He is transparent and open, reasonable and clear in how he explains things to you. The entire team did an remarkable job on my aging car (160k miles and still going strong). They did not recommend unnecessary tasks that were not critical in keeping the car operational (like a dealer would), and the price for the parts and labor was excellent. I appreciate all of their work, their resourcefulness, and their capacity to work with my schedule to get things done right. There is actually a full show room to pick up your new car from an inside location. Our first Tesla in Tampa was kind of parked where all the other cars are coming in for service in the outdoor lot. In the Florida sun it's helpful to have an inside pick up experience. We were asked several times if we were being helped or what they could do for us, and I noticed all of the staff were super conscious of people constantly coming in. This is a location for delivery as well as doing your demo drive. It's crazy that they had 4 cyber trucks. One is up front to see and 3 in the back. Another thing about this location is that a year ago we got a paper license plate from the Tampa location that lasted about 15 seconds on I 95 . Here we got an actual metal plate. We were told after 30 days we could apply for a vanity plate. We live in St Augustine but opted to come to Orlando because there is $1000 cheaper fleet price than in picking up in Jacksonville. We were told each store has their own pricing. This must be brand new because I'm adding this business for the first time but has plenty of reviews on Google. But Facebook doesn't have this location for some reason. Shout out to Destiny for a great delivery process! My car was charged fully when I got it!

Patient and very knowledgeable, he allowed us to tour the new SUVs and take 2 out for a test drive. He explained trim levels and even said when I'm ready to purchase , they'd find the color and trim level I want for me as they didn't have it available on the lot. Raul is probably the best sales man I've encountered in a while as he was not pushy at all. He even contacted me the next day to let me know they have new arrivals coming in in a few weeks.

He never mentioned if I could do financing or if it was cash only no trades - I was rushed off the first time ever phone call with the fact he would send me directions and I could use my phone to find it rather than responding to my question as to which side of road it was on Lee Road or Edgewater Drive in Orlando - no response just a text message with business name & address and his name. So i looked the dealership reviews up and found 5 out of 5 BAD REVIEWS on yelp and now he's got 6 out of 6 as of today's date because I think if he had anything to say to be objective he brings up ANOTHER person's story that is not listed here with information about a drivers license and keeping the deposit - obviously I told him he should check out his reviews that are public prior to giving me a rebuttal to a story I didn't know about. So that person should have immediately done a review and prevented the heartache for future customers. I called back and asked if this was the SAME person from the reviews I had read and he did rudely tell me he has been in business for 10 years and I shouldn't tell him how to run his business. Well offering advice never told anyone how to be a nice person and learn better customer service skills would be the BEST advice I could give. If the review before mine I don't care WHAT year the review is - if he's been in business 10 years then these reviews OBVIOUSLY match up to the stories that have been told for years. I told him he should respond to the customers who have had issues and blogged about it - it shows integrity for a business to accept their mistakes HEAD ON. When I called back and made sure before making the judgment NOT to go there based on negative reviews online - I called back and he said to get my head checked and my money was not good there - it would not spend well there and he wouldn't want "my kind" of business anyways. 3rd phone call I recorded and will be reporting him to the BBB so that others can get the pleasure of NOT dealing with him anymore. I have not spent money or lost money with this person but if he is rolling back the clocks on the mileage and they do not match the Carfax reports - then that is a crime in itself. He could not deny that he doesn't do that - I asked him directly and he asked who i worked for. I do not know anyone who has ever gone there I am purely someone who answered an ad for a car that was posted as BUY OWNER and found out it was a dealership after calling.
