Can I just say.....The Kraken, a new food truck was operating there for the first time today! We ate THE MOST DELICIOUS fish (ling cod) and chips! Fish was lightly coated (NOT breaded) and crispy. Been around since 2018 but my first visit in 2023 and, the brew company is awesome. Plenty of indoor long picnic style tables and amble outdoor seating both covered and uncovered. 4 food trucks depending on the day. We always go for Mama D's but the burgers coming off one of the other trucks looked and smelled phenomenal. There was a decent amount of beer choices as well as seltzer and wine and soft drinks. The wheat beer was delicious. There is also trivia on some nights and live music on others. And of course all sorts of merch, hoodie, tshirts, flannel shirt, water bottles and crowlers/growlers. This place is an industrial building in walking distance to the hotel I stayed in. There is no food service inside the brewery itself. It has a fenced in lot surrounding the building which picnic tables and food trucks. I found a seasonal beverage that I really liked, Scottish Ale. I wanted to take some home to share with a Scottish friend. They can it fresh when you ask for it. Same price as you pay for a glass out of the tap. My review is for the brewery and the beer. The food was from a food truck on sight. They have four regular food trucks parked inside the courtyard and on my visit only two were open. The pizza was delicious. I came here for the beer. Lol. This brewery takes up a huge corner and has loads of outdoor seating. Like tons!! Some of it is over sand and some over astroturf. Kids and dogs welcome!! Cool music playing too. Super friendly service also. I was worried a bit about the wait as this place was absolutely packed on a Saturday night but, they were so friendly when I got to the front and had no problem letting me have a taster. Marion had a little lemon, a kettle sour flavored of marionberry and lemon 6% 10/10, super delicious and just enough lemon flavor to remind me of a great lemonade. Great little trip from Ashland up to Grass Pants(we call it that and can't stop). Weekend Beer company is a wonderful combo of good beer, food trucks, families and dogs. It was a lovely day, the ipas were cold and lovely. A real plus was that dogs can go inside because the food is outside on trucks. Last time I went one of the servers just had nothing to do with an old guy and his old dog, but today it was a love fest. Really great day read more

After my sisters wedding rehearsal everyone decided to go hang out at Weekend Beer Company. I always am nervous going to an unfamiliar bar for many reasons. So when we got to Weekend, I immediately felt comfortable. It seemed less like a bar, and more like a hangout spot for the locals. They're family friendly before 9pm so there's a lot of families in the day. They have 2 food trucks that are consistently there, a pizza truck, and a taco truck. I only tried the taco truck which was called Tacomania. It really wasn't anything good. Being from a border state, we've got a ton of bomb Mexican restaurants. I got 3 different tacos and the 3 different meats were all dry and tough to chew. They didn't have a whole lot of flavor, and were drenched in way too much onions. Now that isn't on the Weekend since it's a different business, so it's not affecting the rating for me. The place was clean, has a chalk board menu with a ton of cool drinks, and even a fridge with sodas and lemonades for those who don't want any alcohol. You can see the area where they do all the brewing at which helps create a cool atmosphere. Overall, it's just a cool place to hang out with family or friends. If you want a cool hangout spot, you could do a lot worse than Weekend. 8.5/10 read more
