An oil change is basic maintenance, and failing to add the proper amount of oil is unacceptable and negligent. This was not a pre-existing issue--my engine was functioning normally before the service. Now I'm facing extremely costly repairs that could have been entirely avoided if this shop had done its job correctly. I attempted to address this with the business, but accountability and resolution were lacking. Management has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for what clearly stemmed from their service. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location: a simple oil change should not destroy your engine. I deeply regret trusting this shop with my vehicle.
