I had an amazing experience at Mariée Bridal. I came in towards the end of June and tried on so many beautiful dresses with Megan. She answered all my questions and I started to tell her the style that I was envisioning. She showed me a video of a dress that would be arriving to their store soon. Mariée Bridal called me right away when it came in, so I could try it on that weekend. The dress is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. TL:DR - If you're a bride in search for your dream dress in the Scottsdale area, this is the BEST bridal salon (hands down). They're honestly better than salons in the NYC/SF area. I booked appointments at Mariee Bridal, Destiny's Bridal and Bella Lily Bridal (in Glendale), and Mariee is in a league of its own. I'm a crazy researcher. I looked at all reviews (Yelp, Knot, Google, word of mouth). After visiting all three, I was honestly surprised the other two salons are reviewed as highly as they are in comparison to Mariee. Being the analytical type, I rated each of the salons in a number of categories that were important to me (from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest/best score). Hope this helps future brides! Dress Selection: Mariee Bridal - 10 Destiny's Bridal - 5 Bella Lily's Bridal - 8 Mariee had the largest selection of dresses. I also thought they did the best job at learning your style. The dresses are presented in a way where you can actually see them, which is not the case at Bella Lily's (they never let you see the full assortment) and Destiny's Bridal has the dresses crammed together (kind of ironic since their price point is the most expensive). Stylist Mariee Bridal - 10 (I would give them a 20 if I could!) Destiny's Bridal - 5 Bella Lily's Bridal - 10 While I gave Bella Lily's a 10 here as well, Mariee is a 20. They pay attention to EVERYTHING you like and don't like about each dress. It's hard to describe since I thought I knew what dress I wanted. Overall, I went with the shape and overall vibe I came in thinking, but the dress I ended up with was a dress that my Mariee stylist picked. I also loved that she waited until near the end of my appointment to have me try it on the dress she thought I'd like best. It made the appointment since myself and my crew had our jaws on the floor after trying it on. Mariee, you're in a league of your own. You're so helpful and supportive (like a fairy godmother for wedding dresses!). Not to mention they also picked my veil and wedding jewelry! They just know what looks good on every bride to enhance your natural beauty! Price Mariee Bridal - 10 Destiny's Bridal - 1 Bella Lily Bridal - 10 This is a hard one to answer since everyone's price point is different. What I will say is Mariee and Bella Lily Bridal were upfront when I asked what range they provided. I appreciated that they shared this upfront before I made my appointment. The range they said was consistent with my experience. They'll not only provide a range of dresses they carry, but they'll also give you a sense of how many dresses you'll have access to (~ what percentage of their dresses fall within your budget). BEWARE if budget is factor. Destiny's Bridal had me try on dresses that were 2-3x my budget without even telling me. I honestly don't even know how that's allowed. What disappointed me more was I called each salon to ask this question in advance and they reassured me that my budget would fit well with the dresses they carried. Overall Experience Mariee Bridal - 10 Destiny's Bridal - 5 Bella Lily Bridal - 8 Mariee is THE BEST! They provide you and your shopping crew with a VERY large room (if I had to guess, it's 500 sq ft just to yourselves). It's so spacious and comfortable, and the lighting/mirror situation is great as well. Their salon is stunning. As a comparison, Destiny's Bridal isn't private at all and their salon is crammed/not pretty (based on the price point of dresses they carry, I was shocked when we arrived at their salon). I definitely was influenced by other reviews that suggested their salon was nicer than it is. Don't get me wrong, if you like the certain designers, they do carry nice designers, but the actual salon doesn't compare to Mariee or even Bella Lily. I will give Bella Lily credit here. While they're located in Glendale, they're worth a visit. Their salon is gorgeous as well, and the process is super fun since they're the only one on this list that provides sparkling wine (and they provide fun yay or nay signs for your guests). To sum up, I don't regret making appointments at any of the places I did because I was interested in designers at Destiny's Bridal. With that being said, if I was a bride doing it all over again, I would only make an appointment at Mariee and Bella Lily. And I wouldn't be surprised if Mariee is the stand out winner for you as well! They're incredible!!! read more

I had nothing short of a fantastic visit to Mariee! Sadie was lovely and knowledgeable. She was flexible to my needs. I purchased a sample gown in perfect condition, for half price, I am thrilled! My only suggestion that could've made the day ever more special would have been a champagne toast or some sort of celebratory token upon finding the gown. Thanks Mariee! read more

