After undergoing two rotator cuff surgeries, two knee surgeries and most recently, a back surgery that kept me in bed, completely incapacitated and unable to do anything on my own. Making it to a doctor was challenging enough, I couldn't even conceive of the idea of having to go pharmacy to pharmacy trying to find what I needed, if not for Welcare's superior customer service, knowledge of product and extensive inventory of both surgical and pharmaceutical supplies I would have been left in utter confusion trying to hook up and piece together these contraptions, but luckily (unlike other pharmacies) Welcare not only delivers to patients for free, but they will even pick up the prescription from either the doctor's office or the patient's home. The pharmacists at Welcare Drug Store in Brooklyn, NY took the time to listen to my problem and then when the best solution was something they didn't have in stock, they called around to find a place for me to go and get it if I wanted it now. They were actually willing to let me walk out the door and take my business elsewhere because they just wanted me to get my medicine. I ended up just getting them to order it as I was very happy to come back and pick it up tomorrow, at which point they offered to deliver it straight to my house to save me the trouble.
