There wasn't a catalog or other arrangements to see what I wanted. I literally said I can spend 80 bucks and picked a few flowers. The arrangement came out nice. I like the fact that it was actually open late. I would give this place 5 stars, but it did not have much selection or arrangements prepared to choose from. Delivery driver also texted me as soon as it was delivered.  I have ordered from 1800-flowers in the past and it was an absolute disaster.... $100 for a vase of roses and what ended up arriving was a joke.  Total out of pocket with this place was $89 and the client I sent them to received a large vase of a variety of flowers including roses, which is less than I've spent in the past for less flowers. If you're looking for extravagant like over the top or for weddings/events, I don't think this shop is there yet. But if you need quick and elegant, decently priced, then this is your place.

I am absolutely distraught at how I have been treated by this company. These were expensive custom shoes but most importantly they were WORN ON MY WEDDING. When speaking with them they have been incredibly rude and see nothing wrong with what they have done. they also cut my necklace to add "detail " to the corner of the shadow box. NO ONE EVER ASKED YOU TO DO THAT. You can't even tell it's a necklace. You have ruined special items that I will never have the chance to get back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER Update: I just spent and hour on the phone fighting with Ana about my refund. She advised me that she is now charging me for complimentary services because I am asking for a refund. They picked up my bouquet from the Vdara for free and now she says she is charging me for that and it would still be free if I wasn't asking for a refund. She screamed at me for the majority of the conversation. She told me to send the box back and she would refund me....they are my shoes, my flowers and my jewlery that I brought to her, why on earth would she be entitled to them ?! When speaking about my shoes she said they would pay for them I let her know they were worth more than the service was worth and I will send her the receipt. She tried to tell me she will only pay for one shoe because they only damaged one...it's a pair of shoes if you wreck one you wreck both. She then told me I need to tell her my shoe size and send her a picture of the shoe so she can talk to other business. She wouldn't listen to a word I said when I explained it wasn't about getting a shoe it's about the shoe that I worn on my wedding. Then she says so they are not new if you wore them !!! It just keeps getting worse and worse with her ! Another review said it best " she lets her emotions and attitude get in the way of her professionalism." ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Ana will come off as professional in the very beginning, she will call, email and assure you that everything will be handled. I trusted her with $2,000 worth of my money. She fell short on all of it. She cannot handle a big wedding or big orders. She lets emotions get in the way of her work and attitude interfere with her professionalism. I emailed her after my wedding because she still owes me $30 and I gave her a week to respond....she never did. She will take your money and run with it. I had 150 guests at my wedding. As a bride you are pulled left and right on the day off. Due to 1 misseed phone call from her on the day of the wedding, she took it upon herself to act like it was her day and not mine. She left centerpieces on the floor and didn't bother putting them on the table. She left a mess for other people to clean up. I booked her a year in advance and on the day of my wedding she said she had another event to tend to. Her centerpieces fell apart before the wedding even started. Like I said, you only get married once. She was my biggest downfall on the day of my wedding. I missed photo shoots with my bridal party because they had to fix her mess. I just don't want the same for other brides out there. HER FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS AREN'T WORTH THE DISAPPOINTMENT! Looking back, I wish I went with another vendor. There are so many out there.
