I'm not much of a drinker. I couldn't tell you the difference between a cognac and a whiskey. However, I was looking for a particular brand of an alcoholic beverage and having called several liquor stores without any luck, I thought I'd try this place by actually running into the store. I wasn't sure where to look, so after about 10 minutes of aimlessly walking around, I finally stopped and asked for help. Apparently they carry the brand, but not the flavor I was looking for. I asked if there was a way they could order it, and they looked like I was asking them to commit a heinous crime. I pretty much got the runaround - "call us later and we'll check", "probably need to talk to a manager", "have to wait until the local sales rep stops in..." USELESS, I TELL YA. Just a simple appreciation of a retailer who gets it right. Expansive and logical (as is their grocery operation) Wegmans liquor store within a store is a self-navigators dream. Signage that makes sense and inventory levels that allow you to raise your tumbler high and wonder what's really chaffing people about this supply chain thing. And even though beer ain't really my jam they have all of the mix and match micro-brews any self respecting backward baseball hat wearing barfly could want. Who's up for an asparagus maple IPA? I'm not... but it's there if you prefer drinking your pancakes and vegetables. Wegmans liquor is an easy five stars and if you're seeing double, make that ten stars. read more

This location is consistent with the quality that you might expect from a Wegmans wine and beer store. It has a layout that makes items easy to find and a friendly and helpful staff. The one thing that is unique about this location is the fine wine room. The Mount Laurel store does not have this. I also like that they highlight the wines that are under $10 and under $20. You don't always have to spend a lot of money to get a great bottle of wine and with this layout you don't have to search all over the store either. This location is disconnected from the main store and has its own parking lot. read more

I went to the Wegmans with Cherry Hill liquor store on Wednesday September 4th I was shocked to see how grossly overpriced the liquor was. $10 of merchandise when I walked up to the cashier I was not greeted but stared at this cashier was a young man in his early twenties I then greeted him and the first thing he said to me was do you have ID I'm 64 years old he stated to me you can never be too sure but I'm old enough to be his grandfather he then refused to take eight cents from me to round off the dollar amount he exhibited awful customer service skills seems like the employees of the liquor store there are wound too tight OCD to the max another employee an older gentleman around my age exhibited this tendency when I asked him about prices on certain vodkas I said lighten up the attitude and the prices at Cherry Hill Wegmans liquor. read more

I really thought they were kidding me. I'm 70 years old. I may look 60 but I definitely look older than 21. I don't find this flattering. I see it as overkill and death of common sense. I absolutely love Wegmans wine, liquor and beer. They have a vast variety of everything and the staff is very knowledgeable of you are in need of ideas when picking out your selection. I love the prices. Everything is extremely well priced and the prices are generally very difficult to beat elsewhere. Their beer selection has a great variety of craft beer, which I love. When I go there, I generally have an informal beerfest and pick out a bunch which I want to try. I also love the build your own six pack area. If there are areas open on the rack, the staff will let me pick out additions while I'm there so I can grab a few different beers I wish to try. read more

To call this place just a liquor store is an understatement. It's more like a liquor superstore.... Located directly across from Wegmans grocery store, you'll be a able to do all of your food and alcohol shopping without leaving the parking lot. For the most part, whatever you're looking for, you'll find it here. A huge store with every type of wine, liquor, and beer. There's always someone available to help point you in the the right direction or make suggestions... There's even bathrooms here that are cleaner and better decorated than you'll find at your favorite restaurant. Well worth a visit. read more

I didn't think I could love Wegmans anymore than I already did...until they opened an adjacent liquor store. As a whole the prices are good to average for Jersey standards, of course they are blowing PA out of the water. The craft beer selection is pretty extensive. I love that you can put together your own 6 pack! As a regular red wine drinker, I could easily blow my budget keeping myself in stock. Wegmans carries the solution to this problem: Crane Lake. It's not the best wine by any means, but it does the trick for my nightly glass of Merlot. And it's $3.99 per bottle for the win! As with all Wegmans liquor stores, they have a strict carding policy. I'm happy to abide since my days of being carded are mostly over. I respect that they are trying to follow the law. It's across the parking lot from the Wegmans super market so it's easy to park and make a one-stop liquor and food run. read more

