However, this is a dealership and there is a level of markup associated with their labor and parts...it's how they make money. Still, my experience was positive. I've been waiting for my boat since last summer. Raj, my salesman, has been great. The rest of the staff are positive and enjoyable folks through my interactions...I enjoy when they poke fun at Raj (sorry Raj haha). I noticed issues from the factory, they took care of the critical stuff and will take care of the rest when I bring the boat back in. It was easy, and they were attentive to my concerns and friendly. They handle 800 boats every year with huge storage facilities, heated and unheated. Bought a new…read moreboat from them 13 years ago, a moderate sized SeaRay. Good service overall, with some issues 2 years of the 13. But, those were well handled. NOT this year, as I requested my boat mid-May with down payment as I usually do. They could not perform until after memorial day! I have heated storage and pay for full service of my boat every year. But being a long term well paying customer is now ignored. When my boat was not ready at Memorial day weekend, I then asked for a short delay for delivery (service could continue). They did nothing to ready my boat. I am now waiting another 1.5+ weeks, hopefully to get the boat. New ownership is not able to keep up with heated storage and full service. I would buy a boat somewhere else if you are expecting loyalty in service.

We saved about $1500 over the other places that we priced and the quality of their product was better than the more expensive places. They gave us a free upgrade in the pole bases and threw in the bracing brackets for free. Where do I start!…read more Meredith Marina is one of the best "First Class Marina's" in the area! The entire crew including Alex, the owner and all the girls who work in the store are very friendly and go out of there way to help you out! When launching or taking your boat out of the water the crew goes way out of there way to help you out as well. We had a problem with the bilge pump in our boat not working during those recent crazy rain storms. Alex and the owner made sure the water level did not get to high in the boat and pumped the water out several times!

We rented a Pontoon Boat from Meridith Marina for 3 days. We had a fantastic vacation all the way up until we returned the pontoon boat. John Abear, the Service Manager, found a supposed "Rub Mark" on one of the supports and gave us a bill for $ 2,989.00! We explained we never went near any other vessels and had the boat tied up by itself at the private Mills Falls dock. We explained this to Mr Abear, but it did not matter. One of our members is an insurance adjuster and runs into these types of situations often. He attempted to discuss that fact that most organizations will hire a company to buff out the "Rub Mark". Mr. Abear dismissed the thought immediately. We got 3 quotes from other marina's. The prices to repair the rub mark ranged from $ 385 to just under $ 900. Mr Abear again dismissed the results of our efforts immediately. A wonderful Once in a Lifetime vacation was tainted by an unscrupulous Mr. Abear at Meredith Marina. Mr Abear has a real racket going. He charges unsuspecting people for the boat rental and then comes back and charges them almost the same amount for a blemish on their vessel. Meridith Marina must make almost as much money from damage fees as they do for rentals. I would really like to know if other families have run into the same dishonesty that we experienced. Elevated Wake, takes water sports to a new level…read more Bottom Line up Front: Customer service is definitely priority number one. Having used other water sports companies in Lake Winnipesaukee, Elevated Wake, exceeded expectations. Also, ask for Ryan and Alex! THE GOOD: Elevated Wake was Great! From the pre-flight the night before, the coaching by the crew, to the playlist during the trip, this place reigned supreme. Preflight: they stopped by the night before to make sure they knew where we were located; then they showed up the next day a few minutes early to ensure we got our full scheduled time. Additionally, they had all the gear on board to allow adults and kids to water ski, wake surf and tube. We had used other companies (not to be named here) the last two years, which dropped the ball in that area. Coaching: Ryan and Alex were spectacular! They had great patience, knew exactly what to say and do and when to say and do it. They were able to get the young kids in our group up and skiing within a few runs. Alex (who happens to be on a college water-skiing team in Florida) took the time to work with our kids and physically demonstrated the steps to stand up on skis using the tow rope. She then had them repeat the steps before getting in the water. The results success. Alex and Ryan(who was the Captain at the time) had great crew coordination and were able to effectively communicate take-off and acceleration speeds. Ryan was the coach for wake-surfing and he did a phenomenal job. He easily explained body positions using analogies, such as the gas pedal is the forward foot and the brake is the back foot, and coached body position to enables surfers to get into the sweet spot in a few tries. They both get A-pluses on a job well done! Playlist: Everything goes better with great music and Ryan's playlist was Sierra Hotel (military speak for awesome)! He had summer tunes from the sixties to the present; from the Beach Boys to Boston, Jimmy Eat World to Jack Johnson, Bob Marley to Sublime, he had a great playlist! He knows his music and we had some great discussions. THE BAD: The only thing bad was that we did not book more time. THE UGLY: Absolutely nothing! They nailed it. I was so impressed that I was trying to recruit both Ryan and Alex. Where others fail, Elevated Wake Prevails!

We've joined the boat club and this was our first day to try it out…read more Thanks to Kurt, Lance, Gunnar and Colin -- we and our guests had the best time. This is a Grade A, world class, first class experience - thank you! We could not be happier with our decision to join. The children started in the pool and hot tub while the dads got the boat and dock orientation. Moms were chilling by the pool, enjoying conversation and pool side beverages. Our boat was brand new, super clean and ready. It had all the modern features including navigation, mood lights and a wireless phone charger. The dock side changing room, showers and bathroom are super clean, well appointed and require a members' code to use. Gunnar and the dock team helped us get on board and leave the dock. We cruised directly to Meredith and loved seeing the town from the water. Then back to Akwa then out again past Governor's Island, the Witches and into the Broads. We had the lake mostly to ourselves and everyone loved the views and quiet engine. Then we sped back to Akwa for conversations, cocktails, dinner, swimming in the pool, playing volleyball, bocce and the hot tub. Our Recommendations: Lobster Roll & Calamari. This was a great day and impressed us and our guests. Everyone is looking forward to a great summer at "Our Club"

They had delicious sangria and someone in our party had a haddock sandwich, which was tasty. There was more staff on than patrons, so service was quick! This place has a really good vibe.

The kid was great, did exactly what we wanted, but the other guy was a total loose cannon. Not going to a place where they treat the help like that.