I went in a few weeks ago to get a new dress, after finding one at another bridal shop. I am a 47 year old bride, small wedding, had my two girls come with me to help me look. I felt like I was overlooked, not given the full effort in looking for something right for me and my event. It seemed rushed and like I was last priority. After trying on a few dresses, not feeling great, I did end up going with a sample dress which had a few imperfections. I do know I was the one to say yes to this purchase, but again, it felt like I was being pushed into buying the sample and being rushed to get out. For the appointment, they had a coupon for so much money towards accessories...I had to ask about it and then walk aimlessly around the store looking at things. I feel that is the job of the advisor, to help "guide" me to the correct area and/or pieces. They have a dress to sign if you "say yes to a dress", which I was not asked to sign; a sign to hold showing you said yes, I did not do that. Again, my overall experience was very negative in every way. The value for what I got was not good, I am hoping to get a fraction back as I am not wearing it for my wedding day. It was way too large and alterations could not be done correctly on it (I chose 3 outside vendors as their alterations estimate was $600-$850, almost as much as the dress!). This is the bridal boutique you have been dreaming about ever since you were little!!!! I had such a great experience coming here with my Mom and my friends to pick out my wedding dress. They have such an amazing selection and they made finding my dream wedding gown so easy! Carrie the owner is so sweet and professional. Mariee is probably the nicest wedding dress boutique in Phoenix! I visited five other stores before coming here and I was amazed at how chic and classy Mariee is compared to the other stores. Not that any of the others were shabby, but Mariee is certainly on a whole other level! I worked with Anna to find my perfect gown for my perfect day. She was patient and helpful and made good, subtle suggestions to guide me to the "one." I ended up visiting twice, once with my aunt and a second visit with my mom to get the final stamp of approval. While my gown was on the higher end of my budget, Anna made some suggestions to keep costs as low as possible. One of the nicest parts of the whole experience was the private area for you to try on your gowns with your friends and family close by. It was a quiet experience with no other groups around, and I got a lot of one on one attention from Anna. I don't really have any areas of improvement for Mariee. They were accommodating to my schedule, available via phone and email, and really made me feel special throughout the process. This entire review is because of Sydney!! I actually went in to try on dresses back in September and felt like I found the one but wasn't 100% so I went home to think about it. After researching and trying on other dresses, I decided that it was the one. I went back last week to purchase the dress and this time Sydney was assigned to me. Being a plus size bride I was a little nervous going to my first bridal appointment. However Mariée Bridal made my appointment memorable and easy! My consultant ( store manager) Sydney was fantastic and eased my concerns right off the bat! I initially found Mariee Bridal on instagram. I currently live in San Diego and decided to drive to Scottsdale to find the dress of my dreams, and all I can say is that it was the best experience any future bride could ask for. I was helped by Miranda and she went above and beyond in helping me find my dress. She was very professional and attentive to what I was looking for. This was my first time going dress shopping, so I was a little nervous and still unsure of what exactly I was looking for, but Miranda was able to recommend me different styles and give me plenty of options. All I can say is that small gestures do go a long way. As a future bride I was so nervous that I didn't even know where to even begin or what to look for, and it can make this experience very overwhelming. After my appointment ended I left the store to give it some thought since I had more appointments at different bridals coming up, but it didn't take long for me to realize I had found what I was looking for. When I came back to purchase my dress I ran into Miranda and she congratulated me while we both cheered, and to some this might not mean much but to me this was one of the many reasons I also said yes to my dress. There are no words to describe the amazing experience I have had at Mariee. Not only did I find my dream dress but I have had my best friends also find their perfect dresses! Every time we come in, the girls at the front are smiling, cheerful, and extremely helpful (they know us by name at this point). I had such a great experience at Mariée Bridal and just said yes to my dress this past weekend! I visited them twice looking for my dress, Misty helped me both times and was wonderful. I had an idea of what I wanted after my first appointment, but wanted to go back with someone else in my party before deciding for sure. Misty was SO helpful and patient during the process. She helped me pick out dresses to try on that both fit my vision and were flattering to my figure, and it's worth mentioning that she remembered every detail during my second appointment as well. I never once felt pressured or persuaded to make a purchase, and she made me feel very comfortable in the fitting room. It was like shopping with a friend! When I finally decided on the perfect dress, she spent a ton of time helping my cousin and I take pictures and videos (like a TON of time, lol) to make sure we got every angle and every detail. She helped fluff the dress when we were FaceTiming my mom and sister, and showed us where the best lighting in the salon was. She also had great recommendations on what personalizations I could do to the dress as well. She's truly the best! Going over the details of the dress at the "Yes Desk" when it was time to purchase was very detailed, but also easy. From start to finish, this was an amazing experience that I will never forget. Mariée Bridal was my first experience dress shopping and they set the bar so high. Every dress I tried on looked amazing and my stylist, Sydney, knew my vision by just showing her a few pictures of dresses I liked. I love that I had my own private section to try on dresses because it made the experience more intimate. Sydney was amazing at adding details to the dresses or pinning them to how I preferred it. I was pretty sure I found my dress at the end of my appointment but I had one more scheduled later in the day somewhere else and I didn't want to bail on the appointment. Sydney told me they had another opening later in the day and to come back if I wanted to try on the dress again. Needless to say, I went back later that day and I said yes to the dress at Mariée Bridal! read more

