I said yes to wedding belles! I had my first appointment with Victoria and she was great! However once I paid the deposit it felt like they didn't care. After saying yes to my dress I had dress regret, I scheduled a second appointment to see other options and acysserssories to see if something else could satisfy what I was looking for. Yet the second person that helped me was no help. She was in such a hurry to get me out of there that I ended up leaving and having to talk myself into loving my dress again. After my dress arrived I scheduled a third appointment to pick it up and the same girl assisted me that day. I tried again by asking if they had any accessories that would cover my chest area. And the awnser that I got was that I could use the extra piece of fabric that came with dress for alteration purpose. She didn't even try to show other options. I said yes to wedding belles bridal boutique! I've had 2 appointments here- the first was the initial appointment and the second was a follow up appointment. My first appointment was with Eden- she was super nice and helpful in finding different styles for me yet refining the selection as I went along. I was a bit overwhelmed during this first appointment so I couldn't make a final decision but she kept track of my favorite dresses. I do wish she provided me with a card and wrote down my favorite styles but it was at least included in my electronic file. I loved how she provided champagne and water for me and my guests. My follow up appointment with Morgan was fantastic! I had a better idea of the dresses I wanted to try on. She was very helpful and eventually pulled the final dress I wanted after listening to my style and opinions change as I tried on my favorites. She helped take photos of me and was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions about the dresses and the ordering/alteration process. Overall they have a HUGE dress selection. The staff are professional and resourceful. The ambiance is perfect- warm, festive, and large. I also appreciate the free option for scheduling. It's also super convenient that they have a sister company for alterations which makes their services very easy. Highly recommend! This is an efficient and high yield stop. I had an amazing experience at Wedding Belles wedding dress shopping. My bridal stylist Brie was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. She made me and my entourage feel comfortable during my appointment. She carefully considered my design ideas and found several dresses that I loved to try on!! After the first couple dresses she took my feedback and found the perfect dress that had all the details I was looking for! If you get your dress from here, opt out of their tailoring service next door. $850 for alterations on my dress (with no lace or intricate beading) only for the top to not fit 100% to my liking and be told to just tape it or glue it down to my body. By the time I got a second opinion with another tailor they said there could have been more done but not in time for my wedding in a week. They also said the left side was unevenly stitched. Overall I am completely disappointed with my experience and spending an exuberant amount of money for a simple down that doesn't even fit perfect. If you're reading this GO ELSEWHERE. read more

My consultant was not helpful. She offered no help in the dressing room, and wouldn't even clip the dresses to fit me so they did not look flattering. They didn't have any selection for my budget of 1500 and almost seemed to give up on me after I told them about my budget. This was the first bridal boutique I went to and I found my dress! I went with the intention of just trying dresses on for style and ended up finding the perfect dress! They have a huge selection and my sister-in-law wished she went to this one because they had a bigger selection than the other ones she had gone to. Nicole was wonderful and made sure I tried on all styles to make sure I knew exactly which dress I wanted and which fit I wanted. There was no pressure to purchase a dress same day and on their brochure they even mentioned they want to make sure you find the perfect dress, even if it's not at their boutique! I have recommended this place to a few other brides. Their customer service is excellent. Though I did not find THE dress here, I really enjoyed my experience! My stylist was extremely helpful. I went in there only having my printrest board of ideas of what I wanted and she brought that to life, as well as challenged what I thought I wanted! The experience was nice - my family got champagne while they watched me try on all of the dresses. I ended up finding my dress in downtown Phoenix (Double the price of my budget) so I feel like this place has great value for the dresses they have available. We had a really great experience at this bridal shop. This was our second stop of the day and it definitely is an experience to remember. The space is pretty big with so many dresses to pick from. What I personally liked was that the try on areas were spread across the shop so you are in your own little corner and not on top of each other with the other brides. I am soooo happy I went here. First of let me just say that I didn't ant to spend a ton of money on a fancy wedding gown since we're having such a small wedding. And I honestly thought I'd eat wasting my time at a boutique. Everyone was sooo helpful and super sweet!! The night of your engagement, a million thoughts probably fly through your head. On the night of mine, I think barely 30 minutes had passed before I exclaimed to my sister, "OMG, we get to go back to Wedding Belles!" I also attended every bridal appointment with my sister and admired how caring, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented the staff were. For my own wedding in 2022, it was a no-brainer that I'd be going to Wedding Belles for my own #BelleYes moment. With my bridal party by my side, we went into the store for my Premier Appointment with complete confidence that I would find an amazing gown. Natalie, the owner of Wedding Belles, is simply the kindest human who strives to give every bride the best possible experience from start to finish. I gave her some ideas of what I (thought) I was looking for, and Natalie started bringing out the beauties! She was also quite easily able to change gears when it started to look like there was a different style I was more interested in. The store having 500+ gowns on hand made this very easy to do! I finally stepped into "the one", walked the #BelleYes runway, had my moment with a veil & flowers, and knew that was it - done deal! A cool bonus - my wife (then fiancee) had her appointment and #BelleYes moment the day prior! Do NOT go here for bridesmaid