Water would drip slowly even when shower was off. Seabrook has extremely hard water. I could not get what I needed to replace out, let alone broke the handle off trying to get it off as well. Couldn't turn the water back on to my house because from what I had done, water was squirting out. So water shut off to house on a Friday evening. Called the big local companies to get someone out ASAP. Hard to live with no water at all. I called other places as well, who said they wouldn't be able to see what was wrong until 5 days from now and most likely we'd need to replace the entire heater. After a few hours, Mr. Laudani called back and in thirty minutes, his son came over, checked the hot water heater, and replaced the circulator vent. Honest, capable and reasonable. I really appreciated their commitment to good service on this cold winter day.
