Not, definitely NOT a resort! This is a rundown apartment complex from the 80s badly in need of renovation, but I give two stars because the trails around the wildlife refuge are very nice to walk. The worst thing about the property is that it is supposed to be non-smoking "all suites" and we open the door to our two bedroom suite, and it was like walking into an ashtray. The smell hits you in the face so strong and horrible with stale smoke like the previous people , or previous hundred people, had been chain smoking. This was a nasty, smelly shock when we were expecting a non-smoking room . We asked to be moved to another room and they did and that one also smelled strongly of smoke but not as bad as the first one. It should be made clear and imperative to housekeeping staff that if they walk in to clean a room that smells of smoke when it should not have been smoked in it should be immediately reported to management so that they can do an ozone treatment on it before it is booked again though after years, and currently being smoked in I don't know if anything would really clear that stink. I have never before booked a non-smoking room anywhere and walked in to have it smelling like smoke. They should just give up on advertising these as non-smoking rooms. Another problem is that it's oil heated, and the boiler tapped all night, interfering with sleep . The microwave is worn and looks like it's from the 90s, as do the other kitchen appliances, as does the whole suite, as do the exterior buildings, some of which, clearly visible, are apartment buildings with long-term residence with bicycles and barbecues on the balconies! The shelf paper on the shelves is tattered and worn. The bedspreads are 90s and extremely heavy and fall off the bed . The main entrance lobby and check-in is nice, but then you are sent across the parking lot to your room number which is still signed like the original apartment buildings. There are no elevators so you are dragging your suitcases up stairs. This suite was over $300 per night and we expected much better. The place is not a resort, and our two bedroom "suite" an old two bedroom apartment that had been smoked in for decades. I asked for, and expected the price to be adjusted and they took off $20 per night for the three nights we were there, paying over $1000 total .This was not anywhere near an adequate adjustment. I wish that we had just left immediately upon smelling strong smoke in a room advertised as nonsmoking, and it is really nervy to be charging resort prices for an old apartment complex. read more

Our room was booked as part of a package after a cruise; and we were shocked when we saw the size of the room. (It wasn't just a room; it was an apartment!). I later learned that these buildings were meant to house workers when there was an influx of people in Fairbanks during the Alaskan pipeline construction. Well now they are being used as hotel rooms/suites. It was just my husband and me staying there for 2 nights, and we had 2 queen size beds and a flat screen tv in the bedroom, plus a living room with a pullout sofa bed, a love seat, and an even larger flat screen tv. There was also a full kitchen and a small dining room area. (Even a large walk-in closet!). Someone could easily live here for a year or more! Our sliding glass door had a view of a wooded area, and if you went outside in back it was kind of a shared balcony that all the apartments on that floor had access to. The grounds were very well maintained and there were flowers planted all around to give it a park like setting. There was a nature/conservation area right out back with several marked trails; but the mosquitoes were so bad that we only made it about 1/10 of a mile before we had to turn back around. There was a restaurant and a bar in the main building. (We checked out the bar, and the service was friendly, and there were a few other friendly customers hanging out; but the menu was a bit limited and overpriced for what it was. Plus it didn't stay open very late.) I was surprised that there was no convenience store/gift shop on the premises. They did sell some bagged chips at the front desk, and there was a soda machine and a snack machine in the lobby. There was a convention center right next door and an adjacent automobile museum, but we didn't have time to check it out. We stayed here two nights during our Collette travel tour of Alaska and the Yukon. This is not your ordinary Hotel, but more like a spacious condominium on immaculately landscaped grounds. We had a ground floor unit next to the stairway in the McKinley building, one of 7 guest buildings. Parking next to the building, with beautifully landscaped grass areas and flowers in the central common areas surrounded by the buildings. Our unit was approximately 25' x 30' or 750 square feet, about 4 times the size of a normal hotel room. Included living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom with two full size beds, 39" flat screen HD cable TV and noisy box AC unit from the previous century. . . King size bed can be pulled out of the living room sofa, which has a 50" flat screen HD cable TV. Old fashioned electrical wall heaters. Lamps are not state of the art, which would come with multiple electrical outlets builtin. Shortage of electrical outlets in the walls for recharging smart phones, tablets, and laptops. Strong, free continuous wifi access. Kitchen fully equipped with old fashioned four electric burner stove. They have yet to replace it with a flat top electric stove, which have been around the past 20 years. Full size refrigerator, utensils, pots, pans, plates, microwave oven, toaster. No dishwasher. Walk in closet with theft proof hangers -it's that type of clientele! No washer nor dryer -you have to use a communal laundry area, with $2 tokens and detergent available at cost from registration. Each building has 4 washers and 4 dryers on the ground floor. Rooms have a sliding window, and a sliding balcony next to a communal walking deck on the outside. No deck furniture. Use the deck only for standing and enjoying the view directly in front of your windows, and not to look into your neighbors balcony or windows. For the price of an average hotel room, you get a king size condominium with all the amenities. Ok it's not a resort in that there is no pool. Resort has it's own wildlife sanctuary on a 75 acre private reserve, including a 1.5 mile trail around Wander Lake. There is also the Fountainhead Auto Museum and the Bear Lodge restaurant on premises. Shuttles run between the buildings, and a separate shuttle goes into downtown Fairbanks, 2 miles away. No problems with mold smells or smoking smells. For the price of hotel room you get huge somewhat dated units 2 miles from downtown Fairbanks. No pool will keep out the riffraff in the hot summers!. read more