Wegmans liquor store has a wide selection. Is so nice that is right next to the market have you finished going to the market you drive yourself over to the liquor store and continue to shop. If you use your Wegmans bonus cars some of the items are discounted and it will come off at the register. They used to have tasting but unfortunately since the covid-19 they're not allowed to do it. The staff is also helpful. You can walk up each aisle and find something different I also like the fact that they have the wine labels from different countries they're from and it's high up so you can see it not that have but it's high and they always stocking their shelves. I make sure to stop in here when I am down near Cherry Hill Wegmans. This location is better than the in-store location at the Mount Laurel Wegmans, plus it is much larger. It is wise to stop in at least once a week because there are hard to find bottles that come in, some items are priced so well you cannot pass up purchasing this bottle, and I really like their Wine Cellar room and its recent makeover. read more

WOWZERS - Wegmans hits it out of the park again! Just as I'm walking though the over crowded parking lot - I think "How can Wegmans make this better". I mean really, Wegmans rocks everything, but a 30 rack is the same anywhere. Camden (right down the block) sell them cheap, might be sketchy, but if youre looking for cheap - do you really care about some sketch. Well so Wegmans made buy booze even more enjoyable. Like a kid in a Times Square candy store. I start with a basket going up and down the row of 6$ bottles of wine. Seven bottles later I get the young guy stacking the shelves to grab me a cart. I mean lets be honest - Thanksgiving is coming up, my family doesn't drink... it's a burden and a pleasure I take on my shoulders (drinking for them all). Kidding. Partially. 10$ bottles of champagne - heck I'll plan a few disco brunches with Don Cartel - right there is a reason to buy 10 bottles. You know the super swanky nightclub with the uber large bottle of premium vodka the size of your thigh - well here at Wegmans that bottle of Goose is 49$. Insanity! Don't worry - there is your standard police officer. So if you're under 21 don't bother. Go here - it's worth going out of your way and stocking up on all yours needs in one trip. Plus I'm sure you have some bottles of vino to give to people you're not that excited about shelling out the cash for - at 6$ bottles of wine - show them up this year and buy them two. read more

Stopped by Wegmans Wine, Liquor & Beer the other day and was impressed by the selection! This store was huge- I think they have pretty much anything that you could be looking for and they had a lot of refrigerated options as well. The only downside is the parking lot- it wasn't that crowded when I came in and it was still a little hectic. Overall- I definitely won't go out of my way to come here but it is a good option if need be, with pretty decent prices. read more

May just be me, but it seems like their selection or better put, their variety is less here than at some of their other stores like in Mt Laurel. Overall, people are very nice, some of their prices are good, and it can be convenient if you're already at Wegman's main store to pick up a few things here, but if I am looking for a complete liquor store option, I would go elsewhere. So they may have X brand of Vodka for instance, but if you want Y flavor of that brand, they may not have it, choosing instead to carry more of the mainstays. Note that they card every single person who makes a purchase, so if that type of things annoys you/makes you feel young, just something to keep in mind. read more

This has quickly become my go-to liquor and wine store. Generally, a visit (by myself) consists of walking straight up to the great selection of Jersey wines and instantly choosing a couple. If I'm with my boyfriend, it could be a bit longer, as he tends to analyze every beer and liquor option available, Googling away to check their ratings. I don't think I've ever walked out empty handed, and the prices are reasonable. Oh, and they have a public bathroom, which is always a plus in my book! read more