Miranda was such a great help when finding my dress! I didn't think I was going to find it on my first appointment. The minute I walked in the staff was so kind. I had no idea what dresses I wanted to try on and Miranda helped select about 7 to try on! We narrowed it down quickly to what styles I liked. I fell in love with a specific style, but the originally dress I loved was out of my budget and she found the most perfect dress for me that was similar. I came here for my first time trying on dresses. I said yes to the dress during my visit. I worked with Ashling and she was wonderful from start to finish! She was so kind from the beginning and she was patient with me until the end. She was also amazing at making these sample dresses look fitted to my body so I could get a real feel for how they would look once altered. Mariée Bridal is a couture, family-owned bridal boutique located in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. With our exceptionally trained staff, in-house seamstresses, and hand-selected gowns, we offer an experience tailored to the bride looking to bring her bridal vision to life. When you book an appointment at Mariée, you are assigned a specialized consultant for a two-hour appointment where you are free to experiment with style, explore the options of customizations, and receive extensive information regarding the ordering process. We offer bridal gowns from industry-leading designers such as Martina Liana, Pnina Tornai, Pen Liv Enzoani, and Elysee Bridal, and accessories that are one-of-a-kind finds for your wedding. Prices for our wedding dresses are approximately $3000 - $10000 (for a new dress) and dresses typically take around 6 months to be constructed by our designers (although our designers do offer rush fees if you need the dress in a shorter time frame). We can also sell floor samples if necessary (our samples are typically bridal sizes 8-12). As we provide a specialized experience for our brides we highly recommend setting up an appointment to visit our store.

Established in 2010.

Mariee Bridal in Scottsdale has been under current ownership since 2010. In that time we have won The Knot Best of Weddings Award every single year, in addition to obtaining The Knot Hall of Fame Award. We are also an awarded Enzoani retailer store, and have served thousands of happy brides over the years. Our in-house seamstresses have been in bridal for over 30 years and have been with us since the beginning.

We literally do not have the space here for all the details. My friend was without a gown and her wedding was 5, yes 5, days away!! She was having her hair done at Rumors and, what could only be portrayed in a Hallmark movie, looked out the window and realized a bridal shop was located in the same shopping center. She and her hairdresser went to the shop while her hair was in foils and knocked on the door. The shop owner was miraculously inside and brought her in and patiently listened to the whole story. An appointment was made for the following afternoon. My friend was shocked at how many dresses she was able to choose from and the owner came in for the ultimate save, remembering a dress she had from a discontinued line. It was as if the dress had been waiting for this bride. Everyone was conscientious about the budget and everything fell into place with a fair price for the gown and expedited tailoring. Alterations were made by the talented Viola (funny enough my friend and Viola had both lived in New Jersey, AND the same small polish town Viola is from is the exact same town my friend's great grandmother was from before she came to the US many years ago). When I arrived and began working with my stylist, whose name I'll keep private because I have no desire to get anyone in trouble or see anyone reprimanded, I explained that my wedding is this coming October. After narrowing my options down to two dresses, I was very clear that I would only choose the dress I ultimately purchased if the alterations I envisioned could actually be executed. Those alterations were a major factor in my confidence and comfort with the dress, and I was reassured in a way that left me under the impression that Brilliant Bridal either handled the alterations or had a clear process for ensuring they could be done. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after the manager had secured my payment that I was given a paper recommending places I would need to contact myself to determine whether they could bring my vision to life. I also wasn't made aware of the no-return policy during the purchasing process. I only discovered it afterward when I checked my email and saw the policy at the bottom of my receipt. What has made this experience even more stressful is speaking with a seamstress afterward. She explained that the alteration might be fairly easy as long as it doesn't shift the cups too far toward the center, and that another possibility could be covering the modesty panel with beading or lace. However, she also made an important point: after four decades in the industry, she has learned that stylists aren't seamstresses, and what a stylist believes will be an "easy fix" isn't always what they imagine. She said she could take a look, pin the dress, and determine how much everything shifts--but that the cups will definitely shift, and the question is simply how far. Hearing that has significantly increased my anxiety. What should have been an exciting experience of finding my wedding dress has instead left me questioning whether the alterations I specifically discussed before purchasing are actually achievable. I understand that stylists may not be professional seamstresses and that alterations ultimately need to be assessed by someone qualified to perform them. My frustration is that I was making my purchase based on specific assurances about something that was extremely important to me, only to discover after payment that I would have to independently find someone who could determine whether those changes were even possible. At this point, I can't help but feel that I was given enough reassurance to feel comfortable making the purchase, only to be left with the uncertainty afterward. That has made the entire experience feel less like I was being helped find the right dress and more like I was being reassured just enough to secure the sale. I truly wish the process had been more transparent from the beginning. If I had been clearly told before paying that Brilliant Bridal does not handle alterations and that the changes I envisioned were not guaranteed to be possible, I could have made a much more informed decision. Instead, I'm now left with a wedding dress, a no-return policy I only discovered afterward, and significant anxiety about whether the dress I purchased can actually be altered into what I was told was possible.

