CJ is THE BEST! He was one of my favorite vendors to work with (if not the favorite!), and was super accommodating and responsive to all our requests. Our friends did a surprise dance skit for us that required a lot of song start-stop coordination, but CJ handled it so smoothly. The thing I love (and you'll love) about CJ is not only does he get what you want extremely fast, but he also adapts very well to day of events and constantly checks in on you to make sure you're eating (haha), and well taken care of. I wish I could have talked to CJ more on the day of, but my wedding coordinator and helper friends all raved about him, so I know he did an amazing job. Cj was more than simply a DJ for our wedding, he ran the whole show and made sure our special day was perfect. He had a time line, had everyone's names, make sure our whole wedding went according to schedule and got everything in line when it needed to be. When I first got engaged and started looking for vendors I had noticed that a ton of venues used WeddingTech Entertainment, and some friends of my now husband had him DJ their wedding and had nothing but great things to say .. and I knew I wanted CJ to do our wedding! I contacted CJ and he was so quick to respond and we set up a meeting to discuss his services, he was the first and only DJ I spoke to, because after our meeting I knew I wanted it to be him! I signed the contract a year in advance because I wanted to make sure he was available for our wedding. He was so on top of it, very helpful with any questions I had. The wedding music worksheet was so thorough which helped ease my mind. CJ had it under control. He did such an amazing job at keeping the dance floor moving, the music selections were so awesome. I danced the whole night, and to be honest I'm not a huge dancer but it was just so fun. Guests were having a blast. It was such a special night! Through WeddingTech Entertainment we also booked the photobooth and omg it was so fun!! Everyone loved it! Roya was so fun while hosting it. CJ the DJ is the man! We told him exactly the vibe we were looking for and what we didn't want. My wife and I are big music fans so this part was really important to us. I was concerned though that some of the songs we chose might be a little flat or not suited for good wedding dancing. CJ just took those songs and mixed them with others. I think he took the Rolling Stones Emotional Rescue and mixed it with a Michael Jackson song. Awesome. Seriously, the DJ-ing was flawless and he was a great MC, making the wedding run smoothly and on schedule. And, he's just a super nice guy, totally professional and very reasonably priced. C.J. Wallace did an outstanding job dj'ing our dance party reception!!! We held a dinner dance party for our newlywed daughter and her husband at the Saratoga Foothill Club. C.J. provided the lighting, assemble the music playlist, and slideshow/large screen monitors. Before and during the event, he also gave us great advice to keep the party pumping and the guests happy. He was absolutely fabulous; professional, very courteous and super easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. I'm just going to start off by saying that Weddingtech's yelp page, though averaging at 5 stars, comes no where close to reflecting how absolutely AMAZING CJ is. CJ was the first DJ we met with. We had another meeting on the books with another DJ later that week, but we felt so comfortable with and impressed by CJ that we cancelled it without a second thought. Some obvious reasons to go with CJ: - His focus on client experience is top-notch. He puts on several events a week, even weddings back-to-back, but you would never know it by the attentiveness he shows you as a client. When you meet face-to-face, he listens first and then formulates a thoughtful response. He's lightning responsive by email and phone. - Even offering the highest quality of work, his prices cannot be beat. He owns all his own equipment, so that cuts out any annoying middleman fees. He doesn't own a storefront, so overhead is nonexistent. He spends zero on advertising, because he has an endless flow of referrals from happy customers. Some of the intangible reasons to go with CJ: My then-fiance and I had a pretty tight budget as we started to plan our wedding. I had little disposable income, as I had invested a lot of the previous year preparing for graduate school applications. With that, we just couldn't afford that "unavoidable" 10% increase in budget that most married couples warn you about. Because of that, we jumped at the chance to book a venue that was extremely reasonable in cost, extremely gorgeous, but extremely... unpredictable. Suffice it to say that through months of forced changes in layout, which rooms we could use, and how we could use them, CJ kept us sane. Every single time the venue threw us a curveball (including the one 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE), CJ soaked it in, analyzed the space, and reassured us that it could be done and be done WELL. He was all about finding the positive in any situation, and using those changes to our advantage. It was never about making our event passable; it was always about making our event WONDERFUL, and he delivered. On the big day, I was not worried by one single thing. We got a skilled DJ and a day-of coordinator to boot! Our wedding flowed seamlessly from my and our guests' perspective. If there were any hiccups, I was not aware of them. On our wedding day, CJ took ownership coordinating with the caterer, our photographer and the venue so that WE DIDN'T HAVE TO. This capability, alone, was absolutely priceless. I know CJ doesn't need this Yelp review. Rather, I needed some way to show him how much he meant to me and my then-fiance through all the obstacles we faced planning our wedding. So take a leaf out of my book, and forget about the rest: CJ will not disappoint you. read more

We used CJ and Roya (they're married, which to me is even better because you KNOW they work well together) for the DJ and photobooth portion of our wedding and we could not have been happier! CJ the DJ - Aside from the name meshing perfectly with his profession?! One thing I loved was that we were able to have as much or as little control over the music as we needed. If we wanted a specific song for any portion, we could. If we were too indecisive, we could leave it up to him. AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING! He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and great with suggestions. He was (aside from the venue) basically another day-of coordinator. He was constantly aware of the timeline and schedule, kept checking in to make sure we didn't need anything from him, and even helped my fiancé (now husband) surprise me with a performance. (He helped him find the music for it and everything - AND kept it a secret from ME, the bride who practically had table assignments memorized haha.) Roya with the photobooth - She is a joy! She was so kind and was able to get us the perfect overlay for our photos. (She didn't stop until it was exactly what we wanted and was completely open and flexible with suggestions) The custom props went with our theme ...and that was NOT an accident. We had so many options for props, too, and having all the photos afterwards is SO fun to look at. She is just absolutely amazing and everyone had so much fun with the photos! We were married a week and a half ago and we have had SO MANY compliments on both the DJ and the photobooth portion, we couldn't be happier. On top of ALL OF THAT, they were quite affordable (sticker price) ...and a GREAT VALUE (once the night was over and I saw how great everything really went. How can I possibly speak more about CJ's greatness than what is already mentioned below? From the moment we started planning my daughters wedding over a year ago. All I ever heard from the bride and groom is dont worry. We got the DJ and he willl do a great job. But humbly I doubted because over the years I have learned how important it is to have a great DJ at a wedding. Besides the bride and groom they are one of the most important forms of entertainment that sets the mood and keeps everything on track! I dont know CJ and was unsure. We spoke by email a great deal before the wedding talking footprints of the outside layout, speaker install, ceremony songs and favorite dance songs during the dancing part of the wedding. During the past months and multiple back/forth emails leading up to the wedding I began to grow more comfortable because CJ was always responsive with answers, etc. When he finally arrived to the outside venue I realized we found the right DJ. He found me, introduce himself and walked the grounds. Afterwards, CJ told me, "Don't worry Dad this is not my first rodeo go get ready, I GOT THIS!!" I never doubted it at all. From the moment the wedding started he had timing down, Special announcements made and basically took over the weddng. This man and his photo booth simply knocked it out of the park and I would highly recommend CJ for any event that involves the need for energy, dancing, smoothness and stress free fun. I attended a wedding a few months ago with a photo booth from Weddingtech. My fiance' and I had so much fun taking pictures in it with various props. It was very spacious and had an option for photos to be taken in black and white or color which I loved. The photos were incredibly clear and professional looking.
