The second time I was dropping off a U-Haul truck and it was very busy. There we only two people at front and both were very nice but obviously had a lot to do! I was handled quickly once It was my turn but it took a long time to get there. They have a variety of services and are worth checking out the next time you need a tool or vehicle rental.