Where do I even begin? My experience with Mariee was almost to amazing to put into words. I got married last Saturday in a Watters Lasara gown that I purchased at Mariee. When I saw the gown online I fell in love immediately. Only problem was that is was a brand new gown from the Watters Spring 2010 collection and no where in the valley carried it yet; except Mariee. So I scheduled an appointment and went to try the dress on (and a few others). The owner, Susan, was extremely friendly and very helpful in helping me select the right dress. So helpful and friendly that I decided to order all 10 of my bridesmaids dresses through Mariee as well. Best decision I ever made! As you can imagine, having two handfuls of bridesmaids can get kind of messy at times, so there were definitely a few obstacles to overcome during my experience with Mariee. HOWEVER... the general manager, Amanda (who could be compared only to wedding dress fairy godmother), handled each issue with such ease and professionalism. I really don't know what I would have done without her. Between the bridesmaids dress ordered so late it might not have come in on time to the bridesmaid who ordered her dress a size smaller and didn't fit in it, Amanda tackled all the problems with such voracity that you'd think they were her fault (which they weren't). Thank you so much ladies for outfitting myself and my girls and making it so much fun to work with you! This review is long over due. I got married earlier this year and purchased my gown at Mariee last year. I didn't want to review until I had been through the whole process, so here goes... From the start I knew that the minute I walked in this might very well be the place that I would find my gown. I had been to a lot of other stores, and felt that I had to compromise on either service or the quality of the gowns, but at Mariee I found both. I cannot remember who helped me from the start, but I do think that at some point I worked with every person who is part of the staff. Every single step went smoothly. The dresses were just stunning, really well made and not what everyone else had. I went to three different stores in the valley and tried on the same exact gown over and over on one of my shopping days! Mariee had beautiful options in my price range ($2000-$3000). Like another yelper said, there were easily 4-5 gowns that could have been "the one" but I finally found the gown of my dreams. Fittings were very straight forward - they are even open Sundays to accommodate your schedule. I am just sad that I cant go back all the time now that the wedding is over! read more

I had the absolute best experience at Mariee Bridal-I don't think I can talk about it enough! Leading up to my appointment, I found their Instagram to be really well run and helpful in providing insight into what my appointment would be like and what their inventory was like. I was blown away by the experience with Megan. A consultant can really make or break your appointment and Megan was phenomenal! I could tell she genuinely cared about me and about providing the best experience possible. She had the perfect balance of giving me space to browse through gowns myself while also providing me with great direction and answered all of my questions. Mariee was such a warm and welcoming environment with personal touches that really elevated the overall experience. People who work there are very helpful and kind, they will really make you feel special and they will make the whole experience of buying a wedding dress - special. Shopping assistants will walk you through, give you advices and will make you fill important. There ate gorgeous fitting rooms with a stylish decor in the store You can also get alteration here. Mariee Bridal put me in touch with Sadie Mardiha for my alteration. My experience with Sadie couldn't be better. She is very good at what she does. She really took time, to make sure, my wedding dress will fit perfect. My experience at Marie Bridal was truly spectacular. The impression Lauren and the rest of the stylists left on me and my family is unforgettable. I had gone to a couple other bridal shops in Scottsdale before going to Marie Bridal. My experience from the moment I walked in the door was unlike any other shop. They were so welcoming, warm, kind, and made me feel beautiful as I tried on dresses. Lauren took the time to get to know me and my fiancé throughout my appointment as she helped me try on dresses. They were helpful and made saying yes to the dress extremely easy! After I said yes they answered all my questions and a couple days later sent me a follow up email with all the information I needed. I must say I am quite disappointed... My daughter purchased a gown here, and while the initial experience was pleasant, it has unfortunately been overshadowed by the final transaction. At the time of payment, an option for a tip appeared. I understand tipping culture in certain industries; however, the young woman assisting us mentioned that employees do not receive commission. This struck me as troubling. Why should the responsibility of ensuring fair compensation for staff be placed on the customer--particularly when the purchase itself is already upwards of $3000? It is disheartening that a boutique presenting itself as refined and reputable cannot seem to provide its employees with adequate pay without relying on patrons to bridge that gap. read more