The rooms are very roomy. The rooms really need updated. There may have been a cafe in the past, but there isn't now. Nor is there a gift shop. There are items for sale, but very limited behind the front desk.There isn't even a place to get coffee. You have to make your own in the room. read more

This was a really, really nice property. This was one of those finds that you say "hey, this is better than I expected" Well, that feeling didn't last long. I checked in late... like around 1am. The night desk attendant was not the nicest person on the planet. Granted, I probably woundn't be the happiest camper sitting in a deadly quiet hotel lobby at 1am, but humor me... put on a fake welcome face for $110 a night. Given the late check-in, I nicely asked if there was a way I could have an extension to my check out time of 11am. A flat out NO! There was no thinking about it.. Its not gonna happen. Scratching my head over the 15 cars and 1 tour bus in the parking lot, the reason cannot be because they were full! Ok, whatever, Ill cope with sleep deprevation later. Thhe room was HUGE... seriously, one of the largest non-suite rooms that I have been in. Having a balcony with a screen sliding door was nice to let some fresh air in. The bed was very comfy for my short night of sleep, but fears that the checkout nazi would bang on my door at 11:01am keep me from having a very restful sleep. Next trip Ill probably skip this property... The properties closer to downtown and the airport appear just as nice and hopefully have better customer service. read more

I loved my stay here, staff were very friendly especially Chelsea who checked me in. Steve the shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. The other guys and gals art the front desk were nice too. I generally give thumbs up to all staff. The facility was very good and well kept, the housekeeping were very detail oriented. Left my laptops, money, and other valuables in the room and nothing went missing. Very trust worthy. The landscape looked magical during winter, do check out the wildlife refuge and auto museum. They have free wifi and in the business centre they have printing services too. Kitchen was closed during winter so can't say much about dining. In summer you get mosquitoes all over Alaska, so proceed with common sense caution. Also, all hotels require you to call in from courtesy phone at airport to inform them of the pick up. Common sense rule applies, call them as soon as you get out into baggage claim. So that by the time you get your bags, they are there. I went in the middle of winter, temp was -34 deg and the pick up came in 15 mins as promised by Nancy. I will definitely stay here when I come back to visit Alaska. This is my home away from home. We booked a queen size bed. When we got to our room, it was not cleaned yet. The front desk was quick to send us to a different one. They have a van running inside the complex. The driver assisted me moving to a different unit. I am actually surprised how big the new unit is. It has rooms after rooms. I counted 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living room and full size kitchen. The master bedroom is behind the wall of the public Landry room so it is noisy. We ended up sleeping in a different room with 2 smaller beds. The whole unit can easily accommodate 5 people. So it is huge. The heat works very well. It has some old style around-wall heating unit. It could be electric. I could be wrong. But whatever it is, it keeps the whole unit warm nicely. There is a thermostat in the living room that controls the temperature for the whole unit. Inside the kitchen, we have electric stove and a lot of cooking pots, plates and cups. We didn't use the kitchen much(just boiled some water for drinking). But I believe you can do some serious cooking there. The unit has carpets in bedrooms. I like it. It makes the rooms cozy. I forget if we have the carpet in the living room. The building is not new. So it doesn't have any weird smell that is common in new building. That is a big plus for me. The whole complex has quite a few buildings. Each building has a lot of units. Maybe it is hard to track them?That is probably why they gave me a not-cleaned unit in the first place. read more

