The company which I normally called was overwhelmed with service calls but referred me to NEA. Following a few days wait for a part for the stove I received a call that the part was in and I would receive the service the next day. Promptly at the hour I was told the service man came (?John) and in a flash the stove was pulled out, the part replaced and the stove returned to its location. Immediately thereafter the refrigerator icing area was exposed and series of maneuvers performed and the repair was completed. No more water leak and the floor dry since; and the oven works well. Total time about 75 minutes at most. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It is now my repair company of choice, at a very reasonable cost.

They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! This particular one had it and it was on my predetermined route for the day, as I was heading towards that part of MA. The APP told me the aisle number and location of the item. The store itself was clean, bright and neat. It's something that I need to do more often to be more efficient and not waste time. Self checkout was a breeze.

I was charged this as they had to be custom made measure at 35 by 77.5. 6.30.25 the installers came out and only had one door. Lowes had lost the other door. Lowes ordered another door 7.1.25 same measurements as b4. 7.29.25 the installers came to install but only had one door. They measured the current screen door and said even if they had both doors it was incorrect measurements. The installer measure and provided lowes with the correct measurements lowes ordered 2 more doors this time doors were a total of $585.26 less then the original doors but my credit card still has the same 882.22. Difference of 296.96 that im still paying for as these prices have not reflected on my credit card statement. 9.11.25 the installers finally installed the doors and they installed 2 different doors I order 2 of the same doors originally. Been back and forth with the store since 9.11.25 and tickets put in but u can NEVER speak to a manager it's just tickets after tickets notation after notation. I will never shop at lowes again. And dear God dont let them measure even tho they insist they do the measurements.
