While the internet quote I got from this company was technically the cheapest quote, a simple phone call to the company, and the staff was able to explain a little bit of the process to me to give me a little bit of a better understanding of it. I should have just stayed on the phone and asked about a the price for a sooner pick-up rather than the cheaper rate that was based on a pickup that would be weeks away. I called another company (Sat), and was promised a pickup window of Mon-Tue. Wednesday rolls around, the other company still didn't have a pick-uplined up, plus they called me, wanting more, and also trying to change up the payment details, which were the biggest issues I was trying to make sure were NOT going to be an issue. Ended up calling Webster Hauling back on Wednesday, and they had a truck ready to pick my car up by Friday! At the promised price, and the payment term. There were some other issues, that would be too much to get into here, caused by the other shipping company I contacted that was not Webster, but Webster was able to deal with those issues as well (and they were not really insignificant in my mind), and the car was delivered safely and in a timely matter. While Webster was technically the cheapest quote, the shipping price was actually not the cheapest. however I knew that going in, they explained they were a broker, and the way the system works, is the cars with the higher shipping prices get picked up first. Not only did they explain it, they were actually able to do what they promised, and stick to the term of the agreed upon deal. I would not hesitate to deal with these guys again, if my future plans involve shipping another car. read more

I used Webster to move my bosses SUV from Birmingham Michigan to Grand Forks North Dakota after several unsuccessful attempts to engage other transport companies (all of which returned my initial calls but never even bothered calling back to tell me they couldn't do it). I was pleasantly surprised by Wayne the owners prompt and courteous attention. They had some difficulty with our original driver (he had a family emergency) but Wayne made sure he kept me in the loop and he found another driver quickly. Their driver was friendly, professional, and right on time. He got the vehicle to my boss as scheduled and he even commented on how nice and friendly the driver was. Wayne and I touched base after the delivery to make sure I was satisfied (which I certainly was!) and to let me know he was available should I need anything else in regards to this deal or whatever else I may need. After renting cars in Florida the last several years, this year we had our 2024 Lexus shipped to and from Florida. The primary motivation for this was the significant price increases (plus the hassle at the rental car agencies) to rent vehicles at RSW. After significant research on car transport brokers, we landed on Webster Hauling. His carriers picked up our car in Ohio on 1/8/2024 and it arrived as planned a few days later in Florida. The return pickup in Florida was on 03/30/2024 (Easter Weekend, tornadoes and big storms in Ohio) and was a day later than projected. I used the team at Webster (We Car Transport) twice to move vehicles from New York down to North Carolina. Where they exceeded my expectations is that where they had to collect was really remote. The second time I called on Friday, and they had a driver scheduled for Monday. They basically find a driver coming to your destination and get you picked up within 1-10 days. They are straight up on price (other quotes I received were a lot more) and they connect you with the driver so you can updates along the way. I verified I was also covered by the drivers insurance etc which is great for peace of mind. They basically "manage" your process so I did like that if I needed to get in touch with anyone I could text or call Wayne. I think they did a great job. read more

Webster Hauling does not have any vehicles to transport cars. This company is just middleman who sucks the money from the customers. The quote the keep promising is not the total quote but it is the amount paid to the company that actually transports. It does not include the amount that Wayne from Webster charges. For example if the top car transport company charges $1000 for transporting the car, these guys charge $1000 + Webster Hauling charges($150). So you end up paying more than what the top 5 companies charge. Also you have to face the hassle of dealing with 3rd rated company. Wayne keeps bragging about 20 years of industry experience. He is a conman having 20 years of sucking gullible customers money. read more

We needed to get a car from NY down to NC. Wayne was incredibly helpful, gave us a reasonable quote, and also was very clear about the process and timing to get our minivan transported. He kept us posted and let us know of any changes in timing due to storms, weather, etc. We received a text when the order was picked up by a driver and he was on time to our house to pick up the van. He let us know when he was an hour away which made it easy for us to get home to meet him. The van arrived in NC on time and undamaged and again, he let our son know when he was about 45 minutes away. Used Webster Hauling to handle the trucking of three high value vehicles from NC to Scottsdale, AZ and back. They needed to be delivered by a certain date because of an event the three owners were attending. The set up was professional, notifications timely and Wayne followed up within minutes of the cars being offloaded to make sure we were happy. The driver/owner of PBC Express was super careful and thoroughly inspected the cars before and after they arrived in both directions. He was nice and easy to communicate with. I was contacted by many other transporters promising a quick timeframe but they are only telling you what you want to hear. Wayne was very honest, upfront and didn't bash or talk bad about competitors like they did him and others. I feel Wayne is honest and a stand up guy that also saved me a couple hundred dollars. I left my car keys at a relative's house, they picked it up around 4 days later which was fine we didn't have a strict timeline. The car arrived in perfect condition the days after that. The quote never changed and it was hassle free. We were able to put some items in the trunk which was helpful because the movers would take longer to arrive. Absolutely terrible service from these people. I requested a quote and got a call at work and I work in a warehouse. Got a call and got hung up on with a brash , "Oh Jesus." When I called back I was told "Icouldnt hear over your loud ass radio." The nice thing is that the driver delivered the car a few days earlier than I expected and saved me a lot of money on the rental car.
