Hong Kong fusion was quiet and I appeared to be the only patron. The person that assisted me let me know about some hot tea. I did not have the opportunity to ask about the tea that were listed for the gentleman apparently selected a tea for me and poured it in wine glass. The tea was warm. He kept the glass filled with tea during my entire experience at Hong Kong fusion. I ordered chicken wings , shrimp oven fried dumplings, shrimp fried rice , and vegetable lomein. The food was good.

Came in for late lunch. Had the General Tso chicken again, still a big hit with the hubby. Other dishes were also delicious especially the wonton soup. Could not get enough of those crunchy noodles. Owner very friendly, practically ready to sit down and join the family conversation.

My bf and I did takeout from here twice and have not been disappointed. The best part about the experience is getting a free pu-erh tea, which tastes amazing! I definitely want to experience dining inside and trying their tea next time. We've ordered the Singapore rice noodle, General Tso's chicken , Veggie dumplings, Crispy orange chicken and Beef chow fun. We were hoping the food would have a nice kick of spice, but it honestly didn't even with the dishes noting that it is spicy. Out of everything, we really enjoyed the veggie dumplings, Singapore rice noodles and orange chicken. The other dishes were just okay. If you are looking for food that is NOT spicy, this is a great place! Service has been great and consistent, too!

Thanks to all the reviews we found this hidden gem and great Chinese food! We ordered the orange chicken and honey walnut chicken. Both we absolutely amazing. Very crispy, all white meat chicken and FRESH. Also had the wonton soup! The biggest surprise was when I asked the owner for hot tea. He was very excited to share 100 + year old tea. I've never had tea in a wine glass before. It was a fun experience and the endless amount of tea was better each fill. Definitely will go back! It is our go to spot for Chinese food even if is 40 minutes away!!

It's so weird we hadn't been here before? But my husband and I loved it. I'm assuming the gentleman was an owner but he was really kind. Service was great and he introduced us to a wonderful tea. I'm so intrigued by all the teas there. But the food was delicious. My husband loved his black pepper steak and scallops. I LOVED my Singapore rice noodles. The ambiance was nice and we totally plan to come back. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!

This spot has become my go-to for Chinese takeout in Cherry Hill. I've never dined inside, but the restaurant is spacious and has many tables. The variety is similar to most a Chinese food spots, but quality and portions are above average. I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for my takeout orders to be ready. Order accuracy has been perfect during every visit. The food always tastes fresh and flavorful. The owner is always friendly over the phone and in person. He also includes a complementary box of fried wonton crisps and a large cup of Chinese tea with every order. Hong Kong Fusion provides an excellent version of your classic Chinese restaurant menu. There are many other Chinese spots in the Cherry Hill area, but I wouldn't want to leave a spot that hits the mark perfectly in every category.

Second trip back to Hong Kong fusion within a short timeframe. Just as good as the first this time. This time being more familiar with the menu we had an opportunity to make slight additions to a. existing dish Which I'll get to you in a second. Was certainly very nice that Peter remembered us we got to sit at now what is our usual table. For tonight's dinner we started off with one spring roll the shrimp and we shared that as well as an order of the pork dumplings steamed. Both very tasty and off to a really good strong start. We shared two dishes one was the beef with asparagus in a black bean sauce, The meat was extremely tender asparagus stocks a nice dick size grilled to perfection they snapped when I cut them with a knife which was great. The second dish we shared was a combination of scallops and shrimp and we added eggplant in a garlic sauce it had a nice spice and a nice sweet taste at the same time this dish is a home run we will have this again and we highly recommend you ask to have the eggplant added as well see our photographs

    Pureh Tea Excellent!

Owner was Super friendly ! Love the Pureh tea However I was in the mood for shrimp toast that day and Not sure what I received. I didn't taste shrimp , the fried dumplings were also not what I was expecting, the food was just ok. I didn't care for it. Just didn't have a lot of flavor that I was expecting for the price. Even the fried rice didn't have flavor. I was disappointed with food but the Tea was excellent!

3.5 Dumplings were individual placed in little plastic cups. The outside was not too heavy and the pork inside was nicely seasoned and came with dipping sauce. I would definitely order these again. The shrimp was slightly overly breaded but were a nice size. The sauce was okay The sweet Thai chili chicken was a big hit with my husband as was the hot and sour soup. He rated it two thumbs up. I did like that they sent the noodles with spicy mustard and duck sauce like you would get eating inside the restaurant.

