I spoke with the owner several months ago about getting by brake pads replaced and he was initially very responsive. The other reviews are correct - the work is not done in a shop, but instead in an auto store parking lot. I was okay with this, but after I purchased the parts, I started having issues with scheduling an appointment to get the work done. When you call, he sends a text asking you to text instead, so I sent a few texts and follow up texts but eventually gave up and found someone else to do the work for me. Luckily, I had not yet purchased the Groupon so I didn't have to fight to get my money back. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this guy due to the lack of professionalism. Jesse did a great job for me: - replaced my front break pads and rotors made tires rotation. - Changed my spark plugs, air filters, cabin filter. - Changed the oil and filter, also checked my fluids levels, added oil for the breaks. - Examined the car suspension and control arms which I learned that I should plan to change them sometime soon. All that was quick, easy and clean in almost 90 minutes. - later when I felt that there could be some misfiring he had job near me so he let me know and as I found it cheap on Amazon I decided to change them all which was done in no time. Then a week later the car started making noises and I got it checked elsewhere and the screws for the brake pad and rotors were not there. We had to pay extra to get it fixed and they said that the work was done very poorly. It was unsafe to drive with a bad fix as well read more

Other than that, he did a great job, skillfully and quickly replacing the rear brake pads on my Sienna. The dealer quoted $359, but I bought the original brake pads myself and, with his labor, the total was less than $100. Saved a lot of money, and I didn't have to spend hours at a repair shop.
