Dave demonstrates this understanding through, first of all, outstanding communication. He is extremely responsive and upfront regarding next steps and potential costs after first listening very carefully to your computer issues/needs and then thoroughly assessing accordingly. My particular recent computer issue warranted a one-on-one session at my home, so that we could further clarify and better/more quickly resolve the problem. Throughout that entire time Dave clearly explained every move, provided extra tips and insights for the future, and so very patiently answered any questions I had, regardless of how basic and even welcomed new ones; In other words, he's a teacher, as well! Secondly, Dave shows a genuine interest in his clients, without being intrusive or gratuitous. This is a man whose business is not simply computers, but rather PEOPLE with computers. I went here a week ago cause my screen went completely dark due to a crack. it went pretty well at…read morefirst, the person there fixed it in a timely matter and even gave me a glass screen for cheap. Everything was going well with the screen at first until I got home to charge it. I noticed my phone Was not charging the same. My phone would charge and then it would stop and take way longer to charge. I gave it another few days to see if the issue would persist. I also got a notification from my phone that there was an unknown part in my phone. I have never seen this before but I assume they probably used cheaper part than an authentic part which I can understand. But my screen display was acting weird too. when I put the night mode on my screen got brighter instead of dimmer. And when I'm on a phone call my screen become nonreactive for a min so i am not able to immediately hang up. but the main issue was my battery. I had zero issues with my battery prior to this, my phone was able to hold a charge. my friend went in for me and the person blamed it on my battery life and wouldn't give me a partial refund and started yelling at my friend. Be careful doing businesses with this person. if you do make sure to check your battery life before giving your phone to them.