Stayed here for 4 days during our trip to Alaska. Had a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Apartment Room was nice, a little outdated but we didn't spend much time in our room. Nice TV's in every room. WiFi worked great. Beds were comfortable, pillows were awesome. Came equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to make breakfast and coffee. Full size refrigerator. Freezer worked great...quickly chilled our drinks. Room had a pullout sofa bed so that was nice to have the extra sleeping space. 1 room had 2 beds the other 1 bed The apartment could sleep 5 people comfortably, more if you don't mind sharing a bed. The hotel has property connected to the back of it. We walked the trail leading to the lake. Very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. Not bad for the price. read more

What a disappointment this place ended up. They're owned by the same company that owns Sophie Station, so we were expecting the same quality. That was not the case. Let's start with the signage isn't clear that are two hotels in the same location, owned by the same company. We started our checkin process by going into the Bear Lodge, to find out we could be checked in there, but would need to go to another building to get keys to our room. We opted to go to the other building to checkin and get keys. When I asked where the young man behind the desk at the Bear Lodge he pointed out the window and said next door. There was no explanation that checkin is done in the Wedgewood Visitor Center and then you will be given a building name and room number. Check in on the website and in the reservation confirmation stated 4pm. It was a little after 4pm when we started trying to check in. Once we were in the right building we were told that our room was not ready yet. We didn't get out room until 4:45pm. If checkin is at 4pm all rooms should be ready by that time. We reserved a King suite online, and ended up in a room with two double beds. Be weary of their online reservation system. Our room was 80 degrees when we walked into it. The two double beds in our room need replaced. When two people lay on them, they roll to the middle. The pillows are just as bad. This place still has old school nylon bead spreads that fall off the bed in the night while your sleeping. For being an extended stay suite the kitchen has the very bare minimum of dishes, etc in it. read more

Well I was told to go to a wedding.....We stayed at Wedgewood. Was there a couple of years ago. 40 degrees below zero on the day we were staying at the hotel....COLD. The driver was nice enough to give us a ride to our room from the front door. Wife said carry me or find me a ride! CLEAN and big. Two wonderful things about the room. Bed was solid for a big man. The place was really clean even to my wife's standards. Then the bride and groom had a party at the museum for cars. I did a review a couple of years ago. NOW have a new favorite. The blue lincoln limo. Wow was it pretty. IF someday I get to meet the owner I want a ride!!!!!! All in all it was again a 10. If you go there, room is perfect and those damn cars.....as clean as nice as you will ever see. read more

The check in lobby was hard to find since the sign to it said something like visitor center I think. We did find it and the gal behind the counter was nice and helpful. She put us ion the norther lights wakeup list and directed us to our room. This is a massive place so I marked our building on my GPS and didn't have any problems after that. It was in the winter so everything was covered with snow and looked the same. We had to pack all our luggage upstairs to our room and it reminded me of dorms in college from the outside. The room was very large with a full kitchen, living room with large flat screen TV, bedroom and bath. It has one common balcony that runs past all the rooms outside so we kept the curtain closed most of the time. The internet was dependable and we only had to sign in once. We got a free newspaper every day under our door and it saved us a ton of money by having a full kitchen with everything we needed. Now the bad: The couch was VERY hard and about the most uncomfortable couch I think I've ever sat on. It wasn't even that comfortable to lay on really. It had a nice desk to do some work by but it was next to the baseboard heater so it was a bit warmer than I liked it while I worked. The bed was not good. I have had worse but I've had a lot better too. I think its old or just cheep because it must have very large coil springs. It is very bouncy and has a bit of noise too. Oh, my wife's and my room came with two beds also, both double size. Very cramped for the two of us to be in one bed. One queen with a nice mattress would have made all the difference. All in all, it was a nice place, but I will probably check out the competition next time I'm in Fairbanks. If nothing is better, I'll be back. read more

