I get that it's nice to be educated and aware of what might be going on but I felt a little upset as to like I'm not doing something right in my own dental hygiene. I asked if they were in contact with both insurance companies. I asked if they had my insurance right? (primary/secondary)? It was at the time. Then, in 2025, claims were not sent to my secondary insurance! Then I found claims sent to my primary insurer were coded for D. Sammans as out of network. And then the primary/secondary were switched. I have tried since late 2025 to get straightened out. This has been a nightmare. No resolution as of today. I get the runaround. As for care, I am not sure. Dr. Sammans did an implant for me. There is a small gap between the implant and the next tooth. He looked at it. He did not see one.
