FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is horrible & all they care about is money. We paid close to $300 with insurance for HORRIBLE service. The front desk staff are rude & so are the nurses. My son came in with a 102 fever & threw up in the room, and all we were given was febreze.e neve Prior to even looking at my child or asking questions, they were clear all testing would be an additional fee. $20 for strep throat test, $90 for a covid test, etc. I'vr seen a doctors office especially pediatric office be so negligent. We were told 3 different prices we'd have to pay, then they went from speaking English to Spanish & said our total is $240. I wouldn't have wasted my time here had I known I'd be walking into a dirty, nasty pediatric office such as this one. Go somewhere else & save yourself the disappointment! read more

They do not take walk ins i am turned away with a sick kid everytime!!! It's appointment only according to the blonde lady at the front desk at 8:15am October 23,2024 at the Houston woodforrest location they can only take walk ins when they habe availability!! The clinic was empty I rushed there with a sick 9yr old little girl to get her seen and was told I would habe to come back at 3:30pm so she could be seen because they couldn't do a walk in absurd this is the 5th time this has happened to me with my daughter in the last 6 months I wish I could give a no star review the kingwood location is way better. read more

filthy nast y dirty medical facility ! facility even smelled bad ! my 2 grand daughters almost died because of their mal practice. they both went there 3 times and given wrong anti biotics each time ! they were both mis diagnosed with colds and flu. they almost died after 30 days. we took them to an urgent care that discovered immediately they both had pneumonia !!! the urgent care saved their lives ! very rude staff and treated us like we were trash . both of these children were abused and are in our care ! stay away from this place !!! read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone at this office other than Jennifer Taylor. They lack basic communication skills and care. My daughter was very sick and saw Jeliane. She was trying to get us out faster than listening and providing medical advice. She looked at my sick daughter, miserable and didn't want to prescribe anything until the results were back. I was determined to get some antibiotics then because my baby was so sick. She did prescribe something and I never heard back about the positive results. I called left a voicemail and no returned call. It wasn't until 3 weeks later and me calling again, that someone called to let me know just how sick she was. I will no longer be taking my daughter here. Apparently Jeliane is only there once a month and unfortunately we ended seeing her. Keep your full time job, if you can't handle following up working once a month!!! They might not care about my daughter's health but I do and will let a more professional and caring office care for her. Take your kids here at your own risk! I'm done!! The office Manager was very nice and apologetic. However, Dr. Hill didn't see anything wrong with them not following up. Shame on y'all!! read more

I've taken all three of my children here for years, but I need a nEw pediatrician. I take them in for checK ups and whenever they feel sick. I usually have no problems with this office... we're never in and out which is normal for an appointment but @ our last visit it took longer then usual so i almost canceled our appointment after being there for so long without being seen. Well eventually someone came in and i was told that Apparently I've taken them in way to many times for "the same thing each time" is what Dr.Jennifer Taylor's nurse told me. I was shocked that that's what their concerned with when my children are sick! Of course I'm gonna take them in if they do not feel well!!! Eventually dr Taylor came and took great care of my kids and that was that. So couple weeks after my last visit here I am with mY daughter sick with fever and other symptoms and I try to take care of her myself bc well since I was told I i took them in for the same thing evertime I felt discouraged to even take them after my bad experience. So day 3 I called the office and an after hours answering service answers and apparently its not an emergency and I have to wait until normal business hours. This is ridiculous I couldn't even get a call back from a doctor. I will be taking my children to a new pediatrician. read more

Today 8/27/19 was our first visit with Dr.Hill and she was phenomenal! She truly showed concern and did not be little my husband or I when it came to questions over our sons health and well being. I have been coming here for the last 5 years almost for my daughter. And every time I tell myself I'm never coming back. This time I'm serious! Got here very early, nobody in the waiting room surprisingly, get to the back room, Covid test and strep test is done, I am told 15 min they will be back with results. I have been sitting in this room for a solid 55 minutes now. It's like this every time. I'm done coming here. It's not even busy like it usually is. If you're looking for a good pediatrician, with NORMAL wait times, this place is not for you!!! You will wait an hour at the very minimum every time. read more

I go to the Humble location. The doctors are really nice and helpful but the front desk staff are just so lazy,rude, and unhelpful.

I used to love this place now not so much. In the beginning everything would go so well. Now Ex: Make an appointment go into your scheduled appointment. Wait to be seen after being called to the back for approximately two hours. I'm sure you're thinking she's exaggerating. I wish I was! The doctors here are extremely knowledgeable and kind for the most part. I just don't like waiting for two hours to be seen with an appointment. Took my newborn in for a wellness checkup with Dr.Muñoz. Absolutely they best doctor ever!! He was very informative, he knew very well what he was talking about & took his time to explain everything related to our baby without making us feel dumb. He was gentle with our baby & even soothed him while checking him. He also made us laugh a few times & you can clearly tell he enjoys what he does. We had already seen so many pediatricians and none of them compare to Dr.Muñoz. The nurse was also great, she was gentle & very sweet! Overall our best experience yet! read more

