I've taken the same dosage of a medication that currently has a nationwide back order. Normally get them filled at rite aid but they've been out for months. Had it filled here last month, this month when I tried to fill it here they denied me. I had my doctor send this prescription here along with my next few months refills so they had the prescriptions. Wouldn't even check if they had them in stock. Never in my life have I been made to feel like a drug seeker until this place. They literally interrogated me out of nowhere asking me questions that frankly they have no business asking. They told me they're only servicing "local people". I live across the bridge FFS and no other pharmacy can get this medication. I will never recommend this place to anyone else and truly hope everyone stops going here. What kind of shitty people decline someone the medication they've taken for 11 years.

As I got to the desk there was a lady in a black shirt, appeared to be the store manager that was talking on the phone gossiping with a friend about some man. Waited maybe a minute or two until she acknowledged me asking "can I help you" I said yes I'm here to pick up photos. Before I finished my sentence she abruptly stated "you can get in line". Cashier was great, manager could use an attitude correction.

This review is for the pharmacy…read more I scheduled an updated COVID vaccine appointment for 5:15 pm.  Maybe it's still relatively new as none of the CVS' near my house had the vaccine available.  I had to drive 3 times longer in distance to get to this particular location.  I got there early at 5:05 pm.  I saw a sign at the door saying the pharmacy closes at 5 pm today.  I was perplexed but didn't think it applied to me because I just received both email and text confirmations as recent as an hour ago.   When I got to the pharmacy counter, the metal curtains were already halfway down.  I was about to announce myself but was quickly cut off.  "The pharmacy is closed, " a pharmacist shouted.  I went, "but I have a 5:15 appointment for the vaccine."  She replied, "you will have to come back tomorrow."  "But I received confirmation..."  I was again cut off.  "We're closed today at 5 pm".  Every time I opened my mouth, I was cut off.  As a result, I was dismissed without even finding out why I had to waste this trip. First, I felt played by this particular pharmacy; the confirmations turned out to be a joke. I also wasn't properly placated as a customer who duly showed up for his appointment and did nothing wrong, but ended up leaving the place confused and angry.  I'm glad this location is far away, as I will never want to come back.
