This pretty, "skinnygirl" with great style is a dynamo! She cuts through the BS and Gives it to you straight! "You're fat because you eat too much" Yup, she actually said that to me! (and at first I was stunned.) She then showed me where I was on the body fat chart and she was actually being kind. I was OBESE! (according to my 39% body fat) Melissa was right. 71 pounds, proud as a peacock and about to pass goal! Yes, that's the amount of weight I've lost so far thanks to the ever-effervescent, weight loss master, Melissa Love. I thank her, and most important, my former grumpy gut is grateful that she has cured my chronic bloating and digestive issues completely! I was a classic yo yo dieter, losing and regaining the same 25 pounds multiple times. I have tried the south beach, paleo, zone, keto and medifast diet and still no success. I don't usually write reviews but felt Melissa really deserved a shout out. I had previously paused my search for yet another nutritionist, weight loss doctor, diet program that promised me weight loss and relief from the pain and shame I was feeling at my every attempt to lose and failure.  I've spent years on the rollercoaster, gaining and losing the same 60 something pounds and having clothes in sizes from 6-18 and I was done. I cannot thank Melissa Love enough for giving me my life back.
