I understand that the older brother and owner of the practice is very good, but my experience is that my attorney made well more than $500/hour doing the least work he could.

Just letting anyone know out there that has just got a DUI or similar charge and is overwhelmed with concern and losing sleep over what might happen that your first step should be to contact Nate Webb. I'm a real person that was not put up o asked to write this review but doing so purely to help out someone that is in the shoes I was cause I know what the feeling is like. With 2 prior DUI's , I was facing a 3rd charge of Physical control which would have the same consequences if convicted of a 3rd DUI, with previous experience of how the system works and let downs from public defenders and rookie private attorneys I understood what the ramifications of a 3rd convention would be, So I chose to pay for Nate as a private attorney and fight my charge. I can attest that Nate and his assistance were there for me at every point of the case, I was not from the Seattle area and Nate made it possible so he would attend all my pre trial hearings and I did not have to make the 4 hour drive except for once. After a few attempts from the prosecutor for a plea bargain which I was advices to no take we went all the way to trail, this was scary for me as a 3rd convention would have hefty consequences, but I had faith in Nate and what he was telling me. On the day of the trail, the prosecutor dismissed the case with prejudice. This was a huge victory for me and a big weight off my shoulders. You want an attorney that will go to batt for you and not take the easy way out , or take a plea just because it will be less work for them, you need someone that knows his stuff and willing to press the prosecutor to prove it. Nate did what was right and not what was easy in my case, which I was extremely grateful of as I have had attorneys in the passed where I was just a number to and they needed to get done with my case as soon as possible so they could get to the next, not so with Nate Webb and his assistant Nicolas. Mr. Webb is extremely professional and is dedicated to his craft. Even though I am not the direct client of his but he helped my family member to get his DUI DISMISSED during pre-trail. Having seen many similar cases ending up with a plea deal, I honestly didn't have a very high expectation but his representation gave us a favorable result both with the DOL and the court. I did meet with him couple of times and I can proudly say that he was the only lawyer who wasn't staring at the clock during our free consultation, which went almost 30 minutes over with all the questions I had. I have never witnessed such compassion with knowledge. He truly cares for his clients and their outcome and he has the absolute right skills to back it up. Going through the whole court process is never pleasant but Mr. Webb makes the complicated situation as simple as he can. He is very transparent on what he wants to try to do and he never makes promises he can't keep. From the very beginning, Mr. Webb set the expectation correctly and did let us know what to expect .He knew very well when and how to deal with prosecutors and exactly knew what cards to play. He is very knowledgeable and smart, his defense is amazing, his one liners are so powerful and right on target to keep the opponent party hanging. This review is not only a personal thank you to Nate but one amazing recommendation to anyone in need of his particular expertise. It's been a long time coming but 4 years ago Nate Webb and his services changed my life! He and his staff when needed were always available and despite my hounding would get back to me or even my family members when I was awaiting bail. Long story short.... I had never been arrested before and in a hard time in my life I was arrested twice in 2 weeks. With few options other then great reviews on the internet I turned to Nate. After my first free consultation he gave it to me real. He told me to seek treatment before the courts ordered it, he even recommended affordable options. I paid a substantial fee based on the expectation that I would receive diligent, informed, and reliable representation. Instead, I experienced poor communication, inconsistent information, and a lack of follow-through on important parts of my case. Throughout the representation, I was often told that evidence was being pursued from the city, but from my perspective that never actually resulted in meaningful progress. There were also serious issues with attendance and case handling. My understanding is that he did not appear at arraignment in my matter, and after I terminated the representation, a motion was filed that delayed proceedings, but he then did not appear for the related hearing. That added even more frustration and confusion to an already difficult situation. Another major issue has been the fee dispute. The written fee agreement described one arrangement, a payment receipt I received described a different refund calculation, and later correspondence referenced yet another hourly rate. After I terminated the representation on March 24, 2026, I repeatedly requested a full accounting of services and return of any unearned fees. Despite multiple requests and assurances that an accounting would be provided, I did not receive the full accounting I asked for. I also felt that the amount of work being claimed did not match my actual experience. Meetings were generally short, sometimes rescheduled, and overall I did not feel the level of service reflected the amount of money paid. Hiring a lawyer requires trust, responsiveness, and clarity. In my experience, those things were missing here. I am leaving this review because I do not want someone else to go through the same experience I did. My advice to anyone considering this firm is to get every fee term in writing, keep detailed records of all communication, and ask hard questions early.

My issue with this company is they allowed an attorney to fail my accident case. I sent in paperwork that the employer sent to me regarding medical payments to be reimbursed. On line 2 of this paperwork, it stated that I was unable to bring a claim against the company, its affiliates or partners. Emery Reddys representing attorney BF said it would be safe to sign. A attorney !! Needless to say he within 2 months went to work for the opposing team, at first taking my case with him. Then because of the position he was in representing the company I had to find a NEW lawyer within 30 days. Signing this paperwork was the demise of the case. I felt in my heart it would be wrong to sign yet felt my attorney BF was able to give me great defense. At least so I thought.
