I'm at 88,000 miles now and they just informed me that there was a service recall on my vehicle where it would have been free or cheaper to replace the part - but that ends at 80,000 miles so they couldn't do it. They failed to tell me that when I was below 80,000 miles. I have documentation and quotes of this, and have purchased coolant in the time preceding the 80,000 miles as well. I have reached out to Volkswagen care, the GM Adam Strong and am attempting mediation for what I feel is a strong case that shows I should have this post repaired under warranty. Pending action now but buyers beware.

My Experience at the Service Department. I took my truck to…read morethe service department for a factory recall on my rear axles and overall did a good job, at the same time I have a ABS fault coming on ever time I step on the brake pedal and they took a look at it and gave me my diagnostics for the repair. I chose not to get the repair done to the ABS at that time and went and picked up the truck that evening and drove home and parked it. The following weekend I went to drive and use my truck and noticed identical damage to both front fenders and called them the following Monday and made arrangement's to meet with the manager of the service department to look and discuss what may happened to my truck and he's saying the damage wasn't something they had done. He also said they take a video of the vehicles before they work on them and had proof they didn't do the damage. As of yet they haven't showed me the video and ignore my phone calls when I call them. Hopefully I can get a hold of them soon to resolve this situation. Be aware of problems if you take it to them.

I was immediately reassured that I couldn't afford the taxes & fees, based on what I wanted to spend. ....Okay? What I want to spend, and what I'm willing to spend. Those are 2 different things Chris! I told him my car was totaled 3 weeks ago, that I'd never been in a dealership, and needed help. He was happy to tell me he sold 400 cars a year and that I was "lucky" to be there with him. Did I get help? No Would I recommend GP Motors to anybody?
