Rosie Gonzalez is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and the only 1 I will…read moreever use or recommend again. The process of buying a home can become overwhelming, but thanks to Rosie and her team she made the process so simple (and this is coming from a very impatient man). Rosie was so knowledgeable with the ins and outs of every home we saw, every township, as far requirements for that township, special insurance that you may need for the township( such as flood), the school rating in each town etc.... she simply answered every question before we had a chance to ask. Buying a home is a huge decision and with Rosie and her amazing team we have never felt more safe and informed and organized in such an important purchase. Rosie even from my initial phone call to her always responds quickly to every call or email that was made to her, she was always on time for every appt. and she was always so flexible to meet around my crazy schedule. She was so professionally dressed but extremely down to earth and always greeted you with a smile! After we found our home Rosie handed me over to her Coldwell Banker Loan officer Jill Diethelm ( read her full review also) who is just as amazing as Rosie & she made the process simple and when I mean simple I had a 45 min. closing & for Mr. Impatient that was just great! My girlfriend and I couldn't be more pleased with our new home and as well as the process went from the beginning to look for a home in March to closing in May. Buying a home can be frightening experience but with Rosie's it became a fun and exciting experience because she and her team take all your worries away so that you and you family can enjoy that wonderful feeling of buying your home and that's what it should be. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSIE for everything and you will always have our HIGHEST recommendations and receive all referrals. Coldwell Banker thanks again for Rosie and Jill you simply have the 2 the best in the business! Rosie is not only our agent we consider her a friend. Sincerely Chris and Alma

I honestly don't know where to begin - and if you look at my other reviews you'll see "finding…read morewords" isn't usually a problem for me. I worked with Marco on the sale of my condo and couldn't be happier. I had met with several agents before finding Lucid and while I liked all of them, Lucid's commission structure interested me greatly. Marco and Gary came to see my condo and I shared with them where I wanted to be price wise. I thought my expectations were in check, however, they firmly believed that my property was worth a large 10+% more than I thought it was worth and significantly more than the other agents "swore" I could get for it. In fact, when I mentioned my ideal price to another agent (which was much less than what Marco wanted to list it for) the agent suggested I hold on to it for another "couple" years so that it would appreciate. When Marco told me what he wanted to list the property at, I was a little concerned (because it was SO HIGH) and a part of me began to question whether or not this was the "catch" on the "hourly model" with Lucid - that they price high so they can bill bill bill. This, absolutely, is not the case. Marco was right on with his pricing analysis! The property received several offers within the first four days of listing and closed within 40 days after we listed. The process was so seamless and Marco was so hands on I, honestly, felt like I was his only client for that month. During the negotiation phase with the buyers agent, I REALLY wanted to accept their first offer (it was tens of thousands more than I was willing to accept) but Marco calmed my fears and coached me through being aggressive. I was afraid, again, that his desire to stand firm was because there was no "harm" to Lucid if it didn't sell (since I was paying hourly) but - like the listing price analysis - Marco was spot on with his advice to me during the negotiation phase. I can't recommend Lucid, Gary and Marco enough! I have referred my friends to them and I will shout from the rooftops to anyone that is willing to listen to me - this brokerage is amazing!!! You will get white glove service and expert advice. Mind you, I saved over 48% in commission fees and got BETTER service and TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars more than other agents told me was possible. I couldn't be happier and Lucid Realty has acquired a client for life. If you want to save money, receive better service, get a higher price, and truly be "wow'd" look no further. I am a firm believer in that if it "seems too good to be true" there is likely a catch. I assure you, however, there is no catch! Thanks, again, Marco!

For us it was a home & not a building. Marco helped us choose a decorating scheme that attracted contemporary buyers and suggested a way to stage the living room that we couldn't have dreamed of. After the prep, he had 2 offers after 7 showings. One of them was full price and "as is". Marco helped with negotiations after the village's pre-sale inspection came back with requirements that would be found in new construction and were not common when the home was built in 1950. The house was listed after Labor Day and closed at the end of October. I recommend Marco as a realtor and would not look anywhere else.

Me and my kids were living in the house during the sale. Amy worked with my ex to set up fake showings with the private investigators he hired to spy on us and remove belongings from the house. She then lied about it when I confronted her. She is completely untrustworthy, and didn't do a very good job as an agent in general. Do not hire this firm!

We called a few local realtors and decided on Niego (Nee-go) after seeing all those bus benches up and down Archer Ave. A friend of ours had a good experience with Niego in selling her home, as the buyer's agent was Angela from Niego Realty. I called the office, answered a few basic questions about the kind of home we were looking for, and we were paired up with Brent Wilk. I'm not sure of the process in which we were matched up since I was put on hold for a few minutes until Brent picked up the phone, but however it worked, it was a good match. Brent made himself available to us at nearly all hours. He was answering my emails about the MLS listings well into the night, before we had even met! I was beginning to wonder if this guy had a life outside his job. However, Brent was aggressive in trying to get us our first home. Our first few outings with Brent weren't anything special. He showed us homes in the price range we were looking for, but assured us that after a few times out he'd get a feel for what we were looking for, and he was very, very right. He "got" us right away and understood our concerns for space, neighborhood safety, and location. He was very upfront about resale values, which neighborhoods were safer, and he also pointed out other homes he'd sold in the neighborhoods we were looking. We also got to meet with some other realtors in the agency, and everyone we talked with was more than polite and really seems to love their job. Paul H. was the seller's agent and was a really nice guy. He came into our closing with a big smile and ready to get the deal signed. Overall, I'd recommend this agency to any of my friends and family who are looking to buy and sell. We had a great experience with them and when we're looking to sell (though after the governmental paperwork loophole from hell, I doubt I'll be selling this house ever; they'll have to pry the keys from my cold, dead hands!) we'll definitely return to Niego.

Even though we had a hard time deciding between single family homes (Detached) and town homes/Condos (Attached), Ryan was always patient with us. He was with us every step of the way with great insights on affordability, explaining how home offers work, even when we decided to switch our search locations! No matter the twists and turns we presented (I'm sorry Ryan!!), Ryan stood by our side the entire process. In fact, he was a mentor for us, who went to essentially EVERY single house we wanted to see, who gave valuable opinions and insights on every home and even the area where the home was located. He checked in with us and made sure we actually loved the house instead of pushing us towards a home to make a quick sale.