Another strip mall, another liquor store. Does South Jersey have more liquor stores per square mile than any other area, I wonder? As predicted, the parking lot on a Saturday in December was a total circus. We nabbed a spot near the smaller stores towards the Rt. 70 side of the lot with the expectation that there would be no chance to park at the liquor store itself. As we got closer we saw that there were actually a couple spots available. Quick turnover, maybe? The Weg's liquor store is huge, stocked and well-organized. I didn't find the prices to be better or worse than the likes of Total Wine or Wine Legend across the street, although I would definitely hit Wegmans over Wine Legend. Sure there are cheap bottles of wine to be had, but are they the vinos you really want to be drinking? Step away from the Yellowtail, friend. Here, try this twelve dollar bottle of Seven Deadly Zins instead. Isn't that nice? The convenience factor of this store is big but that parking lot is such a pain in the ass. I'll carefully consider the pros and cons when deciding where to shop for booze while in Jersey, but I'm sure this place will play into the rotation. read more

This is my go to liquor store. I usually buy wine and beer so I understand why liquor drinkers would feel a little under appreciated as the selection is not as vast as other stores. However for me it works like a charm all my favorite wines are stocked at lower prices than other stores. Also, they carry dogfish head my favorite beer! They won me over with this as it seems to be super hard to find. The store is always clean and well stocked. They also have a pretty large section for mixers which I appreciate especially in the summer when I make pitcher drinks for gatherings or around the holidays. I am the official bartender in my family. The best part is it is across the street from Wegman's which means I can grocery shop and not have to move my car. read more

As a native Pennsylvanian, I may be easily wowed by stores that allow me to purchase wine and beer at the same time. I'm definitely not an expert on these magical places in New Jersey, so I can't really compare prices. I will say that compared to a PA state store this was heaven. There was so much room to walk around, and so many different wines from all over the country and the world. I liked the way things were organized. They had a lot more Gewurztraminer than I usually see, which is a guilty pleasure of mine. I ended up with two bottles of the $6 wines which I would like to compare with Charles Shaw, and then two other bottles I just wanted to try, plus a banana bread beer. They had a nice selection of craft beers, but nothing stood out as something I needed right then. You can also make your own 6 pack for about $10. read more

The first time I stumbled upon this place I was quite confused as to what I might find inside (as if the name didn't give it away). It was probably because I'm from Pennsylvania where beer and liquor are sold only by state liquor stores and beer distributors. Thankfully that is slowly changing now and maybe we will be lucky enough to have a Wegman's Wine, Liquor & Beer pop up on this side of the Ben Franklin bridge. This large, well lit store has high ceilings and shelves of wine, liquor and beer towering to great heights. I am not a wine drinker, so I cannot review their selection of wine but they were doing a wine tasting on my last visit which is cool. I have browsed the liquor section and for the most part they carry as much or more than any PA liquor store I've been in. Now to the good stuff: The Craft Beer selection. This store has a great selection of six packs from all over the United States and even Canada. I can't say if they have imported craft beers cause that's not really what I was looking for. They also have a really nice selection of big bottle (22oz) beers that can be purchased as singles. I do wish that they had a better selection for the "build your own" six packs, but I can live without it. The prices are real good too. The worst part about the store is trying to decide what to buy. Just in case the old standard beers are your thing (Miller Light, Corona etc), I do believe I walked past some on the way to the good stuff. read more

this liquor store is everything I expected out of Wegmans - large, beautiful, organized, and accessible. It has it's own large parking lot adjacent to the Wegmans grocery parking lot, should you need to love your car closer! The wine selection is large and desirable, including a spot for local NY & NJ wines, which I love! (Should out to fox run vineyards in upstate NY...Riesling = amazeeee)! Plus they have a glorious fine wine room, which I'm not equipped to shop in but certainly able to gawk at. How lovely! Their beer selection is also pretty great, and I especially loved how many they had in the fridge, nice and cold. Everything from 6 packs to 30s ready to drink! Cherry on top? There are two: discount with your shoppers club card (obvi I have one) and convenient free wine tote for your purchases. Yes please! I will clearly be back. read more

