When I contacted Andrew on Monday 8/9 he said he would have a crew out Thursday 8/12 or Friday 8/13. I never heard back from them after 8/9. Note: This review has been revised as the owner's initial reaction asserted that I did not elect for pre-emergent herbicide, so I added the contract and receipts showing I did elect for that. Bottom line if you are looking for reliable automatic hassle-free landscape maintenance this is not for you. They may do a fine job if you have time to keep after them.
