I did not expect Reclectic to have such a large warehouse feel to it, but I mean you could truly spend all day in that store. They have great brands including Urban, Anthropologie, and Free People at just an amazing value. If you're like me, these brands make your mouth water but your credit card cry. Come to Reclectic to find still very much in style pieces that won't hurt the bank. Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!! Note that there are no dressing rooms so don't make the mistake I did of wearing a dress to shop here. There is a wall lined with mirrors where you are free to try anything on over your clothes so wear leggings and a tank top to shop! Will be coming back!!

This is not a true Dillard's experience in my opinion. The quality of the clothing was very disappointing and did not reflect what I normally associate with the brand. The store felt cluttered, and much of the merchandise appeared cheaply made, with low-quality fabrics and poor construction. While the pricing is lower, the items felt more like fast-fashion pieces being marketed through a secondary outlet rather than discounted versions of Dillard's standard offerings. I personally prefer fewer, higher-quality pieces. Dillard's is known for better fabrics, cleaner cuts, and stronger structure, and I would rather pay more for something that holds up over time than buy items that feel like they would not last beyond a wash or two. Unfortunately, that level of quality was not present here. The overall environment also felt uninspiring and somewhat depressing, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. This location did not align with what I look for in clothing or in-store presentation, and it is not a place I would choose to shop again. If you are expecting the traditional Dillard's quality and experience, this clearance center may be a surprise.

I approached Chase and greeted me looking sharp and professional, exactly what you'd expect from someone in his role. Without any hesitation, he jumped right in to help .. even after I admitted I was completely lost. He walked me through where the jackets, shared his impressive knowledge of the products, and guided me through long sleeves, pants, and even suggested the right shoes to complete the look. This guy went above and beyond. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. Chase absolutely deserves a raise or some serious recognition. Highly recommend asking for him if you walk in! He just know his shit-- pardon me but the guys is excellent and a subject matter expert.

The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. It felt as though assumptions and biases were being made based clothing I was wearing or my perceived financial status or more. During the interaction, the associate made comments around Men's Wearhouse and similar retailers that they are not and that she doesn't like, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.
