Loved this beautiful bridal boutique! I found the most beautiful Fiore Couture gown here for my wedding. It was the first dress I even tried on! The boutique is a little small so make sure to make an appointment before you go. I had the sweetest girl helping me and I can't remember her name but she had long brown hair. She let me put about 10 dresses on my rack to try and was so helpful, upbeat and kind throughout the whole process. I loved my experience so much and my dress was absolutely a dream. Back in August, I was looking online and shopping everywhere looking for a tasteful white engagement dress. I spent a few days scouring through the mall with little success. I came across Grace Style and Bridal while perusing through Junky Trunk next door. The owners told me to check them out next door even though they were not officially open to the public yet. Holy smokes is this place adorable. The boutique is super cute and inviting. They had a great rack of sale dresses to pick through. They also had a very nice selection of modest wedding dresses I saw. The woman who was helping me, Tiffany, was friendly and personable. She asked me many questions about what sort of dress I wanted and my price budget. She frequently mentioned that she wanted to be respectful of my dress buying experience. She would find extra dresses for me to try on as I would comment about them. If there was something I liked about one dress, she would find another dress with a similar detail. I made a private appointment at GSB on a Sunday with my girls! I had 10 people there including myself (yes, I know that's a lot of people, but they were very accommodating). The store is very clean and fabulous! Jessica was my consultant and she was so sweet and easy going! When we first entered the shop she explained everything to us and then we all went shopping! I loved that everyone got to go around and pick out dresses for me to try on. It was just incredible! As I was trying on dresses, Jessica took my feedback and pulled dresses in between the ones we had already picked out! She was very knowledgeable and knew the inventory very well! She paired my dress perfectly with a beautiful veil and it left me speechless. I actually started to cry as I stood in front of the mirror! I got a great price on my dress and veil and I am so excited for our big day!! They have a fabulous selection of dresses! We picked out a ton of dresses that we loved, their dresses are stunning. What a wonderful store! The short of it is their service is one of a kind. I found a dress that was my top 2. I told them I couldn't commit until I tried on the other top 2 dress again. They said "absolutely! You need to make sure this is YOUR dress. We will be here if you want to come back and try this on again to be sure. Just make sure you choose the best dress for you." I couldn't believe how kind and genuine these ladies were. Unfortunately their dress was not MY dress, but I couldn't get a veil I tried on there out of my head. I told them I would like to come check out the veil again because I may want to purchase that from them. They once again were so kind - they did not make me feel bad at all for not buying their dress! They even let/suggested i bring and try on my dress with the veil to ensure I feel good about it. This was the third shop I visited and after my appointment, I knew I wanted to buy my dress from Grace! Not only do they have a great selection of dresses in their shop, but the staff are SO friendly and attentive. I love this bridal store! I never felt pressured one way or the other on my choice of dress. The employees let me take the lead and only made suggestions but never tried to make a decision for me, nor did they tell me "THIS is your dress and not any of the others because I know best!" (Yes, that's an actual thing that was said to me, in so many words, by someone in another bridal shop--the name is escaping me.) Services and terms were made clear both before and after shopping, and we were given information as well as recommendations on where to do alterations. I had the absolute best experience at Grace Style and Bridal!! As a bride, I truly felt like my consultant, Jessica, took the time to make this experience the absolute best. My appointment felt so personalized as Jessica had taken the time to help me find my most perfect dream wedding gown. I loved how clean the shop was and how each dress I tried on was well taken care of. I really appreciated how even though there were other appointments going on during ours, our group felt like we had our own section of the boutique and one-on-one personal attention by our consultant. We did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase my dream gown. After trying on various dresses, we simply placed my most favorite gown on a 24 hour hold for a small fee and returned back to the store for purchase later in the day. Grace Style and Bridal is also the only carrier for Lillian West here in AZ. I can't wait for the dress to arrive and to wear it on our big day. I know the dress will be perfect and fit our whimsical theme. The owner, Shelli, went above and beyond. She personally worked with me on 2 of the 4 occasions. She was patient and incredibly accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. She let me know that what I was experiencing was normal and that she went through the same thing with one of her own daughters. Place was great when I went in for my fitting. Like the best experience I've ever had trying on a dress. Lindsay was fantastic, didn't even care when I tried on one dress like 3 times. They took great care and I even found my dream dress. I had other fittings that day and said I would be back after. So I decide on dream dress and come back. But Lindsay has gone home for the day. Not even sure the girls name who helped me, but I use the term " helped" loosely. She pulled the dress out and doesn't even unzip the bag and asks how I'd like to pay. Well first I'd like to see it and Lindsay had left a note saying I'd want to try it on. This girl rolled her eyes and didn't even offer to help. Me and my maid of honor struggled to get the dress on and she even had to clamp me herself as the girl stood and watched us. I noticed it was missing a piece of the built in corset, so it didn't fit all that well. I asked why that piece was missing and the girl just told me that's how it comes. So the dress wouldn't fit as well and would be missing a key piece. I asked the girl if there was somewhere I could buy the piece, again I didn't get much response. Then even annoyed I decided I still loved the dress. The girl then told me since it was discounted I'd have to pay it all up front. My jaw almost hit the floor, for an expensive dress that didn't fit that she wasn't offering any help to try on? Forget it. I walked out upset and without the dress. My wedding was out of state so I couldn't come back in to try it on another day. And even if I could have why would I waste the time? To be fair the owner did offer a payment plan over the phone half an hour later, but the damage was already done.So disappointed because it started off as one of the best experiences I've ever had and ended in tears. Hope they hire more Lindsays to replace whoever "helped" me. read more

This was the first bridal appointment I made to pick out a wedding dress and I was SO EXCITED to go. They took my credit card information and explained that if I missed I would be charged $50. I didn't plan on missing as I was sooo excited to go. My mom and sisters drove down from New Mexico to Arizona to come with me to pick out my dream dress and we had made a whole weekend of plans. My appointment was at 11:00 am and at 10:00 am we got a call that my Grandpa had gotten sepsis and was on life support. We had to get to New Mexico ASAP to be able to say our goodbyes. I called Grace Style and Bridal in tears and told them the situation. The person who answered the phone was sooo rude, short, and basically just said "thanks for letting us know" THEN SHE HUNG UP. I was appalled. 10 minutes later I was charged $50 dollars for missing the appointment. That evening my Grandpa died, but I did get to say a quick goodbye. I called the next week explaining to them the situation again, hoping they would take the charge back. I felt like I was being punished for a family death. She still wouldn't, and she (Monica) even stated "because you didn't show up, another bride didn't get to get her dress". I explained that because my grandfather died, I also didn't get to get my dress. I finally got to speak to the owner who refunded the charge, but it was a huge fight to do so. It just doesn't seem financially smart to charge $50 for missing an appointment, because if they wouldn't have done that I would have made another appointment and probably spent a lot more than $50. I hope they get rid of this policy and their rude staff because I've heard they have a great selection. There are sooo many other beautiful places for dresses in the area, go to those instead! read more

I can't say enough good things about this amazing bridal shop! I purchased my beautiful wedding dress October 2018 and was told my dress wouldn't arrive until the end of February 2019 (plenty of time before my June wedding). Well little did I know, there would be a family emergency where I had to move my wedding up to early February. We spoke with the owner, Ashley (three weeks before our new wedding date) about our emergency and she didn't hesitate to help me get my dress on time. She called me everyday for a week, updating me on the status of my dress. My dress arrived a week before my wedding and she requested a 911 alteration appointment. My dress was perfect and ready 3 days before my wedding. I can't thank them enough for their effort to make my wedding day perfect.
