Just wanted to come on here and write a review on how dishonest is this company Is. They talk about how their company takes pride and integrity in their service. Let me tell you. They lied to me. On June 21st I accidentally sent this company a Zelle. Lucky they responded to my email. They mention that it was fraud that I was trying to do. After so many attempts my bank contact them. This company told me that they would grant the Zelle payment back. They Lied!!!! They said they reversed the payment back to me July 3rd. I checked both of my accounts and nothing was sent. I contact them back and the said for me to stop harassing them as the payment already left their account. I called both my bank again and verified and nothing was sent. The company sent me a so called snip of the reversed payment with the same confirmation number that was given to me when I accidentally sent the money. I know this was totally 100% my fault. But how they stated to me that their company has integrity THEY HAVE NONE.They are dishonest and thieves. I work hard for my money. I explained to them multiple times that it was an accident and yet they still didn't send me my money back even after my bank contact them. I'm very sad that this company are Liars! Karma is real and I hope it gets you guys for being such Liars!! I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau as they are Thieves!! read more

Ordered Grinch Pj's for my granddaughter and I love them! They were a little bit expensive but she's worth it. Fast delivery as well.

Webundies needs training on how to conduct customer service issues if they wish to keep returning customers. Simply said, if a product you ordered is lost or missing, you don't instruct the customer to do the leg work by telling them to contact the District Post Master's office and to file a police report for a $24 item. You reimburse the customer or replace the item. Good business practice! This item was for a Salvation Army Angel Tree child, no thanks to Webundies, the John Cena PJ's he so desperately wanted will not be under the Christmas Tree! read more

Low quality products, arrogant customer service and ridiculous return policy! The cotton mens lounge pants / PJs they sell shrink TONS at first wash and in other brands where a M is just right these were so short that they were un-wearable! I simply washed them before wearing and then found that they were way too small. So we sent them back and they simply mailed them back to us again and charged us! Then, upon re-reading their return policy (which doesn't even allow any returns unless the tags are still on) they said they contact the customer to ask if a rejected return should be kept by them or sent back. They ignored their own policy and just charged us more shipping. A rip off and a low quality product so never again. read more

I don't always write Yelp reviews, but when I do, it because I got great customer service! In January, I threw a PJ party for my fiance's birthday. Everyone had ordered these great, funny adult footie PJs & I was having trouble finding ones that I liked that were also a reasonable price. The party was on a Saturday & the Tuesday before the party I found the perfect zip-up zebra PJs with hot pink trim & a hood w/ zebra ears on webundies.com. They were not only super cute, but on sale for $24! I ordered them immediately & paid for rush shipping to insure that I got them in time. I got the email notification that it had been shipped & was given a UPS tracking number. I checked the tracking the next morning & saw that the package still had not gone anywhere. I emailed webundies to ask what was up & they said "UPS is pretty reliable. Lets just give it a couple more hours & see what happens." So I kept checking. The next morning (Thursday now & I need these for Saturday. I'm in LA & webundies is in NJ) they still hadn't been sent out! I tried contacting UPS & they were USELESS!!! They told me some BS about it getting sent to the wrong place, but they've "fixed it now & it's on it's way to me." I explained that I NEEDED it Saturday. Their response: "We fixed it now. You'll have it by Monday." I don't really need to go into any further detail about how furious I got at this point & how completely unhelpful UPS continued to be. So I contacted webundies again & told them about the mess UPS had created. Even though it was not webundies fault, they offered to overnight me another one w/ a prepaid label to send the first one back when I got it on Monday. They sent out another set of the same PJs immediately at no cost to me, I got them on Friday morning & the party was a success!! I will definitely order from webundies again. read more

I promised the fine folks at Webundies I would put in a review for the terrible experience I had with them and warn as many people as possible. It seems they are unconcerned about customer service so here it is.... I ordered an item for a Christmas gift using one of the payment options they provided -- Amazon Payments. The next day, i still hadn't received a confirmation of the order so I asked them about it. Here is the verbatim response Hi, We just cancelled the order actually- Amazon takes a little while to clear payment and someone else ordered it in the meantime. Regards, Sales@WebUndies.com No we're sorry, no reaching out to me to tell me they cancelled or to ask if I would like to pay a different way. No warning that using amazon payments might cause this kind of situation. Nothing. I will NEVER buy from them again. It's absurd! read more

I searched the entire internet for a pair of WALL-E undies for my potty-training toddler, but didn't have any luck (the Pixar packs on Amazon and at the department stores claim to include WALL-E in the description and photo, but don't actually have them in the packs, apparently). To make sure the pack sold by Web Undies had one, I emailed them on Saturday night, received a reply by Sunday morning, and had an answer first thing on Monday! They were so helpful and prompt, it blew me away! Someone actually went into the warehouse to check their stock for little ol' me? Amazing! Thank you, Web Undies, for all the help! Worst customer service indeed, as Kim V wrote below. They are unconcerned about cusomers' needs - unapologetic and arrogant. Running a biz isn't just about selling products. It's also about listening to your customers. They charged me $6 for RETURNING an item I bought from them through Amazon and refused to reimburse me the shipping cost - simply because I didn't order from THEIR website directly. Despite me explaining that their page misled me to buy the wrong size, they didn't care about my concerns. We have 11 corresponding emails... each of them reflecting the same "I don't care" attitude. If they had reimbursed my 6 bucks (like any other company would, considering their customer had valid points and took time out of their day to raise concerns), I would have re-ordered the correct size and perhaps become a longtime customer. But nope. They lost me. And now they earned a one-star review. Was it worth it, Webundies? Sooner or later, you will realize how wrong you are. I hope my 6 bucks can contribute to a business 101 course you desperately need to take. Smh... read more

Got my order very quickly. It was also correct. The problem is really the quality of the pjs. The fabric reminded me of those cheap Halloween costumes. I wanted to like them bc I think they are very cute and I order pjs for my whole family every year, but I'm afraid this will be my only order. The quality of the pjs at old navy is way better (and they aren't good) and they are a lot cheaper. I'm hoping they last at least a few washes. read more

Recently ordered with webundies, and they were very prompt in answering all of my questions. They thoroughly explained to me the types of shipping they offered to make sure if what I wanted was correct even though I felt like they didn't have to. Above all, they were nothing but accommodating on letting me switch sizes for the onsies that I had bought a whim in hopes of getting it on time for the holidays. Please keep up the great service!
