She, and her staff, have always been kind, courteous, and accommodating. Dr. Linda is very personable and knowledgeable. Her top priority is always me as a patient; she truly only recommends what is absolutely best for me. If I have any questions about lasik or vision therapy, she gives me a truthful recommendation based on my history and her industry experience. She clearly explains all parts of the exam, and genuinely cares about helping me. I've gone to them both with and without insurance in the past. They accept my current insurance and her staff makes sure I get the max out of my benefits; they even ship my contacts to me which is very convenient. You can buy your glasses there, but there's no pressure to do so. They offer nicer, designer brands so they'd understandably be pricier. It's the nature of the beast. Dr. Linda will write out a rx for my glasses, so I can get glasses elsewhere with ease. I don't dread going to the eye doctor because I know Dr. Linda is the best. Absolutely recommend!

If he thinks you do not need a certain medical procedure, then he will not recommend it for you. He asks several questions during his exams and answers anything you ask him. He is affiliated with Indiana University Health Saxony Hospital, Major Hospital, Shelbyville, and Rush Memorial Hospital, Rushville, and his own office, Advanced Surgical Associates, for appointments, exams, and surgeries. His office accepts many forms of insurance. Took my 86 year old mother to an appt here to have her hearing checked. The owner, Brad, was very…read morenice and talked with both her and I for a while. He said they accept both Medicaid and Medicare as well as other insurances. And if she needs a hearing aid, they do not charge the customer any more than what their insurance is willing to pay. So with insurance, the exam, device itself, and everything could be free. Many heading aids that are good quality vary in price from about $1000 to $5000, and Brad said even with insurance not paying them full price, that my mother could stil qualify for a top of the line device, if it is decided that she needs one. And there would be no out of pocket expense to her. Brad was very professional and caring, and you can tell he is used to dealing with elderly people, and treats everyone with the utmost respect. He did not try to hard sell her or get her to sign or buy anything this visit. He gave her and I lots of information and will let my mother decide if she wants to get one or not. Based on my limited experience and talking with Brad he seems genuine and like a trustworthy and fair man that will not up-sell or take advantage of the elderly or anyone else that comes into his office. I do not know how well his products function, but based on what I know, I would return here if it is decided my mother needs a device. Tim then hooked me up to 30 sensors, a few on my legs, but mostly all over my face and head. He also brought me a fan, as I like the humming white noise it provides to help me sleep. I then fell asleep in the comfortable bed and pillows they provide which is about the equivalent of a 3 or 4 star hotel, which is very nice. They also video taped me sleeping. I woke up the next day and the next tech came in and unhooked me from all the wires and I was on my way. Great place to be tested for sleep apnea. Professional and courteous staff.
