TL:DR. Customer Service not well. I was just a transaction. Interested in an M5 this dealership had. It was decently priced and searching around Fl, Only two I was interested. I called in a few days before to express interest. Referred to Manny, who the finance person said he'll take care of me. I plan on coming in to look at Sat, and to show my seriousness. Says he only has a 1pm appointment. I drove first thing in the morning, for 3 hours, to look and possibly negotiate the car. I test drive, didn't notice anything too much mechanically. There was a sensor that was popped off and some dings on the carbon fiber. After the test drove, I never gave a number/offer, they had the car listed around $83,700. I expressed willing to put a security deposit, but we need to come down on the price. He made it seem like he can make it happen. He talks to the sale manager at the time, and come back. However, states something around the lines of "after discussing with my manager, we cannot come down in price. We have 3 more viewings after you, and don't want to depreciate the value and would rather see if one of the 3 would be willing to pay our asking price." He also states that his manager said "if I'd be willing to finance through the dealership, they'd give me $500 credit." In shock I expressed and asked, that "the car has been sitting for months, and I'm showing interest, and you turn me down in hopes that someone else would buy it?" And now, a car that's been sitting there for months, and Manny said has 1 showing, now all of a sudden has three? I leave. I tell Manny call me after the weekend if he wants to discuss a sale. He agrees. The weekend goes by and midway into the week. The car is still listed on their site. Did Manny call? Of course not. Being in management myself I decided to call the dealership and ask to talk to manager to express my experience from that previous weekend. I get transferred to another sales manager, Matt. At first, he seemed sincere, he said he'd look into the situation, talk to Manny about it, and get back with me and see if he can do anything to help. Thinking back about the entire process. I felt he was just telling me what I want to hear to get me back in the shop. I'll explain. I mentioned the car was listed at $83.7k. Manny said they can't go down anymore. Matt replies and says he can do $82.7k. At the time I was dealing with South Orlando Jaguar. Mind you, the same physical dealership is the same as South Orlando Range Rover. I showed him, that the other half of his dealership has the car listed at $82.2. He then decides to offer me at $81.5. I agreed. He gets me with finance to discuss financing and any add on. In the midst of all that my wife convinces me to trade in my car. It's an older Lexus, but to me a rare one, and and maintained one. I was transparent about the car. Regularly maintained and serviced. However it's a 2008. And my recent dealership visit, it was advised to start planning or doing reseals and gaskets. And I told that to Matt. I gave him the vin. He comes back at me saying "at the mileage I have, I have to highest Lexus ISF in the nation". Which later come to find out, is not correct. He said at that high of a mileage, he doesn't know if anyone would pay for it, and it will likely go to auction. But he said for the sake of the sale, I'll offer $7500 in credit." He also OFFERED/stated, "that's my rock bottom weather the condition is better or worse. Let's get it on the lift, if it looks better, I'll give you more, if it's worse, I'll still stick to my 7500." Little did he know I went to my local Auto Nation and Carmax. They offered me 9500. I told that to Matt and he said he'll match it and again, lets put it on the lift and we'll see if I can get you more. In short he never gave me any additional credit even though he said he'd likely would. They never honored the 500. And later found they listed my car to sale at $15k. And they just "low balled" me at 7500 with the intent not to give me more, if it weren't for CarMax. First and last transaction at this dealership. read more

I don't know where to begin, but it begins with the buying process of my Jaguar. I purchased it in November 2022 I paid 25k for it. Tried trading it in 6 months after purchasing the vehicle to you guys just to see the value turns out you guys were only wanting to buy it for $14,000. Which makes me really mad to think about like how much I was ripped off. That is significantly less than what I paid for the same condition it was sold to me. My salesman Willi wasn't the most knowledgeable about the car. He could've done me a favor and give me a heads up. It was just listed and the price was gonna go down a month or two once you guys are unable to sell it because these cars don't sell very well they don't have a high demand. This is the second time this dealership has sold my car, this exact car with this Vin number so you guys have made a quite a bit of profit off this car. The service department also did me a disservice by lying and telling me I had a leak in my antifreeze or coolant and saying that it would cost $2000 to fix it and there's no leak. They screwed me big time gave me one key to the vehicle, had a few paint imperfections, the interior roof was stained and the buttons on the a/c console were scratched off the black paint. If I didn't have a need for a car with starting a new job and my father suffering a stroke 1 week prior to purchasing a car, I don't think there would be no way in hell I would've fallen for this and look like a fool. read more