dresses. i have 7 bridesmaids and they ordered 3-10 sizes too big for all of my girls so that they would need to be altered. My girls that are size 2 had to order size 8's or 10's. and my pregnant girls who are petite were ordered a size 24!! All of this resulted in each girl having to pay up to $400 to get their dresses altered in every way (bust, length, straps, sides, etc). Costing more than the dress itself. Extremely disappointed. The day before heading to Belles I went to another bridal shop in town and had a very below average experience so I was nervous heading into this appointment. I quickly felt at ease when Natalie introduced herself happy to help! I described my vision, we discussed budget and she pulled about 8 dresses for me to try on. I loved the first choice, second, third....I looooved multiple dresses! It was so nice that I was able to just relax and try on dresses without having to shuffle through a bunch. I ultimately chose the first dress she picked out for me and had she cap sleeves altered at the store as well as some other alterations necessary since I bought the dress off the rack. Their website states that "Note: Walk-ins are welcome, but to ensure a dressing room is available, appointments are required." So I walked in at 4PM today and I was the only customer. The receptionist told me walk-in is allowed if you are browsing only but you can't try any dress. You need an appointment for that. They should have said so in their website as I was planning on trying some dresses that time. There were plenty of open dressing rooms. They could have accommodated me to try on some. So with no choice, I browsed the dresses. I was already there might as well right? While browsing, no one offered help or assistance. Take note I was the only customer so it wasn't like they are busy or what not. This wasn't the kind of customer service I expect from a business who has been open for 10years. Walking into Wedding Belles all the stylists were super friendly, prompt, and I loved how the shop was organized. To my surprise the dresses were in my budget range and there was such a variety. After finding narrowing down the styles, my stylist brought in a couple of other options. Before I knew it, I found the dress of my dreams and walked down the aisle! The only reason I am not giving Wedding Belles 5 stars is because fittings were only on weekdays in the shop. Working across town it was very inconvenient. I am writing this review IMMEDIATELY after hearing the experience my closest friend had at Wedding Belles. She's been here several times for a couple weddings that she's in and I would say her experience was pretty neutral. It wasn't until she went in to order her bridesmaids dress that this all started to take a turn. The lady who helped her was Lauren E. Lauren was to take her measurements and assist her in ordering her bridesmaids dress that would be the best fit. Pretty simple I think, for someone who should be trained in doing such. No. What Lauren did was insult my friend in the worst way possible. She took her measurements and told her she needed a dress that would be about 5-6 DRESS SIZES UP from what she normally wears, which would also, now put her in a plus size dress. Lauren told her, "it's better to size up and take it in... it won't cost any extra to take more fabric off". Well, I guess that's good to know Lauren, since she basically had to have her entire dress re-worked in alterations. She returned a few weeks later after receiving the dress for her alterations appointment where someone else assisted. This lady, thankfully, was much better at assisting and making her feel comfortable. She now has to return for a second round of alterations, to bring the hem up. Again... because she was swimming in this dress and had to take THAT much off, but good thing it won't cost more. What really gets me in all of this, is this is a store where you would expect the staff to be trained in making people feel amazing in what they're shopping for regardless of who's wearing it. This is for a BRIDESMAIDS dress, that cost $216 and an ADDITIONAL ~$130 for alterations. So she's paying over $300 for what?!?! I'm truly disgusted and enraged for my friend who is possibly the sweetest person anyone will meet. She's also someone who would never say anything in a situation like this. Hence, me writing the review. Based on the other reviews it seems as though Wedding Belles does pretty good at creating an experience. And I'm here to tell you, the ball was completely and utterly dropped on this one. Please do better. read more

The owner and girls working there are very sweet and the atmosphere is cozy and the dress selections are beautiful. The shop is local and in the heart of Gilbert and is easy to reach via phone. I give 3 stars bc I unfortunately had a poor experience with the dress I purchased (the coloring of the appliqués against the dress were way off from what I was expecting when I ordered based on other dresses the designer has online and these differences weren't communicated to me by the store). It was a very stressful situation for me bc I felt like I was being pushed by the owner towards accepting a dress I didn't expect and hated. Being told that everyone has phones now and that an Instagram filter would make it look better hurt as a Bride. While there was a lot of resistance, the owner *did* finally offer a full refund and for that I'm grateful for that things got handled right in the end. Pros: Friendly, local, good prices. Cons: Initial resistance to make things right. Tips: If you try on a sample gown in one color, ask to see actual photos of what it will look like in a different color. BRIDES: DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE. I'm not the type to write negative reviews but I felt like this one had to be done. The women, aside from the owner Natalie, were nice. However, after sending me to a seamstress that messed up my wedding dress, Natalie told me the problem would be resolved and it wasn't. I've attached pictures to show that the hem wasn't fixed even after the 2nd fitting. As a bride, I shouldn't have to do all this research on hems, bustles, etc. I was not given any information nor was I given any help to resolve the problem. Natalie was very unprofessional and did not resolve the issues. She promised to meet with the seamstress and I, but never showed up. She promised the seamstress would resolve the issues and never did. I'd also like to add that we called the store to get some kind of help and we were told that no one could help. Wedding planning is super stressful so I would hate for other brides to have to go through all this, especially a week before their wedding. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. read more
