Not only did they rent me an incredibly expensive bike for the same price that some of those shops on the beach rent the beat up cruisers for, but they also gave me a bike so advanced that I had no idea how to ride it. That said, the person who assisted me was Larry and he walked me through every aspect and function of the bike, helped me with adjustments, and made sure I was comfortable with this fine piece of human engineering! If anyone wants to rent real performance bikes, this is truly the place to go, especially if you don't know what you want, they have all different kinds and let you try them out to make sure you're happy with your rental! Even though we didn't purchase our bikes from this shop, Carley immediately welcomed us with a smile and kindly offered us the tools we needed so we could safely get back on the road. While my husband was tightening everything up, the gentleman working in the service department went out of his way to find replacement screws for our child seat, making sure everything was secure before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture that he absolutely didn't have to do. What made the experience even more memorable was Carley. She was incredibly sweet and patient with our two little boys, chatting with them and keeping them entertained the entire time. Her kindness genuinely made our day. It's rare to find a business that treats people with this level of care, especially when you're not even a customer who purchased from them. They could have easily turned us away, but instead they went above and beyond to help our family. That kind of service says everything about the people who work here. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything on my bike was dialed in properly. You can tell they really care about their work and the customers. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a bit overshadowed by the owner. He tends to hover around the shop, constantly asking questions that feel unnecessary and, at times, a bit intrusive. It comes off more as a distraction than helpful oversight, and you can sense it affects both customers and the workers. It created a slightly uncomfortable vibe while I was there. If you're going for quality service, the mechanics will absolutely take care of you. I just wish the overal leadership from the owner Mo Karimi matched the level of professionalism as the mechanics.

I was envisioning myself in bed to read, nap, and scroll on my phone but Gavin had other ideas. He enjoyed the breaks in the room but wanted to do things. I don't blame him. He noticed this place as we were walking to get lunch earlier. We ended renting a surrey. It's meant for 2, both would need to pedal but the left side had the real steering wheel. Even when it was Gavin's turn to "drive," I still spun the dummy wheel though I knew it served no purpose. It was instincts. The path we took was along the waterfront which is the only path allowed. It was difficult to maneuver because there were a lot of people and a lot of people that are inconsiderate, too. Like a family of 6 walking side by side? Who are your parents that never taught you basic manners?! Service was nice. They hold your ID until the rental is returned. Gavin had fun. A helmet is mandatory for kids under 18 (free). All you pay is the rental for the bike itself. I'm not sure when will be our next cruise but we will definitely try this again but early in the morning so we can bike freely w/o people.

There is so much going on, from kids riding, skating, blowing bubbles, adults riding, skating, and blowing bubbles. It's such a magical spot, it's always brought a huge smile to my face walking or riding down here! I use to come when you could ride scooters lol and one time a friend of mine collided with a bicyclist and she broke some bones. Needless to say, just be careful and if you're not advanced, a helmet would definitely be recommended.
