Even though Scott did not do the original installation, he came out. Once he saw the door, rather than just grease the mechanism, he saw that the installation was subpar and offered to fix it. He was more interested in fixing the installation that charging me money knowing we were on a fixed income, but i paid them anyway for the quality of their work. No doubt it was probably at a discount. The installation was fixed the next day with improvements that allowed me to open the door more easily. His son Noah and nephew Michael did a remarkable and professional job.
