Two more mechanics told me the brakes were FINE (including the dealership!). I didn't ended up needing brakes on the rear until 7 months later and the front ones are still okay! Also, Sullivan told me tires were terrible in May, also incorrect, they were fine all summer, just beginning to consider tires this winter. I can conclude that these scammers at Sullivan were just trying to take advantage of this female. Fortunately my dad taught me to know better!

The next day I took my Challenger to another dealer and asked them to look at my oil filter housing. They found No crack, no leak, nothing. My engine was clean and the oil was at perfect level. Three Ponds had tried to get me for an $868 repair that I totally didn't need. Sad Scammers!

The gentleman told me he would've recommended I go through the cloth wash in the first place, not to use the laser wash. I mentioned how I frequently go through this other laser wash without issues, and he said it was dialed in and working fine. The gentleman statements about the laser wash were conflicting. He identified himself as one of the owners of this car wash, which I found surprising. unfortunately it looks like I won't be getting my car washed in this area anymore. $13 out the window and not a care in the world from this business.