Signage totally sucks. You're never quite sure where you're supposed to go to check in. The check-in lobby is very nice but don't let it fool you. The rooms are not so fancy. When you finally get to your room you understand that there was a drug deal the day before where someone was shot. Lots of parking with plug ins for your car heaters, but there are curbs in the way so you can't roll your luggage across the parking lot without going way out of your way. Then you have to walk up several stairs to get to your room-no elevator. The rooms are huge and reasonably clean, but dated. Nice full kitchen and even a living room, walk-in closet, and a balcony. read more

Booked a stay here for a recent ski competition. The rooms are actually apartment style with living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It is a nice change from a normal hotel room. The front desk folks called me a couple weeks before arrival and asked if there was a team we were associated with so we can get in the same area as them. That was very nice of them to do that. Check in was fast and friendly with most of the info I needed. The apartments are dated but clean and spacious. For someone that doesn't have cable tv at home we had plenty of channels to choose from. The WiFi was also really good in our building. There is no continental breakfast but the full kitchen with cookware and utensils was good enough for us after we got groceries. I am deducting 1/2 a star for lack of parking lot snow maintenance. We ended up getting stuck but thanks to the maintenance guys and their bucket of gravel they got the car going again. The entryways were recently shoveled and in great shape though. Also deducting 1/2 star for no pet policy. We have to stay at another place when we bring our fur baby along. All in all we would stay here again. It's conveniently located to where we needed to go and very spacious and clean. read more

The service here was very good and the extended stay rooms were very well-equipped with all sorts of utensils for preparing your own meals! The rooms were also very clean and spacious. The front desk was very helpful in assisting us with the pull out couch and bringing extra linens, etc. They also have shuttle services to different parts of Fairbanks if you don't have a car and have a wonderful conservatory area right behind the lodge (beware of mosquitos). Overall it was a really great experience for a decent price! read more

I loved my stay here. The room is a little outdated but having so much room made it worth it. It is a big apartment style space. You have your living room, kitchen, bedroom, big walk in closet, and bathroom. They have pots and pans and dishes in the cabinets, so you can cook your own meals. Full size stove and refrigerator. The help was great, I had them come in twice a week and bring me clean towels and change the sheets. They would also vacuum, dust, sweep, and clean bathroom once a week. The only problem I had was after we checked out they told me we hadn't checked out and overcharged me. It took about a week but we did get our money back. Also if you like to cook out, do not bring a charcoal grill here. You can use a gas grill outside on the pavement by your vehicle. Do not use grill or smoke on the balcony, you will get in trouble. read more

I'm giving this rating 3 stars due to the fact that it was a mixed experience. When I made the reservations, I didn't realize what I was "ordering". We arrived at the reception area a half hour before check in time. We were able to check in but were told that our room was not ready. Being early, we understood and went ahead to eat at a restaurant and wait it out. During our meal, we received the call that our room was ready and expecting to find our room somewhere in the main building, we were extremely upset to see that our room was in an old apartment complex turned hotel. The website shows the "resort" being the main building which to me was deceiving in itself. We decided to check out our room before bringing up our bags and were glad that we did. Something just told me that this was not a real "hotel" and it definitely was not a resort. A resort would include a pool or hot tub, but I am guessing the "resort" felt that the nearby attractions would make up for it. This is not the place for weary travelers who want to simply unwind, but it is best for the energetic adventurer. Nearby, there was a car museum and a small animal sanctuary, which is great if a person is going to be there longer than 8 hours. Once arriving at the hotel room, it was obvious that we were misled. It was a former apartment complex absorbed by the "resort". My husband who had lived in Fairbanks in the 80's said that not even pizza deliverers would set foot at that apartment complex due to the crime. Apparently from other posts, it is clear that the building still houses long term apartment residents so it is not entirely a hotel. Once inside, creepy vibes hit me and the smell of stale cigarette smoke from a bygone era crawled up my nose. I could not shake morbid thoughts of being in the hood and I felt truly unsafe. I'm not sure why there are so many people who have left such high marks for this building as there is nothing to write home about. It seemed clean, but who knows if it was truly sanitary. The fact that there was no central air was a real bummer. Disatisfied, we requested that something be done about our situation and the clerk obliged, no questions asked. We were given a glorious room in the newer building, Bear Lodge, and were highly satisfied. It was new, fresh, clean and comfortable. For that, I am giving a higher rating than I would have. If you are going to stay with this outfit, I suggest Bear Lodge. I just can't believe that Fountainhead Hotels owns both of these properties. They are like night and day. read more

