Consumers deserve to make decisions based on a full range of feedback--good and bad. It's concerning that instead of responding to valid criticism, she created fake reviews and removed real ones. She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern), discarded offers that were unreasonably low and not worth my time, and persistent for a good 3 months before we finally found a buyer at a price point that hit about 90% of my criteria.
