Because of multiple issues and poor customer service I ended our relationship and they tell me I cant because we have a long term contract??? Let me understand, even if they do not live up to an average level of service I still owe them for the duration of our contarct- they sent it to a collection agency which obviously impacts our credit etc...if they would have just been an average company with average service we'd still be with them.