Beautiful property. Spacious clean apartment style room. We had a very relaxing stay for two nights here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking trail around the pond was beautiful. We stayed at the Wedgewood Resort as part of a land tour with Norwegian Cruise Line. We found the room clean and the staff helpful and friendly. We liked the fact that we had a kitchen so that we could fix our own food. Our bags were taken care of and we were provided with a van to get us to the airport. We felt that the hotel was more concerned about helping us than the cruise line/tour which was supposed to provide us transportation to the airport. read more

I stayed here for 3 weeks and had horrible service. The maids rarely replaced towels and bed sheets. Every time I left for the day I double checked the back door to make sure it was locked and that the security bar was in place. There were numerous times that I would return and the security bar was taken out and the door was unlocked. This led me to believe that the maids were leaving this back door unlocked for some one to come in after they had left and steal items. This actually happened to one of my coworkers who was staying here at the same time. After I had checked out, the management charged me for glass replacement for a wall picture. They said it was cracked. No wall pictures were cracked when I left. I called to dispute this charge and they could not give me an answer. They said the manager would be calling me. That was over a week ago and I have not been contacted. read more

Great place, we had to find something on quick notice due to change on plans. Yes like the lower stars commented, is a bit musky smelling at first, a touch outdated on the furniture. However, it does have a full kitchen, table, lounge area, large bathroom, and ( in the suite) 2 separate bedrooms 1 with 2 queen beds, the other with 1 queen. For the price it is much better than a one room for the same price near down town. I would stay hear again no problem. read more

Hey, with three kids, the two bedroom accommodations were perfect. The kitchen also proved very useful when traveling with a full house. We usually stay at Wedgewood's sister Hotel Sophie Station which is also fantastic. All of the staff were tremendously helpful in accommodating us. Location is also great with trails, Creamers field, Auto museum and bird sanctuary within walking distance. The only wish-washy item was the tube, we don't have tv so it was fine, but the tv was fairly limited. read more

Four employees watched me and my uncle carry heavy totes up the stairs to the third floor as we were trying to avoid their mess (about 6" of walking room on the stairs. At least three trips up the stairs till one of the employees decided to move one bag out of our way. Wish I had my phone at the time to take more pictures. The cleaning staff also left trash in our room and towels on the dirty kitchen table. Otherwise it's spacious. The cleaning supplies in the stairways are a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

The nicest thing I can say about this place (so not a resort) is that they gave us a refund when we had to leave to go to a different hotel. It was horrible! I should start by saying it is neither a hotel nor a resort. It is an old apartment complex now inappropriately marketed as a resort. The moment we walked into the room, the stench was overwhelming. At first we thought someone had been smoking in the apartment, but they showed us three apartments we could move to and they ALL smelled. There is something (mold?) wrong with the buildings. ***Please Read*** It started off well, but only after one night one of my friends' room was broken into by a local woman, several items to include his passport and ID were taken, the rooms have sliding doors which do not lock properly, the balcony's are all connected, so if you have a smoking neighbor all the smoke will come in through your vents and windows. My company paid for my stay of several weeks otherwise I would've checked out as soon as possible, the housekeeping staff does not clean your room, does not make your bed, and sometimes does not take out your trash and good luck on getting clean towels everyday! The laundry room fees are 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry, and the machines only accept tokens which you have to go buy at the front office. When I checked in, there was pubic hairs in my toilet, tub, sink and even in my fridge... Wth??! I would not recommend this to anybody, my company spent thousands of dollars to house my employees and we all had similar issues. This may not matter to some, but others may care about safety, security, and cleanliness...! Good luck. read more

