K & A bagel is a legit bagel shop with handmade bagels and a wide assortment of spreads and sandwiches. The bagels are not the modern giant New York size, where they are so fat and rise so much that the hole closes up. No. These are a little dense but NORMAL old fashioned bagels that don't overwhelm whatever you put on of them. We haven't tried many of the sandwiches but the variety is vast. The salmon cream cheese is terrific, with actual visible bits of salmon. The whitefish salad isn't as thick and chunky as I like but it's legit and flavorful. Prices are reasonable and we are looking forward to trying more.

I didn't take a pic of behind the counter for privacy of the staff. This rug sums up the cleanliness of the entire place.

My hubby saw the reviews and went out if our way for a visit. We should have walked after seeing how filthy everything was at 10am. Both behind the counter, the cooking station, and the sitting area was disgusting. We wound up getting bagels with some eggs and cream cheese. Despite ordering them toasted and taking 10 minutes to make, they were not toasted and we were already on the highway before realizing. The girl serving us was fabulous, but that doesn't make up for bad food from a gross establishment. Coffee plus 4 bagels straight to the trash.

Got the french toast porkinator. Always delicious, generous fillings. My go to bagel spot. Line is long on weekend mornings, but you know it's going to be great. Worth the wait.

Really good bagels. Firmer dough than some others around, but the Dill Pickle cream cheese on their salt bagel was epic.

I stuck with my usual two eggs, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My fiancée ordered the Pretty Toast, their take on French toast, topped with cream cheese, pecans, and sweetened peaches. It honestly reminded me of peach cobbler! When I saw her plate, my jaw dropped--I was instantly jealous! She let me steal a couple of bites, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of those dishes you could enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or even as a sweet snack. The food was a solid 10/10. Our server, Ben, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to tell us a little about the menu and even suggested we try something different. Looking back... I probably should have listened! The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and inviting. It honestly felt like sitting in your nonna's kitchen--warm, comfortable, and full of charm. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the dinner menu. I had the Power Breakfast, and my wife enjoyed the California Omelette. Both meals were fresh, flavorful, generously portioned, and beautifully prepared. We would absolutely order them again. Our server, Benjamin, deserves special recognition. He was friendly, attentive, checked on us at just the right times, and never made us feel rushed. His service was outstanding and added to an otherwise wonderful dining experience. The only disappointment was the beverage pricing. I'll admit that we typically don't study the menu prices before ordering--that was probably our mistake. After eating in restaurants for more than 70 years, however, I can honestly say these beverage prices are among the most outrageous I've encountered. We were charged $3.99 for a single cup of black coffee and $5.99 for one glass of lemonade--nearly $10 for two beverages. The coffee was simply one ordinary cup of black coffee, and the lemonade was so incredibly sweet that it was almost undrinkable. Neither beverage came close to justifying its price. It's unfortunate because everything else was excellent. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and Benjamin's exceptional service make Silver Diner a place we would gladly visit again. However, management should seriously reconsider charging nearly $10 for one standard cup of coffee and one mediocre glass of lemonade. Prices like that leave customers feeling taken advantage of and detract from what is otherwise a terrific dining experience. We'll definitely be back--but next time we'll probably skip the beverages unless the pricing becomes more reasonable.

When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, and we waited about 15-20 minutes after adding our names to the waitlist. Since it was a beautiful day, there was the option to dine indoors or outside. We chose to sit inside. My first impression was that the restaurant was lively and bustling, which made it feel like a popular neighborhood favorite. It also appeared to be both family-friendly and pet-friendly, which was a nice touch. For my meal, I ordered the Omelette & Potatoes with mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and onions, along with a side of bacon. The omelet itself was good, but the bacon was a major disappointment. It was extremely overcooked--so crispy that it resembled bacon chips rather than strips of bacon. My daughter ordered the Egg White Wrap with turkey sausage, spinach, and feta, along with a side of fresh fruit. She enjoyed it well enough but felt it was just okay. Overall, we both agreed that the food was pretty basic. It wasn't bad and it was nothing to write home about. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was attentive and the service was pleasant, the food didn't quite live up to the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a place I'd be in a hurry to revisit.

