, to the exhilarating day we drove our new BMW home, Kevin's dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail shone brightly. Kevin's extensive knowledge of BMW vehicles was evident throughout the entire process. He patiently guided us through the various packages and purchase options, ensuring that we made an informed decision tailored to our preferences and needs. His passion for BMW cars was contagious, and it made us even more excited about our purchase. What truly set Kevin apart was his unwavering commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction. He went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedules, maintaining communication in ways that were convenient for us. He meticulously addressed every question and concern, leaving no stone unturned. It was evident that he genuinely cared about making this experience smooth and enjoyable for us. Even on delivery day, the exceptional service didn't waver. We were introduced to Kevin's BMW genius Sundar who took the time to walk us through every feature of our new X7, ensuring we were comfortable with all the new technology and functions. His enthusiasm and expertise reaffirmed that we had chosen the right dealership. In a world where customer service can sometimes be lacking, Kevin Thomas truly stands out as a shining example of what exceptional service should be. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and owe it all to Kevin and his team. Without a doubt, we will recommend him to our friends and family, and anyone in search of a BMW should look no further than Kevin Thomas for a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable car-buying experience. read more