I really liked Wedgewood!! Although some of the front desk people need to pick it up on their greetings and manners. The two young guys that picked us up from the airport were really cool and gave us the ins and outs on food, what's in walking distance, the weather, etc. that became pretty invaluable to a couple of Cali heads visiting Fairbanks for the first time in -28F weather!! We stayed in the Harding building... it was nice because I think we had our floor all to ourselves so we didn't have to worry about other guests. We got the 2 bedroom suite... for sure it isn't the most updated hotel, but it did the job and was very roomy! Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. The bathroom was clean... the master bedroom had two beds with a walk in closet and the second room was a much smaller guest room. There is a communal balcony for everyone on the same floor, although our railing seemed to have been leaning out... so we kind of felt it kind of dangerous. There was a small tv in all the rooms and one in the living room and free wifi. They even offered an aurora wake-up call... so if the aurora was out they'd notify you! There is also a laundry facility in every building... it's $2 bucks for the dryer and $2 for the washer, and you have to get the tokens from the front desk. I liked that the hotel felt less like a hotel, but more like an apartment... the surrounding grounds were beautiful... checked out the Auto Museum which is actually pretty cool, did the nearby trails which offered some great photo shots too! The only negative I'd give it... would be that you don't have any control of the heater in your unit... it stayed about 80 degrees... which was a bit much for all of us. But the hotel gave us everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again! read more

First of all, were Alaska residents and have been for over 40 years. We had business up in Fairbanks for three days on a possible job, and they put us up in what we thought was a really high end hotel from the OUTWARD pictures on their site. Everyone needs to realize the pretty photos of the gingerbread type buildings they choose to show (not the actual buildings you really are staying in!) are a front and you are not even remotely CLOSE to the front desk. These units are old Willow Apartment buildings that have been upgraded to hotel status. However, they are very old inside, dated deck, zero close amenities, most of the time your put in a building about a half mile away from the check in. There are NO ELEVATORS. Three flights of stairs greet you with NO ONE TO HELP get bags to the room etc. Yes the rooms are big, but the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated. The cleaning is much to be desired. Went to take a bath and out of the drain bubbled up old hair from other people, and a partly seized up shower toggle/nozzle about busted off in our hands. We were here in the winter, and DID have to stay in when we were not out and about so got up close and personal with the entire unit. Have stayed in MANY away from home hotels and know what is appropriate. These guys are charging a pretty penny for a run down bunch of buildings that they try and cover up with their tiny museum and grounds to distract you. Advise they be up front with folks online and the phone about what exactly your staying in. When you drive up to the reception/check in building (your not staying even close to them), you get your key, and a run down of things they don't have. Then you have to drive to your unit, there is no walking especially in the winter. Bad directions with buildings still labeled for apartment use. Your also sharing the grounds WITH apartment folks that are long term. After reading the reviews, of folks who visit Alaska and post all these glorious reviews of this place must just be happy as hell to have a bed to sleep in and not care that they are staying in a run down old apartment building that offers NOTHING. This hotel is not what it is advertised as. We would have never stayed in it had we known it was this terribly outdated and drafty. Lastly, if your coming in from out of town, there is no shuttle from the airport. Definitely not handicapped friendly either. Research it before staying...we were pretty shocked at what they offered averse what was advertised online as their hotel. NO PICS OF THE ACTUAL BUILDINGS outside that you are staying in, only indoor ones. I'll never stay in another Wedgewood hotel if this is how they roll. Definitely not much to be desired. read more

The rates in the winter for Alaskans can't be beat! The rooms are huge; full on suites w/ kitchens for what you'd pay for one room somewhere else. But our favorite part: The incredible Antique Auto Museum on the property! The owner has the most amazing collection ever! And his wife has collected wonderful vintage fashions, luggage and jewelry to accompany the vehicles! Don't miss this collection!!! read more

any business should be judged by service recovery..I am a traveling nurse and my housing was provided by my employer.. this is very unfortunate. i have had 4 bug bites.. probably spiders.. by the appearance and scar left.. i reported this after the 4th bite after falling asleep on the couch.. all i asked for was the couch to be replaced and a queen bed to replace the 2 full beds.. they fumigated the couch and refused to change the beds. but did ONLY REPEATLY OFFER TO MOVE ME TO A DIFFERENT ROOM,, that would have meant i spend a mininum of 4 hours packing and unpacking.. NOT ACCEPTABLE.. THEY CONTINUED TO REFUSE MY REQUEST.. VERY POOR SERVICE RECOVERY.. THEY HAVE THEIR RULES. END OF STORY.. WOULD NOT ADVISE STAYING HERE.. THEY JUST PLAIN DONT CARE..
