Worst Dry cleaners EVER! !! They are Con artists disguised as dry cleaners. I've had the worst customer service from them again and ALWAYS. The Alteration lady Lisa, lies about her sewing skills. She charged me $160 for few alterations and when I reached home and opened the bags- all clothes were returned without any alterations. She just pressed and hung them on hanger and said she was too busy to let me inspect and try them at her shop. When I went back to her with clothes, she just refused to admit her fault. The husband is rude and obnoxious!! I don't know how anyone is suggesting a positive review about them. They are EXPENSIVE!!! And wastage of money. I now go to a different dry cleaner altogether. PLEASE AVOID THESE HUSTLERS! !! read more

Worst place, worst service. The lady on the phone had a big time language problem. She was rude and refused to talk to me or tell me the dry cleaning price for the shirt. She cursed and hung up on me. I won't recommend this place at all! read more

I dropped off a Carolina Herrera skirt to get alterations done. The alterations are done on the premise by the female owner. I came back the following week to pick up my skirt. When I got home, I got the skirt out of the plastic bag to try on. I noticed that the designer label had been removed from the skirt. I immediately called and the female owner answered the phone. I told her about the label being removed from the skirt. She tried telling me that the skirt did not have a label when I dropped it off for alterations. I told her that was untrue. She was full of excuses and very argumentative. I will never give my business to this dry cleaner ever again. I am now going to take pictures of any designer item that I drop off at any cleaners. Very unhappy with service. I went there for alterations on my wedding dress, one I could not get any help with zippering dress when I asked, two she would not listen to me when I told her only a little of the fabric needed to be let out, three when went for final fitting since she didn't listen dress was to big and she messed up lace design so on final product there is lace missing and a bunch of frayed edges. The cost of alterations was half the price of the dress and she ruined my dress. So I would warn anyone against going there unless you don't mind a half finished product from someone who doesn't take pride in their work to do it right. We will be taking this shop to small claims court read more

We've been bringing our dry cleaning here for about 20 years and love them. They're very courteous and hard-working - if they're both there, he always carries my clothes to my car while I'm paying. Use at your own risk. took 3 pairs of pants for minimal repairs. I asked how much for all of them as I knew how much I paid for the pants and would not have bothered if it was too much. I would have done them by hand. The price she gave me was reasonable, but when I went to pick them up, it was more than double. She said I only asked how much the repairs to 1 pair were. Of course, it was my misunderstanding. Needless to say, the pants remain there, and I'll get my money's worth here. read more

I special ordered a dress, supposedly custom made to my daughter's measurements and when it finally arrived after a long delay, we ordered it in March, it just arrived last week, it did not fit. We brought it here today in desperate need of help because the event she is wearing it for is Saturday. The angel from heaven is going to fix it and press it for us and it will be ready on Friday! read more

Best service, attention to details and amazing alteration/tailoring (just like original condition except it now fits perfect!)

I dropped clothing off (2 orders), and went to pick them up on a Friday. When I arrived there was a note on the door saying they closed for an emergency and would return at 4pm. Well, it was 20 min. before 4pm so I decided to wait. I waited until 10 after 4 just for no one to show up. Returned on Monday to pick up clothes, just to see a note on the door saying they closed at 1pm. Sigh! When I finally do catch them open, I said that I was there twice to pick up my clothes, but no one was there. She said, "oh, yeah, I had to pick my daughter up from the airport"! I couldn't believe she said that! That's no emergency. Then they couldn't find one of my orders and told me I picked it up already! I show her the receipt, I put them in the same day, and the pick up day is the same. After about 15 minutes, they found the order. I left, NEVER TO RETURN! Poor customer service. She never apologized because I traveled there twice to pick up my clothing. RUDE! read more
