I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. We paid one of the big HVAC companies to come out and see what the problem was and the recommendation ranged from $3,300 to patch the system up (with all the things the repairman said was broken) and wait a week to get the part in or spend $8,800 to get a new system (if I hurried to get their July special)...otherwise the price would be $12,440 without the special. I told them I needed him to write all that down so I could talk to my husband. My husband said to get a 2nd estimate and my friends said to call Dorroh. All my friends said they are honest and fix small things for hundreds not thousands of dollars. AND THEY WERE RIGHT!! We called multiple HVAC companies, and couldn't get anyone out to help. We finally found Vertex and Chris came out the next day! Went outside looked at my unit bent down and touched the hoses and took a picture. Came back with paperwork and told me it was $530 when I told him that was way too expensive he had me sign paperwork I asked what was that for he said is acknowledging the problem is fixed and Said thst if I didn't want to pay he could take off the part and leave . Well I didn't want to freeze over the week end and figured I could talk to his supervisor and come to an agreement of some kind . Well I was wrong I have called Kip Nails supposedly he is the regional manager many times and he has not returned my calls . On my invoice which I received email after he had left . the technician added 265.00 for voltage rewire which he did not make me aware of or I didn't see him doing . If you must deal with this company have the technician send you the invoice before they leave don't leave them alone while they do the work and never pay them cash or with a check because the first thing they do is overcharge you then they cash your check and then they never return your calls . I feel taken advantage of so disappointed.

Madden came out when they said, tore out the old fiberglass tub and surround, pointed out the new tub we bought was damaged before starting work so I had time to exchange it. Great! They installed the new tub, faucets, raised the shower head, and helped install the insulation on the outside wall. Great! Chris is a nice guy and easy to work with. They were not great at sweeping up after, and wiping out the tub but that isn't a big deal. I started cleaning up the bathroom today and discovered the hot water in the tub isn't working. So they are coming back out today to fix it. Great!

I called Madden's office and this nice lady said she could get someone out that afternoon. As promised, Chris showed up and after me explaining the history got his machine out and had my sink unclogged in less than a half hour. After hooking everything up he checked that everything was draining well, clean up the area and presented me with a bill that was less than the other people told me it would cost. I will be having more plumbing done in the summer and I will be calling Madden.

They also diagnosed the problem with my Sub-Zero Beverage Center, ordered parts, removed it and took it back to their shop for repairs. It will take about a week for repairs and re-install. The Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, fixed my built-in refrigerator, cleaned up and left - what more can you ask for?

They sent a company out, we paid the $70 service call fee and they paid them 1200.00 (not) to fix the Fridge, they were there and gone in 45 min. We called Prestigious Appliance to come out,....long story short. He replaced the very parts the noodle heads before him said they had replaced, all original parts, still in tact.He had to remove all the shelves, drawers etc...to remove inside back panel, to get to some of the parts....which I never saw the man before do. So, that right there told me, the other guy ripped off the Warranty Co. Now, WE did end up paying $1200.00 out of pocket....but we had some expensive parts replaced, one of which was a compressor.....But, add it up here. .....the fridge stops working and unless you can get someone to your house within the hour to repair it, you're either going to lose the groceries inside, or transfer them to the refrigerator in the garage. Either way it's a big hassle. Then wait 2 weeks for them to come and not repair it. We then have to do this a second time....transport groceries to the garage..go back and forth to the garage whenever you need something out of the refrigerator, the freezer isn't large enough so you end up losing some groceries. So, there's waste of money as well. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend the money to have it repaired, correctly the first time, than to go through all of that. It is not like you're having to do without a microwave. And spending 1200.00 isn't the same as the $12,000.00 for the Fridge. So, don't go through the aggravation we did for a month before we took control from the warranty company. Simply call Prestigious Appliance to begin with. They are the most knowledgeable guys you'll meet.