This place is great for hard to find beer. I'm not a huge fan of their wine and liquor selection, but I do come out of my way to buy beer here. They have Berliner Weisse, and that makes me happy. It's one of four beers that I like. If you've never had it, it's lemony and tart and goes well with something sweet like raspberry or woodruff syrup. They also have a cherry Belgian one which would be the second one that I like. Their import section has a lot of single bottles. I bought a nice large bottle of unpasteurized French cider (Cidre Bouché Brut De Normandie, 2011) that was fizzy, tart, and very satisfying. My only gripe is their policy on individual craft beers. This weekend they had a new fall shandy in from The Curious Traveler. I had tried one of their summer shandies at a Yelp event and fallen in love. Every beer is different, so I saw a single bottle of it and thought I would try it before committing to a six pack. I got to the register and then learned that you must make a six pack of the craft beers, and can't buy less than six. Boo... I don't drink much beer, so that was a no go for me. I wish they would change this policy. I do love their import beers though and the bags they given you with spots for six bottles which makes it really easy to carry. You can bring them back and reuse them. I will be back for my Berliner Weisse! read more

A lot of people are intimidated by Wegman's. They think it is expensive, but in reality some of the items are cheaper in this store! I love it! it is my go to grocery store. The icing on the cake is the knowledgable staff - they're always able to make an awesome recommendation in any price range. I don't think you'll be able to beat these prices. This was my second trip to Wegmans' new liquor store. I buy a lot of wine and beer and what I notice about this place is that every bottle of wine I look at is an average of $3.00 cheaper than anywhere else I buy. They have a huge selection in clearly marked aisles and a friendly staff that is eager to help. I'm also a big fan of craft beer and this place has a shelf of about 50 different beers with a sign inviting you to " build your own six pack " for $10.99. This averages out to 3 to 5 dollars cheaper than anywhere else I've seen the build your own six pack offer. The days of shopping at your favorite mom and pop liquor store are, sadly, gone. When it comes to buying your favorite adult beverages, price and selection rule the day. Wegmans is super corporate but you can't beat their prices and selection. Like a teenager too cool to be seen with the rest of the family, Wegman's Wine, Liquor, and Beer stands off to the side of the main Wegman's store; I actually didn't notice it existed until my second visit to this location. However, I have to give it brownie points for being so close to the Wegman's grocery store in the first place. Being able to kill two birds with one stone does make life easier (i.e., grab your groceries/Wegman's take out AND the restocking the home bar). Now, New Jersey is positively littered with liquor stores, so what makes Wegman's Wine, Liquor, and Beer stand out? How about rock-bottom prices in a completely comfortable, clean, non-seedy shopping environment? The prices are what make it, for me. Their $6 wines? Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my face. Best bang for your buck. I grabbed a tempranillo off their $6 rack for, uh, taste-testing purposes, and it was deeeeelicious. Their special wine room in the back is fun to browse, too. Nice detail with the fake moss. The beer section isn't as large as other jumbo-sized NJ liquor stores but their "craft your own six-pack" deal costs a flat fee of about $10, making it potentially quite a better deal than other places that may charge by the bottle. They have a great variety of hard liquors, too, and for great deals. Wegman's, you've stolen my heart again. read more

For a store bearing the Wegman's name, I had high hopes for exotic wines and beers from this location. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty standard South Jersey liquor store. Decent wine and beer selection. I always love the option to build your own six pack, but the options aren't as expansive as some other places in the area. Fair prices. They had a cop in there on Saturday night checking peoples IDs which was a little annoying, but it is what it is I suppose. As with that whole complex, the parking lot is atrocious in the Wegmans area. At the end of the day, if you are shopping at Wegmans and need to get your fix, I guess it's worth it to walk over to the liquor store (yes, it isn't connected to the supermarket). Personally I'd rather just go to the Shoprite and shop in the liquor store inside the store. If you really want to go out of your way, just go down the street to Total Wine for a massive beer and wine selection. read more
