I figured it was probably a fluke so I returned and bought a used Poulan Chainsaw. I have cancer and the doctor cautioned me about using it because I am on a ten-pound lifting limit. I did not use it until September for the first time. It kept stalling every time I released the throttle. I took it in because I figured the idle needed adjustment. They examined it and found it had a cracked fuel line and said they would fix it $75 or they would give it a tune up for $70 and fix the gas line at no additional cost. I said it has only be used once for about 10 minutes. They said it cannot sit for a few months without needing a tune up. I had a Homelite saw for about 25 years and it rarely needed a tune up. Schreibers replaced the spark plug, cleaned the carburetor, cleaned the air filter, and tested it for $70. All those things should not have been needed because the saw was only used for about 10 minutes. I had the same problem with lawn mower I bought from them. I bought it back after using it once and they said it needed a tune up. Both the mower and saw should been sold in operating condition. It seems they sell items in ill repair and when it is brought back they charge for a tune up that should have been done before they sold it. I am not pleased and will not purchase anything from them again. They have always been friendly and helpful but charged for repairs that should have been covered on new purchases. They should sell products that are in usable condition or fix them at no charge if they are not. It is unfortunate that I cannot write a good review. I would like to see them have a successful business but I expect better service and products. I hope others have better experiences. Be cautious. Steven M

An employee came over and scooped up the chick to comfort her and clean her pasty butt. Shame came back with the little chick and asked my if I would like to take her home for free as she needed special care and was likely to die if not cared for all day long. At first I declined but I couldn't leave the baby behind. I felt like I was there to help her. I brought the baby home. Almost a month later.. she's still alive and thriving. Her name is nugget and I love her so much. It was very sweet and caring of her to give me the baby chick as she knew I had more time to care for this little life. They really do care about their little animals. Love this place so much and will always go there to get my feed, supplies, and chicks

Offshore took a look and said it definitely had an issue and needed a water pump impeller. Problem fixed. The second time was for a hull wet sand, polish and wax. Looked great. This last time was for an oil alarm. It was fixed the next day and price was very reasonable on all 3 visits and very quick service. Thank you.

We…read morehad a problem with our slide at the beginning of the 2023 season and the service department got us in right away to look at this issue. It seemed fixed and worked properly afterward. We thought that it was fixed until we went on our next trip and found out that the slide was still broken, this was not at fault of the dealership but rather faulty equipment installed during the camper build. We dropped our camper off to them after that weekend, they ordered new motors for the slide and fixed the floor within a week. They knew we had another trip scheduled and were absolutely wonderful with ensuring that our camper was working properly, fixed, and back on time. From the sales team to the service team, everyone was very wonderful and helpful to work with.