All of the ladies at Mariee Bridal are absolutely wonderful! From the time you step into the store to the very last dress fitting, they always make it as memorable as possible. Being in the industry as a wedding planner, picking the right dress was so important to me because I knew that I had to find the perfect dress that I had always dreamt of. My experience at Mariee was wonderful from start to finish. I cant say enough good things about them. I ultimately ended up buying my dress elsewhere, but I did buy everything else here. I went to seven stores on the search for the one, and this was probably the best service and most beautiful gowns of anywhere. Carrie was so knowledgeable about every detail, cut, fabric and silhouette. She really knew her stuff. She styled my whole look and also my bridesmaids looks. I had a custom veil made to match my gown and it is certainly something that I will treasure forever and hope to hand down through the family. I purchased my wedding dress a year ago at Mariee's and I still remember how wonderful everybody was. The first dress I picked up was the Devenport by Watters and I did tried on like 10 more dresses but that was THE one. It arrived 3 months later so I had plenty of time to make the adjustments. I loved that all the dresses in the store are arranged by designer and then by price, it was so helpful for me because I didn't want to go over my budget. I will always be thankful for the patient and kindness I received at Mariee's (it was the sixth bridal store I visited, so I was very anxious hehe). Definitely recommend place!! I communicate with them through emails, always fast response! When I have arrived, they assigned for us private LARGE room with my name on it, Alaina was extremely nice! so patient with me, let me try 10 different dresses! you can feel her honest concern if I didn't like a dress, she really tried to do her best to make sure I found something I liked! And I did!! after searching in so many places finally I got my wedding dress! I went to Mariée Bridal after visiting several dress shops. I was met by a wonderful woman, Lauren, who helped me pick out a few dresses to start with. When I say it was hard to find only a few to start with- believe me! Mariée had an outstanding variety of styles that all looked extremely elegant, but also relaxed and beautiful. Ironically, I found and tried on the exact dress I picked off of Pinterest months before! I had no idea they had it. Mariee Bridal is an incredible, full service boutique! From purchase to fittings, everything is done at the store. I worked with the manager, Sydney, when I found my gown and she was so sweet and helpful. When I came to my pickup appointment and first fitting, she remembered so many details, and even asked how my mom was doing back home in Georgia. (She had flown in for my original appointment and met Sydney.) While visiting my family in AZ, I went to a few bridal shops to try on dresses for the first time. I wasn't really sure what I wanted - and I am SO glad I went to Mariee Bridal! Sydney was so amazing, fun, and made my family and me fell so comfortable and at home. I highly recommend Mariee Bridal for all future brides! I found my wedding dress within an hour of when I started looking! I tried on 6 dresses and fell in love with 5. Of all of the five stores in the area that I tried this was by far the best. Everything was beautiful. It was so hard to choose! The gowns just fit so well and looked worth a lot more than what they cost. The customer service was so much better than anywhere else that I went to. All the ladies here hustled with grace - they were doing laps around that store, checking inventory, getting me in and out of dresses like a race car pit crew, all the while being my therapist and personal stylist. It takes a special kind of person to do all of that and maintain such enthusiasm all day - super impressive! I'm confident that if I had gone anywhere else I would've gotten overwhelmed and left empty handed. I despise clothes shopping and on top of that I had a very short turnaround time so going into this I knew I'd have limited options. Even then, they remained so positive and encouraging the whole time. They even found a ton of options that would work with my wedding date. I can't express enough how thankful I am that this group of ladies were with me every step of the way. Thank you for not giving up as well as giving me the extra care and attention I needed to make a decision. Because of Carrie and Heather, I was able to say "Yes to the dress"!