Do not go here especially if you have private insurance, they will do any and every dirty trick in order to bill you for services outside of your coverage. My wife went in there with my 2 year old for a well visit and the doctor was asking my wife questions which she simply answered and then tried to get her a reference for a specialist that he didn't need. My wife refused and upon checking out they tried to billed her for $170. My wife protested and said she didn't want or need the reference to begin with, but they insisted that she had to pay because they spoke about it with the doctor as a "consultation" even though it was the doctor who initiated the conversation to begin with and my wife was simply responding. My wife left and called me as I was at work for the day. They even lied to me on the phone and said my wife agreed to the consultation and reference for the specialist. They ended up refunding me after I spoke with the office manager but the front office lady was rude and tried to dismiss and talk over me like some child. They have now lost all 3 of my kids as patients permanently and got nothing from us. Hope it was worth it. Nothing but petty crooks at this office! read more

They have Really Good Doctors Here. The Big Problem is that you have to wait hours just get service in the waiting rooms. Even if you make an appointment you have to wait just as long as everyone else who walks in . So Appointments are very pointless at this location, because they don't even call you ahead of time for any additional information about your visit for your baby. read more

We have been going to Weekcare for over 7 years now. When our primary doctor wasn't available dr. Ross Taylor was able to help thanks to her and my son was able to get the correct diagnosis and start his therapy sessions to help him learn several years ago. We recently learned that our primary Doctor No longer works with this office we immediately decided that Ross was going to be our New primary. We couldn't of made a better decision. Horrible experience every time we went there. Nurses were rude, wait times were ridiculous, and the waiting rooms were so packed with well visit and sick kids. I would always get attitude when we would check in and let them know I'm sitting in the car because my baby was so young. They brought my 4 month old out in this small hallway with heavy traffic to get a weight and scared him so much with all these people walking by. They also didn't tell us they don't require shots so that was the final straw. They only good part was the NP was great that we had even though we were suppose to see my sons actual doctor and they decided to just have the NP fill in. read more

Most dishonest pediatric clinic I've ever visited! I made the mistake of changing insurance company, and since Texas Children Pediatrics doesn't take my insurance I ended up changing pediatrician as well. I took my kids for a check up, doctor asked if there were any questions or concern, so as I've done for the last 10 years, I mentioned something about each kid, no big deal, doctor didn't do any extra examinations, we just talked about it. Well, when I went to check out they charged me $75 for my daughter, and wanted $115 for my son. I refused to pay for my son, and they took payment for my daughter from a credit that was on the account from a previous visit. So if you go for a check up, make sure you tell the doctor that you have ABSOLUTELY NO QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS! Oh, and talking about the previous visit... they did a strep test then, which they charged me and I paid for.... Well, now I'm getting bills from a lab, for the same test!!! I don't care what their excuses are, I have NEVER been billed for the SAME test from 2 different companies! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! I immediately changed pediatricians. First off let me start by saying that Allison Stephens is Awesome!!! She is at the Humble location!! My review is based on my experience at the Woodforest location. My 18 mo old son went in for his wellness check, he received 4 vaccines, by the end of day I received a call from the nurse practitioner who saw him stating he received a incorrect vaccine!! She had done some research and gave me my options as to what to do. One of them being, going in within 32 hours to have the correct vaccine administered, which would void the wrong one, the other option was waiting 4 months. By the following day I had a call from the nurse again but was unable to answer, her voicemail stated she had some information for me to give her a call back. So I did, her call was made at 5:01pm, when I called back they were obviously closed, but I left a detailed message about why I was calling and the triage nurse would pass it to her. Here I am almost a full 24 hours later, and no call from them yet. I would think considering the matter I would've received a call first thing in the am, even if I hand't called back, being the nurse practitioner I would've attempted the call in the morning, but nothing yet. I have called the office manager, but had to leave a voicemail.. waiting to hear back from them at some point. All in all I am very disappointed at the matter, I personally work in the medical field, and administration of a incorrect medication/vaccine can be very dangerous, even mores so for a little one. They need to have some training on ensuring they are administering the correct things, and also they need to take their time!!! This can happen to anyone's little one, as parents we need to make sure that they are administering the correct vaccines, even if it means we are going to be involved in looking at things with the nurses or confirming multiple times things are done correctly. read more

Dr.Alison Stephens has been wonderful. She is so personable and sweet and makes you feel very valued as a patient. Every question I have come up with being a first time mom, she has answered and reassured us that everything will be okay and/or is common or fixable. She builds confidence in the parents and gives confidence that she is knowledgeable in her field and a wonderful doctor. I had an issue this Saturday and called Weeksre hoping to speak with a nurse about a problem my daughter was having before taking her to urgent care, and Alison called back IMMEDIATELY with answered and suggestions, easing my mind and worries tremendously. My Chile goes to Dr. Douglass at the wood forest location. She is a very good Doctor. However the staff at the front desk is racist and lazy. I'll had several issues with them but due to the doctor I chose to still tolerate them. This location closes down before 12 pm. I went today at 11:55 just to drop off papers and they final comes to the door after I'm there knocking on the door. She says we close I tell her ma'am it's not 12 and can I just give these to the front desk. She bluntly says no. I ask are you serious she says yes and slams the door in my face. Now what type of professionalism is this? FYI If you are not Hispanic please don't go to this location. They have no other race that works in this office; which is another red flag. Whomever managers this location needs to be terminated. If lunch is at 11:50 then put that on the door. I also called the business line to report them and guess what the answering service comes on. The answering service representative apologizes because it wasn't noon yet. Maybe it's not just this location maybe it's the company as a whole. Sadly after today I will be finding another doctor.