A few weeks before the expiration of the warranty, during a service visit, I identified and communicated an issue with fading switch buttons. I was scheduled an additional visit as they didn't have them in stock. Before the follow-up visit and also before the expiration of the warranty, I identified and communicated an additional problem with the Gas cap. I was told by Justin that it would be replaced in the next follow-up visit under the Warranty. After the follow-up visit, I noticed the Gas cap wasn't replaced and tried to contact Justin. After several attempts, he finally responded claiming that he had to pay for the switch buttons as my follow-up visit was after the expiration of the Warranty, so if I wanted the Gas cap to be replaced, I should buy one. Justin also said to call Jaguar directly if I wanted to complain. read more

On occasion when you have to leave your car, there's a shuttle to take you where you want to go within a certain radius. Poor customer service all the way around. From day one with Orlando Jaguar we have not been happy. We are former BMW and Mercedes owners and wanted to try Jaguar as a luxury car option. We love the performance of the F-Pace SVR, but the customer service has not been up to what we have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz or BMW. The initial sales associate Rene drove the car on the test drive like he stole it while telling us that he used to be a race car driver. I get that you want to show the performance features, however literally racing through the streets around the Mall at Millenia and then sitting us in the office telling us to drive it carefully during the break-in period makes them look ridiculous. They spent all of 15 minutes explaining the vehicle features because it was at the end of the day and they were going home. A brief history about our first service visit last year. The seats were set to come on at the highest heat setting every time we started the car and no one at Orlando Jaguar could figure out how to correct the problem. After charging us $150 for an oil change they said they couldn't even wash the car or vacuum the inside because of COVID, yet they had to "test drive it" after the service. Fast forward to our most recent service. Several emails about the service appointment they THEY scheduled, but failed to tell us that they moved to a new location. A location that still to this writing is not correct on their website or any of their emails. The day before the service none of their phones were working so we could not contact anyone at Orlando Jaguar. Again, another $160 service charge and no vacuum or wash. They also offered us $15K under trade-in value to buy the car back, even after we showed them the KBB and JD Power trade-in values. After the service, their service rep said "you will get a survey in a day or two and we appreciate you giving us five stars. If you don't want to give us five stars don't fill it out at all." Well, guess what gentlemen...we are not happy with the poor customer service by Orlando Jaguar at all. In fact, this was the last time we will visit your business and will sell our F-Pace SVR thanks to you. Since there are very few SVRs available in this market I expect that we will be able to fetch a fair price in short order. People who spend $90K+ for vehicles expect better customer service that what you get at a buy here/pay here used car dealership. Go visit Fields BMW or Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando to see what I'm talking about. They know how to do it right. This is a leadership problem for Orlando Jaguar and I don't expect that they recognize it nor care to address it anytime soon. I hope that this review helps any potential buyers avoid Orlando Jaguar when shopping for a new car or looking for service. I will be posting it to as many review sites as possible. read more

We have taken our XJ8 regularly to Jaguar Orlando for service, and our advisor Corbet is always helpful and polite. Recently we had to replace a fuel pump that had been changed only three days before by another Jaguar dealer. Jaguar Orlando was able to diagnose and repair a faulty fuel pressure sensor that was causing the fuel pump issues, also resolving a hesitation problem that had been previously reported. Jaguar of Orlando offered superb and exceptional service from start to finish. We purchased a Jaguar XJ Supersport and our sales consultant was Mr. Nelson Cambata. Most of the negotiating took place over the phone because we are located in Miami and the car was located in Orlando. Mr. Cambata and the GM, Mr. Halstead, provided a quote for my trade over the phone (sight unseen), and once we physically arrived at the dealership, they honored the quote for the trade. No tricks, no haggling, etc. When we arrived, all of the paperwork was ready, car was thoroughly detailed, car was fully inspected by trained jag tech, and they threw in a full tank of gas and a 3 month SiriusXM subscription. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire process of our car purchase. Mr. Nelson Cambata was the consummate professional, honest, and thoughtful... definitely the opposite of the car salesman sterotype. In general, the dealership is absolutely amazing. They have earned our customer loyalty and my only regret is that they are not located in Miami. If they were located locally, we would definitely return for service.