Our waitress seemed a bit flustered, but still very friendly and attentive. We ordered quickly and our food came out really fast. I got an omelette with salad greens. Everything seemed fresh and flavorful. I had zero issues with my food. One of my kids got the French toast with bacon and fruit and the other got a grilled cheese with fruit. Both kids liked the main meal but the fruit was on its way out. Lots of brown and squishy spots. Normally my kids could eat a pound of fruit each, but they both passed on it. My wife got a breakfast sandwich with potatoes. She really wanted fries, but they had none. What breakfast restaurant doesn't have French fries? We thought that was pretty strange. She said the sandwich was fine, but nothing spectacular. My parents shared eggs and potatoes and a pot of decaf. The potato consensus across the table was that they were not good. Too salty and not crispy enough. This was especially upsetting because of the lack of fries. Oh well. They also hated the coffee, but my parents only usually like McDonald's coffee. Boomers. What are you going to do. Everyone agreed we would not be back here, but for me, with the parking lot and satisfied kids, I wasn't too sad about the meal.

This wasn't my first time at Sabrina's, so I already knew the service would probably be a little different with the Mother's Day rush -- and understandably so. Overall, the food was still good! We started with their Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, made with blueberry and lavender, then garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon. It was so refreshing and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. For our entrées, I ordered the Shrimp & Grits and added salmon, while my daughter got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. For appetizers, we tried one of their "Heated Rivalry" May specials: Shane Hollander's Jambalaya Benedict. It came with shredded potato waffles, two poached eggs, fried shrimp, Creole sauce, smoked beef andouille sausage, pico de gallo, and green onions. Now listen... it looked AMAZING on the menu and had so much potential, but the taste was a little underwhelming for me. The dish came out room temperature, almost like it had been sitting for a while, and I really think it would've hit differently if it had been served hot -- especially the potato waffles. Still, I understand they were extremely busy and trying to accommodate everyone during the holiday rush. Sabrina's is definitely still a local favorite that I'll continue to support. Overall rating for this visit: 8/10

My young son really enjoyed this. The fried buttermilk chicken was so on point that we ordered a second one as a side dish. Likewise the buttermilk chicken sandwich was great. I added bacon which was a good call. I would have liked the bacon a bit crispier and I think raw spinach rather than sautéd spinach would have helped the chicken stay crispier. We also order pancakes. The pancakes were super big. I'm talking dinner plate big. Unfortunately the taste did not live up to the big size. The texture was off putting and the flavor was strange. As for ambiance, it can get a bit loud since it is essentially and empty room with only a little decoration. They do have a small outside eating area which was quieter and could be quite nice on a day with comfy temperatures. All in all it was a good experience and we would go back again.

While I've eaten and cooked many cuisines from East and Southeast Asia, I have had relatively little experience with Khmer (Cambodian) food, which made the visit especially exciting for me. For appetizers we ordered the fried dough, which is essentially identical to Chinese youtiao, and the Kaw Ko with bread. The Kaw Ko was outstanding--deeply flavorful beef stew gravy filled with generous chunks of beef and carrots, served with crisp, crusty yet fluffy bread that was perfect for soaking up the rich sauce. My fellow diners both ordered the large Traditional Kuy Teav soup, Phnom Penh style, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The pork broth is flavorful but intentionally mild, allowing diners to customize it with condiments. Both of them added chili crisp oil, hoisin sauce, fresh chiles, and soy sauce to season it to their liking. On our next visit they both plan to try the dry noodles or possibly order a full portion of the Kaw Ko. I ordered the Kuy Teav Kouk (dry noodles), Phnom Penh style, and absolutely loved it. The dish is served with the pork bone broth on the side, which I found perfect. I added chili crisp and chili oil to the noodles and mixed everything together. The dry style gives you a wonderful range of textures--soft noodles, assorted meats and offal, crisp bean sprouts and coriander--followed by sips of the rich pork broth. It makes for a truly satisfying and balanced dining experience. To drink, I had tea and the pandan limeade, which was refreshing and delicious. Service was impeccable and the restaurant is very welcoming and a pleasant environment with comfortable seating. We were greeted warmly, seated promptly, and our food arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully prepared. I would highly recommend Heng Seng Noodles to anyone.