Went to this Chinese place in Cherry Hill and had a great time there. We met the owner who came to our table and offered us this great aged tea. We ordered the best wonton soup. It was very flavorful and fresh. I wish it had more broth to it. We ordered the cream cheese and crab wontons. The wontons were thick instead of the thin wontons we are use to for this dish. I ordered the crispy beef and my wife the triple delight. Both very good and tasty. My favorite taste was the chicken fried rice which you can tell was made fresh and with love: great place, good service and great food! I will definitely be back!

We went back for the Chinese Tea Ceremony for Father's Day in mid July. The owner is passionate about tea! He also took the time to ask us about our food preferences and the menu came out with those considerations. We had so many delicious teas the first 45 min. The 100 year old tea was the smoothest tea I ever tastiest in my life. I am ruined. He explained the history, how it is difficult to get, and how the pandemic actually helped obtain such a rare find. The dinner was a gourmet delight!! We started with the Peking Duck Pizza and it was authentic. So delicious and with crunchy crust too. I highly recommend. Then an amazing scallop toast with mango glaze . Never had anything like it. Very good! Then two steamed dumplings: a vegetable and a shrimp. The vegetable was as great as we remembered. Crunchy. The shrimp was good too but I liked the vegetable better. The Mongolian lamb dish was a surprise. The lamb was tender and the dish had a hint of heat. Then a course of some shellfish seafood- crab, scallop, and shrimp with perfectly cooked asparagus. The whole branzino was killer and I loved the flavor on the side of vegetables. There was rice too served with everything. We had plenty of leftovers. The grand finale: my new favorite rice cookie. It was served with some raspberry sorbet and a swirl of chocolate sauce to look like a smiling face. I included an order of cookies to go. This was a special treat dinner.

I am not sure if they have Japanese roots but everyone took the time to make our experience and food phenominal, which is a part of the Japanese culture. The actual fish quality and care in preparation with the little additions of yuzu and other spices on the individual pieces were amazing! It was like every piece was served as omakaze. Also, the chef served the highest quality and cuts of fish. This was a second visit for us. I usually do a review after two visits to judge a location and this place exceeded our first visit... I thought the first visit was a fluke because of how good it was. Now I believe they are actually this good.. The locals that live around here have a plethora of places to go to for sushi (we know because we have been to em all), but this place is the Gold Standard in our opinion. We live about 40 minutes away and made the trip here because of what I remember from our last visit. The ambience is cool with tons of pictures of private parties and fun times people have here. I deff want to have them cater a sushi party for us soon! We went here the first to try some place new by searching Yelp.... However, I saw them pop up on either my Instagram or Youtube feed a couple weeks ago. I know sometimes InstaTube places are a disappointment, but do not be affraid to try here and form your own opinion.

Inside is clean, and the cashier at the counter was very nice when I walked in, with my order ready and bagged up neatly. Sadly, the fried rice ended up being the only real highlight of the meal. It was sticky in a good way, still fluffy, and had decent flavor. The rest of the hibachi plate was a letdown. The sauce pooled under the vegetables didn't have much taste at all, and the chicken had an odd, slightly crunchy texture that made it seem undercooked rather than crispy. The crab rangoons tasted like they were missing the crab entirely, with the filling coming across as plain cream cheese and no real seafood flavor. The soup that came with the meal was also questionable. It had some odd‑looking floating bits and an off smell, so I skipped it altogether. I thought the sushi would at least help redeem things, but even that fell apart when I tried to pick up each piece, which made it feel like it was wrapped with lower‑quality nori or just not rolled well. Overall, I was really disappointed in this lunch and probably won't be back, especially with so many other great Asian options in the Cherry Hill area.

I ordered my meal ahead of time through DoorDash, and it turned out to be an easy and quick pickup with the food being hot and fresh when I arrived. The wings are by far the best Korean fried chicken I've had, with every piece packed with juicy meat. This is exactly what you expect when ordering this dish, and the honey sesame sauce did not disappoint one bit. The wings were perfectly coated, and there was still a pool of sauce for dipping at the bottom of the container. Next time I will definitely turn up the heat and try one of their spicier sauce options to experience that flavor profile. The nicely fried mandoo pork dumplings were full of a delicious filling mixture that paired perfectly with the soy vinegar dipping sauce. The dumplings had a crispy exterior that gave way to a flavorful, well-seasoned interior. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I didn't discover Dolsot House sooner.
