Fortunately, we noticed the sign in the front explaining that they had moved across highway 70 and are temporarily sharing space with Kobe. About 25% of Kobe has been repurposed to serve Yi Ge customers while the majority of the restaurant is still dedicated to teppanyaki. Yi Ge's menu hasn't changed, so we tried duck egg rolls for an appetizer and I ordered the Hong Kong tofu, a favorite, for my entree. The duck egg rolls were actually spring rolls and didn't have any taste of duck to them. They also arrived at the table lukewarm. Despite the Kobe section of the restaurant being very busy, service in the Yi Ge part of the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Prices for our entrees were definitely above average. This was just an OK, but Yi Ge is capable of better. Maybe they were having an off night?
