I spoke directly to one of the owners, AJ, who repeatedly promised to get back to me within a week--but never did. He did this on 3 separate occasions. When I finally returned after nearly two years, AJ was clearly embarrassed--he admitted he hadn't touched the PS4. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and care for a customer was shocking. I gave them multiple chances considering I wanted to support a young entrepreneur, and they let me down every time. I can't recommend this store at all--just unacceptably poor service.

They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information.
